The technician that did the testing on my eyes was named James. James was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He got my vision to 10 points BETTER than 20/20 through experimentation with various lenses, and also provided information to me regarding the wearing and caring for of contact lenses never before shared with me in the 45 years I've been wearing them. When the preliminary testing was complete, I met with and was examined by Dr. Little, who was also very professional and personable. I will be meeting the surgeon for my eye surgery at my next appointment, which I am literally EXCITED about due to the treatment I have received from this facility thus far. This was ABSOLUTELY the most beneficial appointment I have ever had in my life! Huge thanks and kudos th James and Dr. Little for being so professional, personable and knowledgeable, and NOT intimidating 👏

I am Dr. Loren Little's patient for a few years and I like him very much, he is very pleasant and does my yearly eye exam. Robert is his amazing technician who did my fitting for glasses and contact lenses and I cannot praise him enough, he had such an amazing patience during the refraction, I have not experienced anywhere previously. I just picked up my new glasses with his prescription and the prescription is perfect, which means a lot, since I always have problems with new prescriptions because of my stigmatism.

Nevada Eye Care is great! I’ve had 2 eye exams in the past 2 years & both times they were very patient with me working to get me the clearest vision. Everyone is very kind and does not seem to be in a rush!

Called at 8:05am Mon morning, waited on phone for 15 minutes then selected option to get callback from first available receptionist. After an hour I called back again. Just kept ringing. An hour later still no callback. That's 2 hours I called again and a person answered as I was requesting a callback again. That's the bad part of this episode. The girl got me in to see Dr. Casey at 1pm that afternoon. Everything was good after that. My question is what if I was calling to say I was going to be late for an appointment and even if I left a message, how would I know if anyone got the message and then when I got there they told me I was late and they couldn't take me? Bad system. However, I have been going to Dr. Casey for 15 years and have all good things to say about him. Fix the office problem and get 5 stars.

Each person I encountered was courteous and helpful. The atmosphere was cheerful and everyone was respectful. The man I saw who did my lens exam, glaucoma test, etc. was thorough and patient and took the time to answer every question I had. The ophthalmologist was kindly and considerate towards me.
