A year ago I was going through the process of scheduling rhinoplasty consultations with multiple plastic surgeons around Las Vegas. I could not be happier with my decision to go with Dr. Minoli. Dr. Minoli is passionate about his work and cares deeply for his patients, which was evident from my very first consultation to my last post-op appointment. Both him and his medical assistant, Veronica, are some of the nicest people I’ve met and made me feel amazing at every visit. Dr. Minoli made sure to educate me in great detail about the process of a rhinoplasty and all of my options. He listened to what I truly wanted and took the time to study both the structural and visual aspects of my nose. This is reflected in my results which are refined and beautiful yet natural. I cannot thank Dr. Minoli enough for what he has done for me- after years of dealing with self-esteem issues I finally feel more comfortable in my own skin. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone, he’s truly amazing!

Dr Minoli is first a lovely and charismatic person. You immediately understand he loves his job and takes a lot into consideration when giving his recommendations. He is extremely thoughtful and thorough. When you combine the above, with his outstanding performance in his field...you know you are in the right hands. I had absolute trust in Dr Minoli. After my consultation, I just knew he would do everything in his power to achieve the results we spoke about. I had zero anxiety about it...he explained everything, the processes before, during and after the surgery. He called to check on me a few times and you have more follow ups than one expects. I am absolutely ecstatic about my results! I look younger, refreshened, sculpted in my face- everything I was hoping for. I will be a long term client of Dr Minoli’s. Dr Minoli did a beautiful job on my tummy tuck and lipo of flanks. He takes the time to sit with you to understand his thinking process and him as a person. The office is inside Lane Smith’s office and is beautiful. His assistant, Veronica, is so sweet and is a good balance of getting down to business, while Dr Minoli is artistic and very much about his craft. Post surgery he called several times to check in on me and I have seen his twice in the last week since my surgery and will see him again in 3 days. Service is top notch and while there may be more affordable surgeons in Las Vegas, I wanted the best and the best service. My only regret is not doing it sooner. The placement of the incision is low and extended to the back which, is easily hidden under a bikini bottom, to avoid dog ears on the hips. It seems to be healing quickly and was less painful then I anticipated. He also did muscle repair after 2 c-sections. Please put your body in the hands of someone you trust that makes you feel comfortable and prep as much as possible, lift weights, eat healthy so that healing is as easy as possible and have some help for the first week.

Las Vegas has an issue with doctors having a good bed side manor so refreshing is an understatement when describing a brilliant doctor like John Minoli. I have worked with a lot of plastic surgeons and figured they pretty much were a special breed. Being in the industry for over 18 years, I have not met a more caring surgeon to my surprise. I was accustomed to arrogance and egotism. I got to know Dr. Minoli through some projects we worked on together and not only was I impressed with his work but also his integrity. His work is some of the best I have ever seen yet he is humble and truly authentic. I have witnessed his work and I am in awe. My experience so far with my consultations and pre op appointment has been fantastic. Dr. Minoli really takes the time to explain everything and best of all he is a great listener. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood my needs. His staff is so attentive and sweet. His staff is like one happy family. They have been with him years and that fact is very reassuring for me. I decided on Dr. John Minoli to do my breast implant replacement, a breast lift, eyelid lift, fat transfer and a little liposuction all at once in a single procedure. I am video blogging my experience and will post updates after my surgery which is May 16th 2014. In my detailed reviews, blogging and video diary I hope to shed some light on the plastic surgery experience. I am exposing myself in a very intimate way that will is a little frightening. I hope sharing the details of my experience will be more than a review but a testimonial that helps others who are considering cosmetic surgery. I am a bit nervous but I feel very confident in my surgeons abilities. I feel like I am in good hands (literally). My surgery is a week+ away and I will update my review as soon as I am able.

Dr. Minoli is gifted and amazing. I feel so grateful that I found him to do my rhino & septoplasty. I did my research and had multiple consults before selecting a surgeon to perform surgery on my face. One plastic surgeon who I met with prior to Dr Minoli told me that my breathing would always be more difficult after a rhinoplasty and explained that a smaller nose = a smaller airway. I met with Dr Minoli and he said that isn’t true, in fact he made my breathing better and my nose is in fact smaller. It feels like a nerve racking decision picking someone to operate on your face but Dr Minoli is brilliant and exceeded my expectations. He cares about his work as much as you care about your face and your results. He performed exactly what we talked about and although I’m still early in the recovery phase (w fading black eyes) I am already happy with my results! He fixed the dorsal hump and gave me a more soft profile which I love. I also had a less common “defect” at the tip of my nose where I had a noticeable vertical groove at the tip and he made it disappear. My results are natural and they still look like me, just a much better version. I love that he is board certified as an ENT AND plastic surgeon so he really knows the ins and outs of your nose! My friends and family members are equally impressed with the work he did for me so 3 more referrals are coming his way. He takes his time, he answers your questions, he shows you what he is going to do before surgery and after surgery he again showed me what he did. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and I appreciate that. His staff is amazing also. Brittany is very friendly and knowledgeable and quick to respond to calls and emails. Thank you Dr. Minoli and Brittany! I am forever grateful. :)

This Surgeon by far is the GREATEST on the UNIVERSE....I held off on writing a review until the end results...I'm in the healing stages and I MUST say from the moment I walked in to meet with Dr. Minoli he is very warm, comforting and knowledgeable! He's personable, a bit long winded but (in a GOOD way) which doesn't leave much room for a whole lot of questions, why? because he covers just about everything thing which leave you with hardly any questions at ALL. You can tell he's enthusiastic and he's fascinated by & appreciates the art of science which is very apparent. We could have talked for hours! I must had contacted every Plastic Surgeon in Las Vegas & he is TOP NOTCHED. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself you will NOT be disappointed in FACT your be very pleasantly SURPRISED!!!!!!!!

Not only is Doctor Minoli knowledgeable, talented, and has amazing bedside manners, he always strives to keep you looking natural and not plastic. It is just you, refreshed and looking your best. This is why I have only trusted him with my face and body!
