I have had multiple procedures performed using Desert Hills Plastic Surgery Center. First, let me state, the support staff is the most professional, as well as the most pleasant to work with during an involved process. They are warm, welcoming, and respectful. They understand the importance of privacy during the entire process which promotes ease and comfort. What can I say about Dr. Brown. She is a true artist. I trust her completely. I let her eye decide what is best for my body based on skin elasticity, and ability to heal. She is intuitive and gifted. She is thorough in every explanation about what she can do and what she can’t and won’t do. She is honest. I recommend her to other people because I believe in her skill, her work and mainly because of her convictions. She won’t attempt a procedure if it can’t be done just for financial gain. She will be honest about what you can expect. That is a rare quality.

Beyond my expectations!My very first cosmetic surgery getting a lower blepharoplasty. I had known about Dr. Hayley Brown's reputation being in the medical field,she's very warm and welcoming,knowledgeable, a skillful surgeon and top in her field.She has so much integrity and her honesty is refreshing. Dr. Hayley Brown is an incredibly talented individual. I had 10 year old implants and excessive sagging after breastfeeding. I went in expecting to replace my implants but she suggested I remove them instead. She really took her time with me, measuring me, feeling me, having me flex. She took her understanding of my lifestyle and suggested I remove and lift. I appreciate the perspective offered and went with her professional recommendation and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. My breasts look better than anything I’ve come across on popular “explant” groups. Every appointment I had with her was thorough. She was very clear on instruction, managing expectations and ensuring my mindset was in the right place for such a drastic change. To top it off, her staff is top notch. Every encounter I had through our now over two year relationship has been spectacular. It’s been two years because I actually attempted this surgery with her previously, but I learned AT THE SURGICAL CENTER that I was pregnant. She handled it in a way that was unexpected, but very much appreciated and so I left my deposit with her and retuned later. A true professional and lover of her craft. Thank you Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown is awesome! Her demeanor is wonderful and she’s always upbeat and in a great mood. Her work is fantastic 👌🏻 She repaired my earlobes after I had gauges and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It takes skill and precision to do a dozen tiny sutures in just the right way so that it’s unnoticeable to others… and she really surpassed my expectations. Super thrilled with the entire experience and I’m so glad she took care of me the way she did. Her staff is wonderful and it’s a great atmosphere!

Dr. Browns amazing work has changed my life on two separate occasions. Once when I was about 15 years younger and wanted a breast augmentation to better match the shape of my body, and again 1 year ago after having a mommy makeover. After having 2 children I worked very hard eating healthy and exercising to lose the baby weight. However despite the weight loss I was left with the classic “mommy pouch”, stretch marks and breasts that had fallen to the sides. When I went back to see Dr Brown for my consultation she knew exactly what to do to both fix my breasts and my loose skin. After a breast revision and tummy tuck (mommy makeover) I can say that I’ve never been happier with my body. I feel comfortable in clothes that I’ve always wanted to wear but previously felt too embarrassed to do so and I no longer feel frustrated and angry when I look in the mirror. Dr. Brown and her team are both compassionate and caring. They are true teammates in your healthcare journey. She will make sure you feel heard and if you have any concerns she will address them until you are absolutely satisfied with your outcome. I am so grateful for her work and for her team for being there when I needed them. If I ever need anything done in the future I know who I will choose.

Dr Brown is extremely experienced and realistic with her patients. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet every time I have gone in to pre and post op consultations. Very warm environment with everyone laughing and having fun in the office! She has been so accommodating to me through my whole experience and I am extremely grateful.

I had a breast lift done December 2021. I did a lot of research and had several consultations. From the first phone call all the way through my last post op appointment I’ve been extremely pleased with everyone at the practice. Raquel, Krystie and Stephanie are wonderful and welcoming. Alethea is so sweet and is amazing at what she does. Dr. Brown made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She explained what I could expect and answered all my questions. She made me feel at ease when I was nervous right before my surgery. This all made my decision to go with Dr. Brown a no brainer. My only complaint is that I didn’t do this sooner.
