I was in a car accident two years ago and as a result it left my lower lip with a (seemingly) permanent bulge, and what felt like daily swelling. I'm not vain, but I am, ;) and this was crushing for me, every time I looked in the mirror. I consulted with Dr. Marvin. Immediately, he had a plan and he had a vision. Fast forward two months: I am one month- post, simple outpatient, in-office procedure with local anesthesia; totally feeling like I got my beauty back. My confidence is back. Sometimes, I can't believe it really happened. He literally corrected my appearance. I have so much gratitude.

I am a patient of Dr Candace Spann and she is the most caring, supportive doctor that I have ever met. She is trying to help me find the underlying condition to my problem of thinning care . She has referred me to other doctors and has taken her time with me to explain my test results even though the tests weren't performed by her.Her staff is also great, especially Kathy in the lab.i would highly recommend couture dermatology !

I struggled to find a dermatologist here in Vegas. Couture Dermatology is a fantastic facility and I will not go anywhere else. I've seen Kate Pham on the derm side and Dr. Spann on the cosmetic side, and have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is bubbly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this facility and providers!

Due to pregnancy and the weight loss after my breasts had become small and not very full ( I called them my C flats). Because of this my self image had also become quite deflated. After a lot of research, I went to Dr. Spann for a breast augmentation consult. He was very thorough. Not only did he take the time to listen to my major complaints and goals, but also laid out all my options and realistic results for each. The whole process from consult to post surgical follow ups was very smooth, and I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this surgeon, so much so that I sent my sister to see him too!!

I have been seeing Dr. Candace Spann for my hair and skin for a year. In this time she has sent me for blood work to get a better understanding of my hair loss and even diagnosed an issue my regular doctor missed. Thank you for your thoroughness and bedside manner. She put me in the magic hands of her in-office esthetician Lizelle and she has been my skin whisperer for my microneedling experience. Her experience with skin tones like mine immediately put me at ease because she understands one setting and approach does not fit all. I am so thankful for the entire staff and look forward to continued success with my skin and hair journey.

My overall experience with Dr. Marvin Spann and the staff was excellent. Everyone was compassionate and kind. Dr. Marvin Spann was remarkable and caring. I had a bilateral mastectomy with breast reconstruction and the result was amazing. It was a blessing to be under his care.

Dr. Marvin Spann is the best plastic surgeon! After 3 children my body was never the same. I struggled with weight loss. I was very unhappy with my body and hated mirrors. After my liposuction my life changed. I am a completely different woman. I am happy and confident. I stand in front of the mirror and admire the woman I see. I feel amazing in anything and everything I wear. The staff at Couture are simply amazing. Dr. Spann is professional and kind. The procedure was explained in detail and I felt comfortable through the entire process. The liposuction results exceeded my expectations. Couture Dermatology is awesome! These are true professionals who know their stuff. Dr. Kim has helped me with many of my skin issues and always has good advice. They are very knowledgeable and are upfront with any issue or procedure that is needed. I’ve been going here for a few years now and have never had a problem visit. The staff is always kind, courteous and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Couture Dermatology because, well, they rock!

I had abdominal liposuction performed on me by Dr. Marvin Spann. I am so pleased with the results. I look fantastic. He took the time with me to consult me properly, giving me the pros and cons if I added any additional procedures. His staff was friendly and kind and they took the time to make sure I was taken care of during post-op. Dr. Spann is a perfectionist with his work so he will make sure you will get the best results in the safest way.

I paid for a mole removal procedure on my upper lip, I had local anesthesia done in office in order to remove it by cosmetic surgeon dr. marvin. And you know what it looks good, it's healing pretty well, I'm not seeing or expecting a scar, it was shaved off clean and for the price it's in my budget. My mom said it's entirely gone and I'm glad I got it removed, I look so much better without it. I definitely would come here again to get any moles or spots removed.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was blessed when Dr. Marvin Spann called for a meeting with him to explain every option available to me after my double mastectomy. He is very informative and I knew what I was going to do before I left his office that day. I elected to have both breast removed to be safe cancer wouldn't be back in that area or the chances were better. I had my Double Masectomy and directly after Dr. Spann put in expanders that will be used to stretch the tissue in the breast area by filling the expanders with saline. Over time I will be stretched enough to be able to get real implants. After I recover from my implants Dr. Spann is making me special real looking nipples. While We are doing this I am also going through Chemo but with Dr. Spann on my team I have nothing to worry about and look forward to seeing myself in the near future. Dr. Spann is my miracle from above and I am so grateful for our paths crossing. I have absolutely no doubt about his ability and/our knowledge of his skill. I recommend Dr Spann over any other doctor I've had in my 50 years.

While it is true that I did not leave the office 40 years younger, any thinner and/or smarter, (I really was not actually expecting any magical transformation), it was great. So when I was seen on time, treated well, given excellent consultation and no one made fun of my big big silly sun hat, I began to think I must be loosing my touch at being an insufferable windbag of a patient. Well at least they are giving me the chance to try again at my next visit. Thanks for that.

Dr. Spann completely transformed my life. His staff has been amazing the last few years I’ve dealt with breast cancer an reconstruction. They have made me feel not only like a woman again, but gave me back the confidence I’ve never had before. I fly back and forth from Virginia just to see Dr. Spann an his staff. I’ve stayed with them the entire time. I had a full double mastectomy and nipple reconstruction The results are even better than what I had naturally no one can even tell it’s not real. Best set of Beauty Doctors at Couture Dermatology & Plastic Surgery!! I feel so blessed I found this “dynamic duo.” Drs. Candace and Marvin Spann are hands down the best doctors in town for dermatology and plastic surgery. Been going to them for years after a friend recommended them and they continue to exceeded my expectations every time. The Drs. are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and on the cutting edge in their field (dermatology and plastic surgery) and their offices are beautiful, elegant, and impeccable. Both Doctors enjoy holding promotional events when introducing a new treatment in their practice. Last autumn, I attended an event where they introduced the Agnes & Scarlet treatments. It was an informative presentation followed by a Q and A. And of course, like all they do, it was elegant: they had a beautiful and tasty spread made up of great wines, a delicious charcuterie board, and melt into your mouth desserts. The Doctors also held raffle throughout the evening with an assortment of prizes which included beauty products and discounted treatments packages. We had the opportunity to speak with the Drs. one-on-one at the event, got to know the staff and met new people. At the end of the event, we all walked away with lovely goodie bags. The event was lovely and elegant, just like them. They make a lovely and personable couple and everyone enjoys being around them. One could not ask for a better set of Doctors and I cannot say enough about them. When it comes to dermatology and plastic surgery, there is only one place in Vegas to go: Couture Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. No need to go to Hollywood to find the best….the best is already here. How lucky are we? We hit the jackpot! ;)
