The nurses were kind and attentive. Dr. Lisa Skinner is very professional, educated me on the procedure in lamens terms to give me a good understanding of my outcomes, & my Sx was performed in a timely manner. The hospital was very clean. I stayed overnight & my call light was answered promptly.

So we're back here. My Endoscopy had me fast for a 10:20 and they didn't start til after 3:00 pm. Now my husband is having a procedure. He fasted all day yesterday for a 10:15 appointment. They take him back at 12:10. They're STILL under construction with no TV in the waiting room and now they've closed the cafeteria so you can't get anything while waiting. No place to get change to even get a soda or snack. The redeeming quality...his nurse brought me something so I didn't get sick cause you're not allowed to leave.

I am currently an inpatient here, following total hip replacement surgery by Dr. Jason Castle, one if the owner group. This is the second surgery Dr. Castle has done for me, having done a hip resurfacing on my other knee about a dozen tears ago. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Castle. He has also made himself available on two occasions to perform emergency surgery on my wife, when ER personnel told us he probably would not do so. He is first rate as a Doctor and as a person. Nor can I speak highly enough for the hospital. The staff, all whom I have encountered, are also first rate: competent, efficient, friendly, casually professional. As the caseload is limited to those of the physician-owners, and are all surgical, the staff are able to give full attention to each case. This is my first inpatient experience here, but I have had several diagnostic procedures here and have never had a negative experience. That history is playing out in my current experience. I give CSH and Dr. Jason Castle the highest ratings and unqualified recommendations.

Very clean, the staff was wonderful! They are top notch. I have never had such nice nurses that explained everything in a way I could understand. I won't go anywhere else now.

I had a total hip replacement surgery on Friday. Came home by noon on Saturday. Surgery was done by Dr Adkins which I highly recommend. Great bed side manner., takes his time and explains everything and answers questions. The nurses, MA’s and therapist were great. If i needed anything I didn’t wait over 2-4 minutes. The food was great. Better then most restaurants.

I had knee surgery back in October 2021 by Dr. Pierson. I cannot speak highly enough. The staff and nurses were amazing and I would definitely recommend Dr. Pierson! He gave me life back. Thank you!

Had a lower back surgery from Dr. Christiano. The entire staff of nursing assistants, nurses, anesthesiologist, and all were really nice, laughed at my jokes, and made a day of surgery a much more enjoyable one. I was discharged quickly and the COVID procedures were completely understandable. Great experience.

Professional staff. No visitors/guests inside as of November '21, since people aren't taking Covid seriously. If you're trying to pay a bill, the call will eventually go to voice mail (approx 12 rings) and someone will call you back. That particular experience needs to be improved.

Just finished my 4th visit to Dr. Wood for a needed minor surgery. Front desk staff have been prompt and courteous every visit. Both Dr Wood and the nurses I've met were professional with great bedside manners. Never waited moret 15 minutes, always an easy in and easy out. Highly recommend.

I had to have a procedure yesterday. I had never had any kind of surgery and had to go in alone, so I was terrified. These nurses were awesome. It would be nice if other places were as great as this one.

Loved this hospital all the nurses and staff were amazing even the security guard was nice and caring as he asked if I was ok during a panic attack and tried to calm me down would recommend this place to anyone

I have been there on several occasions and always had satisfactory service. Have had eye exams, MRI and blood work. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes.

Best place in charleston!! Had a hip replacement surgery. Recovered 2 days in a private room. The chef Al would make my wife and I anything we wanted to eat, he was awesome. The nurses were the nicest, happiest people, such a pleasure to be around. The PT staff was incredible. Theres nothing negative i could say. Great place, wonderful staff!!!!! Thank you all.

I had a sinus procedure in the fall of 2013 by Dr Pollard, which was excellent. Great care, wonderful pre admission testing staff and attentive recovery and operating nurses. Excellent experience.

Good Afternoon, Well I must say that this was the first time that I have had a procedure at this center(hospital) Dr Tiley was my doc which has to be the best person much less a doctor in the world, super guy anyway,I was treated 5 star Susan, Sherry,and Paula they are primo in every way, I would not hesitate in having procedure there with fine group of people, C M H
