Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The environment is relaxing and amazing, especially if you love animals and flowers. They have the most gorgeous pots of all sizes and colors as well.

They have the most beautiful selection of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs. You can even get fresh eggs and there’s tons of decorative pots and garden decorations. Statues to birdfeeders to garden trellises. It is definitely worth a visit.

Part of the chain Metroploitan Plant Exchange. This is much larger than any of their stores and covers several acres. Plants are grown on site as well as supplied by major suppliers like Monrovia. Perennials, annuals, baskets, fresh eggs from hens on site. Colorful and fun place. Helpful staff.

Unfortunately I don't not have a "green thumb" and I appreciate the knowledge and support of the quality team of experts that work at the farm - they always have good advise on when, where and how to plant

This is my go-to place for my live plants. There selection is as good as it gets. My vegetables and garden flowers usually come from here. You can get help if you need it but I prefer wandering around and exploring. If that's what you want they are perfectly happy to let you be. I could spend an hour or two walking around. They have some duck's and chickens running around tofaciinate the kids. Also some Lamas or alpacas not sure which. The have a huge selection of pots, from tiny 6 inchers all they way to gargantuan. A variety of materials, from brick to stone to cement. Absolutely huge. If you can't find a pot you like here then I don't no where to send you. These range in price from a few bucks to hundreds of dollars. They also have hard to find garden ornaments,feeder pesticides and fertilizer. They aren't cheap but they don't kill you either. I find some bargains on plants. They also have there own home grown of there own. These are grown there because this is actually a real farm. In some of the most expensive areas of real estate in Bergen county NJ. Oh yeah, they sell fresh eggs from those chicken's I spoke of earlier.

Beautiful grounds! I love that they have fresh eggs and chickens and animals right when you enter. It may be a little dangerous for the animals, but everything seemed tidy and well kept. The plants are also plentiful and beautiful. Loved the drive getting there from Elmwood Park too, not difficult, and was overall pretty easy to find. I didn't buy anything but the pricing seemed very fair. I would definitely go back for perennials asap.

Excellent outdoor nursery for garden supplies, flowers, trees, annuals, perennials, we went & found ground cover plants for our garden. All areas are organized & site is well maintained, plenty of help on site to ask questions. Plants are fresh with diverse selections. There is separate section to view chickens & roosters on site for kids to watch. I found a great selection of garden & lawn soil to replenish my garden. I will be back. The road to the Farm is Piermont Road, it was a pleasant drive, a nice getaway to a peaceful friendly establishment. Prices are right.

Great selection of flowers. Fun for kids if they want to see chickens, goats, sheep, or alpacas. The enclosures are small, but sometimes the chickens are out roaming on the yard and I've seen staff help children hold some hens now and then. Fun and quick way to break up the day or stock up on plants.

A lovely farm to go buy a wide variety big plants, pots and other gardening needs. Come to walk around their large plant selection, buy some fresh farm raised eggs or get greeted by some of their wandering farm foul. My go to place for a nice daily outing for buying plant babies.

Update April 2022: always can guarantee they'll have most unusual selection and lots of stock. Lots of accessories and planters! i especially loved the FALL Sale!! but you have to print out the webpage to get 45% off shrugs/trees. otherwise its 40% off. Ive been here twice. the first time in spring when everything was full price. the regular prices are a bit high but not crazy. its worth it, they have lots to choose from. and the shop is very nice. lots of pottery, and indoor plants.

PROS: This place has everything you can imagine for gardening. Every plant, accessory to the garden, gear & tools, and all for great prices. The quantity is just as good as the quality because not only do you have a large selection of items but there is plenty in stock to prevent them from selling out. They also have a lot of parking in both the front and rear CONS: It's tough to find this place if you haven't been here before since it's tucked away in a residential place. Also the personalities of some of these people aren't the nicest. One at the front desk was very snippy to me when I was there. OVERALL: This place is better than many farms in the area that provide you with gardening merchandise. I'll overlook the personality of a few of the workers because they are the best

This experience was a encounter of feelings for me. First I will say the place is beautiful and has infinity variety of flowers, trees, bushes, fruits and vegetables they also carry local wild flower honey! Which was the main reason of my visit there. They also have cute and well care animals such as goats, sheeps, alpacas, and chickens. Then I will say the word expensive to describe the rest, to enter there is not cost, yet in my opinion the plants are over priced. And also by the pictures in the net, I thought the Farm was bigger. Yet I will go again.😁

There is a great selection of anything you will need for a full yard garden down to small window succulents. Don't waste your time going to a Home Depot or Lowe's, the staff here is much more helpful and knowledgeable. They sell eggs from the chickens who roam the grounds and there are other animals around that are fun to see with your kids.

Amazing space, plants, and variety. Really unfriendly staff though. Thought it was just one member but after asking different staff around the farm, they were all quite rude and quite cold. Don’t expect friendliness from them. Just the plants

They offer everything you would need to garden and "landscape" your property. They also have some livestock (chicken and goats) and sell chicken eggs. I am glad to come here and support a local garden supply shop even if some items are a bit pricey.

I visit all of the Metropolitan stores during their 40% off sale. This was my first visit to this site. Very large with a nice selection of heavy duty outdoor pots. The alpacas were cute!

Have quite a selection to choose from. Local farms, and landscaping sites a dropping out of existence do to the giant home centers. You'll never get the answers you need to know because the home centers employ anyone who will work. The local farms we/are family owned and knew thier business. It's such a shame..
