Moonlight Serenade

Clean, close by, doesn't follow the days of the soups, some employees still don't know what goes on a greek wrap and I have witnessed employees being rude to customers now and then, for no good reason. However, I still go on a fairly daily basis because the prices are reasonable, and for the most part I enjoy the surroundings. Also, most of the employees are great and the customer service is wonderful. I have never had a problem with the customer service department.

I ordered subs with Randon and Andrew on the evening of Sunday, December 18, and they were absolute professionals! (a true testament to how they have been managed or trained.) There was a long line, and the two of them were so calm and kind with everyone who ordered! They made each customer feel valued, heard, and appreciated, and took the time to correctly make their order, and thanked everyone for their patience. I love Publix, but I particularly love this location, and will be back to order subs regularly!

I love love Publix supermarket.. the floors are always clean, The Shelves are always full and filled neatly.. The people are Super Friendly and If you can't find Something they go out of their way to Help you find it.. Publix is a wonderful store and I love it I only wished that some of the prices weren't so high but other than that it remains my favorite store in Tampa Florida.. C.P October 3rd, 2022

Nice friendly staff. I live in my car and come to this store to get soda, can goods, a sandwich every once in awhile. I've even heard one employee singing while sweeping the aisles! Thanks for maling my day everytime i walk thru your doors.

Great Publix! It’s always super clean & organized here! I wish the parking lot was slightly bigger seems like we’re always battling for a parking spot but hey great job on the location!!! The employees are very nice! All of the fresh food always taste great as well. Cant complain

This is a much needed publix! It's a very good layout with a lot of options beyond what you see it most of the Publix in the South Tampa and downtown area. The staff is beyond friendly. Lots of grab-and-go items and deli focus.

Seems like a smaller Publix, had what we needed. Lines seemed to move slow. They really need to set limits on how many items one can have for the self-checkout, watched a lady with a full cart do the self check out, she just created more problems for herself and the staff. Ample parking and access to and from the main roads.

Can’t say enough about this store! The bakery- A+!! I love the young girl who not only works in the bakery but also works for Instacart- she goes out of her way to help her bakery costumer’s. Deli staff is great. Wait times are not long even in rush hour. Pharmacy is also very good and costumer service is very very good at trouble shooting. Had a problem with a gift card and they figured it out. Store is neat and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We love this cute baby Publix on Kennedy Blvd just west of Westshore Blvd. It is a newer small neighborhood store with a nice parking lot. It's an easy in-and-out during all hours and is also walkable.

Very well managed store! Last week, I ran into a little hiccup in the meat department (these things happen) and I reached out to management to let them know what transpired. Donna, the assistant manager, addressed my concern immediately via email then offered to speak to me in the store to rectify the issue. I went to the store today and Donna, as well as meat manager Mike, went above and beyond to ensure customer happiness. Those two are an asset to Publix and I will be a return customer for sure! Go see Donna, Mike and Devin (another meat manager). They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you.

Really nice selection to choose from. I'm from Minnesota so coming here was somewhat familiar to our County Market we have back home. Produce looked fresh and in order, large selection on deli and premaid to making a sub while you are there, we don't have thar option at our Stores. Very clean and well run store. Staff are friendly and helpful. The deli has some of the best sandwiches, night and day better than any of the other grocery chains in tampa. The sushi counter has fresh and delicious food. I highly recommend the poke bowls especially the salmon and tuna combo bowl.

Limited number of BOGO products each time I have been there. Not the friendliest bakery. It seems like I am putting them out when I ask for assistance. Their sourdough is not great as there are ALWAYS big holes is the slices. They obviously aren't kneading the dough enough to eliminate air bubbles. With numerous holes in the bread when you make a grilled cheese sandwich melted cheese ends up all over the frying pan or grill. I no longer go to this store. I go to the one on Neptune, just a short way away from where I'm staying. They always have a large selection of BOGO's and they know how to make sourdough bread properly.

This was only my 3rd visit to this location. The store is extremely large, clean and offers a wide variety of items. It's close to my job so I can easily pop in and grab lunch. I've also driven from Brandon to shop here during the Pandemic shutdown to look for tissue and the store had plenty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Publix in general is clean and maintained. This one is a step ahead. Staff is super friendly, especially the butchers, they understand what you are looking for and help you with it with patience. I have seen a few publix where I ask them to cut meat or chop chicken and they frown but none of that at this location.

This is a GREAT publix everyone here is SO helpful. I come here often because my office is right down the street. I often order chicken wings ahead of time or come in for Pub Subs. I want to give a special shout out to Mr. Ogilvy (sorry if I spelt that wrong), he is ON IT, he always remembers me when I come in for my wings, and super fast/ considerate of my time! He's the bomb! Awesome customer service! I also wanted to should out Veronica and Maria who helped me with my pub sub today! They are great, an awesome team! Veronica was hilarious, made my sandwich with love and made sure to recognize the people in line behind me too! Really great service! Maria was awesome and went to through boxes to get me extra mayo packets that someone has just taken the last of on the counter. You all rock! Thanks for the awesome experiences!

Stopped in during a weekday around 17:30 for a sub and drinks. At the deli there was one guy preparing subs and that wouldn’t be an issue but a couple at the front of the line ordered 6 subs…. That’s what online ordering is for. The guy preparing the subs was great but management should’ve had someone help this guy. A couple of managers even walked by and saw the line of 5+ people and didn’t call for back up. Overall it seems like the management isn’t great and should really help their employees out when they can.

Two and a half hours before close and the deli only had wheat bread. This store likes to try and close things down too early. The meat section always gets put in the back early too. Overall not a terrible experience but the deli and meats section could use some oversight.

It is definitely setup differently than the locations in Clearwater. Plus I like how the deli is staged as it own island in the main shopping area. And the selection appears to have more options when compared to other publix locations throughout both Saint Petersburg and Clearwater

This Publix super market it seem small, but it was really clean, employees were super helpful and friendly, fruits and vegetables were fresh (it pretty much look like it went from te farmer straight to the publix. The sandwiches at the deli are solid good, they do sandwich of the week so make sure ask which is the one of the week cause it comes out a bit cheaper.

This is a great little Publix, but it's an urban model which means it's smaller on the inside. Some things are not available like in a suburban Publix, but I like how they did it here in south Tampa. As a people watcher I have to admit everyone here is beautiful.

A very nice lady Larissa (?) answered my phone call and didn't let me off the line till she resolved the issue. Smaller selection than larger stores such as the one on 1313 S Dale Mabry and Neptune - example: they do not carry Price's pimento cheese spread with is the gold standard but they do carry Publix brand and Palmetto brand versions which are both inferior.
