I've been looking for a good African store in the Tampa bay area and thank goodness I finally found it!!!! They had everything that I was looking for. The costumer service is excellent. They greet you with the most beautiful, welcoming and warm smiles. They even have time to help you look for items and have a conversation with you. At this store I found frozen Attieke (one of my favorite foods) as well as the boxed kind. They have African soap and real Shea butter and so much more. I can't wait to go back.

This store is truly the African Union! What ever you are looking for, you most likely will find it in Africa on the Bay. You'll find food items and products from a lot of African and Caribbean countries. Their prices are fair and I've not had any issues with the products/goods. It's the only African store in Tampa I go to and they do not disappoint. The customer service is great which is a huge plus.

Regular customer- nice, clean, organized store. Fair prices. (Especially since Nigerian food is scarce here :( The ONLY place to buy Nigerian food supplies that I’ve found so far... (don’t waste your time at the other African store.) Good variety of foods. Refrigerator section keeps things super fresh. Shea butter is overpriced :( Employees are so friendly & helpful! Parking is a small nightmare- use good judgement & caution.
