Status Update. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Once a shining beacon to latin food lovers, this grocery has lost a lot of lustre. Climbing prices, smaller skimpier sandwiches, blander food, cheaper products, high staff turnover rates and unpredictable service are all in play. A thing of the past are the long lines for food, parking is much easier due to less traffic and make sure to repeat your order 3X for a 70% chance of accuracy. Employees cite conditions and pay as issues. While all the above is true, this is still a latin market with the largest inventory of latin product anywhere in the area. Centrally located in an area of largely latino population which makes it a necessity for people in the area including myself.

We had a nice experience in this store this past weekends. We are a couple of gringos, (well, I’m Spanish but I can’t speak it), and went there to order the pernil meal for Christmas. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the food selection. This store has it all! It’s similar to an American Fresh Market, but of course very Latin! I tried to food from the food bar as well. It was super busy on a Saturday around 2p. The employees were friendly, but very busy! Even the manager said hello. The lady who took my order for the Christmas dinner walked me to the counter to pay, she was very friendly. Some customers stared us up and down as if we didn’t belong there, but who cares. This is America! I can shop there too and give them my money if I want to. What can I say, people are sometimes rude anywhere you go. Anyways, that has NOTHING to do with the store! We will be back - of course to pick up our Christmas catering meal, but also to shop for Latin foods we cannot find elsewhere and to be in a clean, well organized store with quality meats. Oh yes, we bought some picanha to grill. It was was delish, and a few Latin fruits and vegetables we’ve been looking for - malanga, mamay, etc…

I’m just a white country boy from Minnesota and I moved down here about 18 years ago and met my now wife in highschool who is Hispanic. She got me hooked on all latin/Spanish food and I absolutely love this place. I can only understand a bit of Spanish, but always feel welcomed in this store. Everyone is so nice and the store is well-stocked/clean.

First time I go there to buy. The store was clean and well organized. All of their products were fresh. They also sell prepared food. I wasn't interested in prepared food so I can't comment. I had been looking for a particular domino table and I happened to find it there by chance.The only suggestion is that they work a little bit on the prices of some of their fresh produce as I compared it to some other spanish stores. I would definitely go to buy there again.

I really like this place. Cafe con leche is among the best I have ever had. The Tres Leche cake from Isabella's Pastries is outstanding. They even made me a vegetarian Cuban and were very patient with me even though I don't speak Spanish. Lots of hard-working people serving a HUGE variety of Latin grocery and homemade items. A+!

Been shopping here every week since it opened and it's always a good experience - from the friendly staff to the reasonably priced produce, cheeses, pantry items, fresh baked goods (and more!) to EBT acceptance ... While the emphasis is decidedly Latin, you can find plenty of other options here - though why buy a potato when you can buy fresh yucca, right? ... Also a fan of the $1 hot, fresh BUTTERED Cuban bread, wide variety of arepas and $1.49 bag of espresso.

Their soup is what you need while you’re sick! I had a friend pick me up their beef stew while I had Covid and it made me feel so much better. After it sits in the fridge it becomes like jello, so you know it’s good quality broth.

Its a little small but I am sure they will expand when its time. That would be my only complaint that its small so when you are in there it feels like you are really close to people. I come here to buy a little piece of my isla. We need more spanish markets like this that provide hot plates at great prices and that taste delicious.

My husband and I recently moved back to the area and came across this store. We were happy to find a Spanish store within our local area. We were both so very impressed with the selection and variety. Everything was extremely clean and well presented. The prices are very reasonable. The prepared food was amazing and affordable. My husband is a picky eater and he raved about the food and guess what he was right! Super delish and authentic! I have never been more impressed with a store! They have great Cuban sandwiches for a low price and the rest of the food there looks good too. The only thing I was perturbed by is that there were a lot of people shopping there without masks on (the employees all had masks on though). Other than that I would definitely come back again.

I love this place Latin food Puerto Rican, Cuban, Dominican. Rice beans Yuca, Pollo guisado, Cuban sandwiches you name it. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be ordered for takeout as well as grocery shopping.

But The Latin Fresh Mark clearly does.. their are the Public od Spanish market! Great fresh Cuban bread made daily on site...only a buck $1, but way better than any other store anywhere in the area. Super grocery and meat selections also. And the store really shines in their produce section and their hot deli or sandwich/prepared meal buffet area, as well as the friendly family owned atmosphere and management. Try the cafe con leche and tostada special before 10 AM. Butchers, produce, hot buffet staff, and cashiers are all friendly and helpful. Yuca Frita, Bacalao, Pollo Asado, Picadillo, Ropa Vieja, Carne con Papa, Roast Pork, Platano maduro, tostones, y mucho mas...RICO!
