Love the family run local store! Unfortunately the dive hotel next to the location steers folks away. Business itself and staff are awesome, sandwiches and Jamaica Patty's are awesome, wide variety and it's great having a convenience store in walking distance in this gem of a neighborhood!

Store is clean each time I visit. The staff are polite, and professional, they have a wide variety of items, including pickles, boiled peanuts, pickled eggs, and pickled sausages. They have a sign that informs that they sell fresh Cuban Sandwiches, as well as wine. A large variety of cold drinks. I appreciate that prices are clearly marked.

this is definitely a hidden gem in Tampa. with sandwich shops on almost every street corner, the Gita stands out! There is just something about her sandwiches. I have worked across the street from Gita for almost 7 months and i go here at least 2-3 times a week, whether its a breakfast sandwich or a honey cuban ( my favorite) you can't go wrong with The Gita. Trust me! Its amazing!
