This place has been there for as long as I have been in the area....33 years! It has some good buys although the produce can be great one day and not so good the next. The tomatoes are normally phenomenal. They have a delicious Cuban sandwhich and chef salad! Happy to have them and the staff is normally very nice. Shop local..

Fresh produce. So much cheaper than supermarket and fresher. Also have Boars Head Meats and products. Super friendly owners and if you don't see what you want. Thy will try to get it for you. Also fantastic Cuban sandwiches in the deli.

Large selection of fruit and vegetables as well as deli meat and cheese. Fair pricing and very friendly. The banana bread looked too good to pass on...so I didn't! A bit hard to find tucked away literally in the corner of a small strip mall on the left side of Armenia just before Linebaugh when going north. I passed it a couple times and my GPS was going nuts telling me "turn here ", lol! I'll be going back no doubt. 👍

One of the older vegetable stands that has survived covid. Still family run with a grest selection of fresh fruit and vegetables that are locallyefore sourced whenever possible. Some organics. Great deli section with Boars Head cold cuts at reasonable prices, sandwiches made to order and cuban sandwiches, fresh home made salads and deserts and boiled peanuts(a southern thing I guess) located in a small strip center at the corner of Linebaugh Ave. and Armenia Ave. about 3 miles north off of Busch Blvd. On Armenia Ave. It is just after the curve on the left before the light at Linebaugh and Armenia.

I have been going to AP Quality Produce for many many years. There isn't a better place to stop and fill all your produce needs, pick up a Cuban, some Boars Head Deli meat and cheeses ($$ less than Publix), and say a friendly hello to your neighbors. Great prices and service. You won't be disappointed.

I visited A P Quality Produce today for the first time! I went out of my way to find the place because of all the wonderful reviews. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the store was modest and clean. The environment was wholesome and the produce was actually priced just like people said it was; cheap. I'm so glad that I found this place and my family will be able to afford to eat vegetables and fruit all month long. Well worth the trip!

Best neighborhood produce market around! Great selection, low prices. Also have a deli with Boars Head products. Very friendly folks too! I would note that on two recent visits, the staff were not masked and quite a few customers were not as well, so bear that in mind.

They are nice people and are very accommodating. My fellow staff and I purchase sandwiches frequently. It's boar's head meat and cheese and they slice it fresh each time. They also have great local grown and packaged produce and juices as well as ethnic favorites such as deviled crab, empanadas, and meat stuffed potato balls

Love this local produce! Always courteous, knowledgeable personable and attentive. I used to go to Forest Hills Deli which is at the corner by my house for over 30yrs, now it is under new ownership, service is appalling. After having a terrible experience with the new owner, I've vowed never to go back...instead found AP highly recommend AP Quality Produce, besides having fresh produce they also have grocery items as well as cold cuts and sandwiches made to order, ever thier prices are better, than FH Deli. Thankful to have found AP QUALITY PRODUCE!!!

Please make a trip here for the freshest farm produce. It is unlike the sterile environment of a a grocery store experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they close earlier than most places. It is probably because going to produce dealers is a pre-dawn activity. This place is a neighborhood gem.

This is a neighborhood place, and you can feel it right away. When you ask about how to prepare things, or how the produce tastes, you will get honest and interesting answers. It's simple, and they have great prices on Boar's Head products and Vigo items as well.

My hair stylist who works nearby told me this place has free range chicken eggs for only $3 a dozen, but you must get there early morning before they get bought up. They also have the usul produce, This place is almost a historic landmark , as they have been there for decades & all forest hillers know about it.

Love ya'll! So happy you are sticking around! Great produce, and so happy its back in the hands of the original owner. For a few months, quality slipped, but since he took back over, it has been nothing but top notch. Also, not expensive for what you're buying. I buy a whole weeks work of vegetables, which are a staple in our house (spaghetti and butternut squash, brussels, green beans, tomatoes), and it barely costs over 20 bucks. Thats about 4 lbs of greens, and 4 each of the squashes. That would cost me 50 bucks at publix!

Let me just say first of all, "You're welcome." This place has some of the freshest fruits and vegetables. They only use Boar's Head meats and cheeses. You will leave thinking they forgot to ring up some items it's that reasonable. Update* This place is still better than advertised, even though they don't advertise. Update: This place is still the best in Tampa!
