I am not going to lie to you and tell you that Lenny's has the best and freshest produce in Seattle. But it's quite good, the selection is great, and I just love this place! Staff treats you right, and they have great variety. Prices are very fair, and they have some great bargains!

Lenny’s is a wonderful, neighborhood grocery store that sells produce (including Asian veggies) at an affordable price! Shopping for groceries in Seattle can feel so tough…everything is so expensive even at QFC and Safeway. I feel relieved that Lenny’s is here. Thank you for serving the North end!

Best neighborhood market. Good selection of produce for low prices, as well as some Asian and Eastern European products. Honorable mentions are the frozen pirogies, purple ramen that I haven’t seen anywhere else, and mushroom selection. They often have Asian pears/sand pears for the lowest prices I’ve seen. Be mindful of the tight parking lot (there is more parking on the north side of 104th) and $5 card minimum.

My favorite neighborhood produce stop! The family is really nice and they always have a great selection to choose from, better than the basics you find at your local Kroger. They also carry all kinds of other goods at a great price

If rising prices at the large chain grocery stores are bumming you out, come check this place out! Great veggie and fruit selection, higher quality than what you get at Fred Meyer for what seems like a far more fair price. Excellent selection of Asian and Hispanic products as well. Plus you're giving your money to a family instead of a $100+ billion corporation.

The apples are always half the price of big box grocery stores, they carry awesome European breads and frozen Dumplings as well as all the fresh fruit and veggies I need. Lennies saves me $$$ and makes shopping quick and enjoyable.

Great little mom-n-pop place. Their prices for fresh fruits and veggies can't be beat and their selection changes regularly as things come into season. They also have a great selection of international favorites and packaged snacks from all over the world. I love that you can get ripe, ready-to-eat fruits here instead of the green ones from the grocery store that you have to wait to ripen. Unfortunately, the don't currently carry organic options but maybe that will change. I typically walk here but they do have a small parking lot so quick trips are easy. They have a $5 min to use a debit card and $10 min for credit.

Visited after hearing positive things and I was very impressed. They have a wide selection of produce at very reasonable prices. They also have a really extensive range of snacks and foods from around the world. I saw food from Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Central America, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and East Asia all also at very reasonable prices as well. I will definitely return.

Staff are always friendly and produce is always fresh. I've been going here with my mom since I was a little kid and the store is always a treat to walk through. A little small but still holds up for your favorite multicultural treats and produce. I love this place and always will.

So glad I finally stopped in. Lenny's had the jicama that I was searching for that most other stores don't carry. They also had a wonderful selection of fresh produce, especially Asian fruits and vegetables. Additionally, everything looked fresh! I was very impressed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The best grocery store in Seattle! Lenny's is an institution, and the best place to get fruits, veggies and many other things for great prices in an efficiently-used, no frills space. Another bonus is that you can get in and out in 5-10 minutes because everything is so close together and the check out is always speedy. Lenny's also carries eggs, tea, many baked goods and sweets, Eastern European stuff including preserved meats, pasta, and assorted Asian condiments, and rice and dried beans. Almost everything you need except fresh meat and milk! (Grab your milk at the convenience store next door.) I've been coming here for nearly 10 years, and been an increasingly happy customer every time I go.

I have been going here for the past 13 years And have been given the best service every time! Produce is awesome with Hispanic, Asian, Indian and Polish items! They even carry your groceries to your car if they are heavy!

Lenny's is all about managing one's expectations. They have fresh, though not always perfect-looking produce for prices that make chain supermarkets seem like Martin Shkreli. They also have a small selection of various Asian cooking ingredients, as well as some Russian deli products. The owners/employees always provide superior service with a smile. It's a very unassuming place, and I love shopping there.

The quality can vary but is mostly in the very good range. The turnover is pretty high so you'll always find something new. The stuff doesn't last as long as from Costco or Safeway usually but it's because the stuff is ripe and ready to be eaten. The prices are 1/2 to 2/3 of any place else. The store isn't much to look at but it's clean and the value is unbeatable.

When I first came here, I honestly did not think anything of it. If it weren't my for my fiancée, I would have never found this place. I am so glad I did! This place is a gem! You can find high quality produce for a very cheap price. For example, Kale at Safeway or Fred Meyer usually costs around $1.99+. Kale here is either 79 or 99 cents. Cucumbers are buy 3 for a $1 and 5 pounds worth of carrots are around $2. All prices that you cannot find at your typical grocery store. You can also purchase packaged foods such as noodles, along with an assortment of common and hard to find spices & sauces. There are even some hard to find items such as aloe vera, bitter melon, plantains, enoki mushrooms, etc... Some negatives to this place is that the facility itself feels like you are in a garage (it is essentially an outdoor stand) and they don't have any organic options. The parking is also pretty difficult if you come around 5pm. Overall, I go here once a week to get produce and I am very pleased with my purchases here. I've gotten to know the staff here and they are really friendly. They will usually put all your food in a box similar to Costco or you can ask for a plastic bag. If you plan on using a card, keep in mind it's a $10 minimum. People thought your review was:

Lenny's finds seasonable produce at all times, and their diligent sifting keeps customer facing produce fresh and blemish free. Packaged goods are a reflection of our international neighbors: Vietnamese, Thai, Russian, Turkish, Mexican, Bulgarian, Japanese (among many others) supplies are all present. I used to live in the neighborhood and now I fight cross-town traffic to get back to Lenny's because it's simply the best.
