I'm addressing the person who talk about the people outside of the store and what he spent. This is OUR store in OUR HOOD and like any other hood this is what they do.. The food is good and the head cook has been there for years. She knows her patrons, like we know her. Every city has a hood, I know, I've visited most of them.

When I entered Project Food Store, I was a human. When I left, I was a god. Merely stepping over the threshold of Project Food Store's open, welcoming doors sent a rush of pure adrenaline through my veins. Instantly I was lifted into an alternate dimension by the delicate aroma of the plethora of various meats PFS has in its display cases. At first I was taken aback by their menu, as it contains such a wide selection of goodies, but as soon as I saw it listed on the menu, I knew: I wanted a shrimp po-boy. The first bite of this beautiful sandwich was the equivalent of thousands of tiny dancers doing the Macarena on my taste buds, and every bite after that just got better until there was an entire festival of flavor going on right there in my mouth. In other words: this sandwich was good. Darn good. I would give Project Food Store four stars because their food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very authentic. (There were at least ten crackheads standing outside.) However, I still can't figure out what pickled tips are. Definitely worth a try.
