Reviews of Farmers Market - French Market

I loved the food here. Not a bad place in there and a good handful of options. There's a gluten free option there too. Some snacks, sweets, treats, and meal options. Of course drinks too. The pigeons aren't shy at all, so look out for that, but I'd go back frequently if I lived locally.

There is so much to see here. Art, jewelry, clothes and a Food Court. Everyone is friendly with a welcome, laid back vibe. The prices are standard and some negotiation is available at times. Glad I ventured thru here. Lots to see and I was not disappointed.

The jewelry section is pretty good and reasonable. Then when you get to the food, booth #25 has the Shrimp Creole, and man, that was one of the BEST things I've tasted in my time in NOLA!! Some nice booths with fresh fruit smoothies and pastries too.

Get your fruit smoothies and enjoy walking thru the food market and flea market to shop for all kinds of stuff from all over the world. Been buying baby bracelets from Deborah for 20 years for my children and now grandchildren! Good place for tees and cheap sunglasses 😎 …

Great food!! You need to be careful in the French Quarter. They have a lot of homeless people and people on drugs.

The French Market is a must visit for tourist. You can do one stop shopping for all your souvenir needs. A word of advice, walk the whole thing & get prices from vendors prior to buying. You may find what you want or what you need cheaper from another vendor. All of the vendors are willing to negotiate & for the most part, super friendly. Keep in mind, they are there to make money too...

They have a nice setup here. You got a good variety of food vendors to choose from. It is very easy to access and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The material good vendors were pretty friendly, as well. It's a good place to walk around and kill some time while staying out of the sun.
