Reviews of Publix Super Market at The Crossings
Brooke HolderbaumAccording to my ride share driver, this is the closest grocery store to Opryland Resort. Publix had all I was shopping for and more. The blueberry coffee cake was a surprisingly good dessert - probably would be better ala mode. Personal care aisle had lots of choices but it took me a long time to find what I needed. I bought a bunch of items that I would not normally try, so, to end the review on a positive note, the selection was wow for the store size.
Michael TurnerSuch a nice store and such nice staff! I always enjoy a Publix. We ordered a cake and they had it ready to go, waiting when I arrived. The craftsmanship was superb. I wanted balloons and the gentleman that assisted me was personable and kind. Kudos to this Publix location! Y'all know how to do it right!
Darby HollowayMy wife uses the instacart services here at Publix often and I pick it up on the way home from work. Everyone is always very friendly and most times everything with the order is correct. We have had a few times that we received items we didn't order or didn't get things we did. They always make it right. It's very convenient if you are always busy.
Eddie ShafferI haven't shopped at this particular store but a few times. It has a great meat selection and friendly service. Also a wide selection of products and coupon friendly. Parking a bit challenging but that's common at most supermarkets. Highly recommend
ecko landenMy experience at Publix is good. I have not had a bad experience. Today is November 14, 2022, there was a security guard in the store, I was surprised. If there have been security guards in the store before it was never obvious. Just an observation.
Joan PetersThere are employees visible throughout the store. Everyone greeted me and asked if they could help. It was just a pleasant experience. Take you time going up and down the isles as there are new and unique items on every isle.

Matthew BondThis is a great supermarket! A few suggestions:
1. The pharmacy seems REALLY overworked. It needs more pharmacists and more assistants.
2. There is no fresh, New England cod. Why?
3. Please put the deli cheeses in a more logical order.
Theodore CossittAlways stocked, if something is out it is not "plugged" with something else, shelves are always near and faced, employees are always willing to help. Great deli. Salad bar and hot bar available. The store layout is a little confusing compared to other locations.
