I ordered a cake from the bakery to be customized to look like a tree stump. I showed a picture to the baker from the internet. They did such a wonderful job and the cake looked exactly like the picture!! Not only was it beautiful, the taste was outstanding. Thank you Publix Bakery.

A great and sometimes interesting place to shop. Moderate to sometimes high prices. Do comparison shopping, but due to the current increases in the economy, manufacturing and no reason for these increases they are about the same. The fleecing of America comes to mind. Alternative is to only buy what we need, cut back on what we want and maybe the inventories will force the prices down.

If I need something unusual I can go to that store not far away but this is my neighborhood store for 98% of what I want and need and it's a great store!

What’s happened? I’ve been coming here for over a decade and in the past two years it’s gone from one of the best to one of the most expensive and poorly stocked. No rain checks, no coupon doubling, less and worse sales. Sample station is gone which is such a shame. I miss trying and finding new recipes.

Convenient experience shopping here! I appreciate the proximity of Publix to other shopping centers to allow me to run errands while on a brief break from work. Isles are clean and organized which made the experience swift and intuitive from shopping at several other Publix centers. Publix all of them are great stores. As I've said before I dont know who trains there staff but only once have I encountered a rude employee. There meats and vegetables are always fresh. I've never had a problem with a return. I just love this store.

This Publix is a recommended must for fresh produce, meats, deli, fresh breads and desserts. The butcher's are helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about various cuts of meats. I have thoroughly enjoyed shopping at this Publix in West Nashville. The front customer service desk offers warm greetings and hidden smiles, due to masks wearing. Nonetheless, friendliness is palpable. They offer hot meals, too. The Tennessee Lottery can be played here as well, with a Lottery machine for easy access. Autumn, an employee, works every aspect of the store. She is one of the friendliest employee there. She always has a warm smile. She deserves employee of the month! If you are a lady shopping at night; the parking lot is well lit with bright lighting for security. They offer special parking for pregnant mothers. I think this is awesome. I highly recommend shopping at this Publix in West Nashville.

Fresh brand new store in East Nashville located where H.G.Hills used to be if you're old enough to remember. Publix is the main grocery store in So.Fla and they have quality products especially products that may not be to familiar to the South but very big for the growing Caribbean community that's growing.

I enjoy the pleasure of occasionally shopping at Publix. The prices are indeed higher than other retailers. We don't mind because the store is seldom crowded, they have excellent meat, dairy, and bread, the manager is friendly and has given us free items when the price was incorrect, and the subs are fantastic. They have made two birthday cakes now, one farm and tractor, and another construction themed, for our kids. Both cakes were great. Also, one of the balloons I bought for the kids popped and they gave me a free one when I tried to buy another balloon. It's small things like this that keep us going back to Publix.

Absolutely perfect as always! I had three employees ask if I needed anything, because they're all fabulous! Baby bella mushrooms we're on sale 2/$4, of course I bought two. Their flowers were gorgeous, bought me some crazy daisies. Accidentally walked down the ice cream aisle, so I now have to work off a pint of ice cream tomorrow. But it was all worth it! In all honesty, I just come in for the nice employees. The food is just a bonus.

Super nice people, the lady doing the demo cooking(I guess that's what you call it) was awesome, the sample was meatball suband zucchini & onion salad (I have never even tried zucchini) was good. The deli was great as well, I asked for cod fish and they only have it cooked on Friday she said, ( it's Tuesday) but she went and cooked it fresh for me. Yea! It was good.

I am a big Publix fan from Florida. This is a large and well organized store with usual clean isles and friendly staff throughout. BUT when you order sliced turkey in the deli and you get home with a shredded mess in a bag you wonder what training goes on and I can not give my usual 5star Publix rating here!

Expensive and not real efficient. Self checkout is great and so is the 15 items or less line but only having one normal lane open isn’t enough. People lined up 5 deep with full carts in that lane and nobody is paying attention.

Today I visited this Publix location to pick up some subs for lunch for my co worker and I. Jenny in the deli was who put our sandwiches together for us and she was such a delight! You could seriously tell that she loves her job! She even went above and beyond and offered a sample of the new Aloha Boar’s Head turkey to try and that is what I ended up getting on my sub today! We were looking for a particular type of bagel that was out if on shelf. We asked the 1st person we saw at the meat counter, he was going to check when the person that resupplies the cooler area in cheeses, etc, was coming out with cart full to replenish shelves. Low and behold, the bagel was on the bottom of the stack, and the two of them were able to open box carefully at bottom, and there they were. My husband was so happy, and I was, too, and the two guys were so nice. Thanks Publix! Thanks to these two men!!

The produce is the best in town. Love the BOGOs! Best of all is their Customer Service! The eye to eye Hello's. They ask if you need help finding an item before you ask for help. It seems as if Publix people read facial expressions. I am in a wheelchair and could not ask for a better store and staff.

Last evening around 8 pm I left work in Bellevue and stopped for two items. Being alone, I noticed getting out of the car how well lit up the store and surrounding parking area was and how groomed the landscaping is (harder for criminals to hide behind). I felt safe. Also Publix is great about offering to help escort you to your car. I spoke to Houston today (identified as a Manager) and complimented his store, creating a feeling of safety. Another reason to shop Publix. ❤️

Publix is always a pleasure for shopping, though the day before Easter was quite crowded. The store offers a lovely deli with Boar's Head meats/cheeses, fresh fruits/vegetables, seafood and meats. Staff are always helpful and cheerful!

Publix Customer Service is very friendly and cooperative with all the customers. This includes observing, surveying, and dealing with customer complaints. They also provide quality direction and answers to all customers.

Shopping IS not a pleasure @ this location. 3 out of 5 employees aren't very helpful- including the assistant manager. No one is ever at the self checkout & if they are, it seems as if they don't even notice you are there. The only good is the pharmacy & meat/seafood department. I go to the west end location instead, even though I live 2 minutes away from this location.

Even when there are enough people behind the counter to serve multiple people usually only one is only serving customers and the rest are puttering around behind the counter. So frustrating.

As a Florida transplant, it's so nice to walk into a Publix here! Hit the sandwich counter for lunch and get addicted like the rest of us. Fresh produce and a large selection, great meats, and obscure items. Publix wins the grocer games.

The best thing about the place? It's quick to get in and out of and the workers are efficient. The worst thing about the place? The workers are a bit overzealous in the wrong areas. The bagger will offer to carry a single bag out to the car for a group of healthy young men, while the next person in line is a frail old lady, and there is no way they would be back in time if the men took them up on it. Not to mention the way they insist on handing you the bags when you went handbasket instead of cart. They don't seem to understand that it is actually far more difficult to take a plastic bag from someone else's fingers than to pick it up from a table. Their selection is good enough, for a grocery. They can't stand up to something like a Super Walmart or the newer Super Krogers, but they have most of what you might be looking for. That said, they have a bad habit of letting things go well past their sell by dates without removing them from the shelves, so always make sure you check them before buying anything. And, no matter what their marketing keeps trying to claim, they really are one of the most expensive groceries around. The prices are a trade-off for just how speedy they are, however.
