Grocery store is good, but I don't understand the no dog policy. If you have a well behaved fur baby, why can't you bring them in? It's obviously not a hygiene issue because service animals are allowed, so what gives?

I like Publix a lot but unless you get a sale it's really overpriced but on the other hand it is the only place to get the best ingredients so I guess we have to pay extra for the privilege of shopping in Publix

I love Publix. ❤ The selections are the best. The produce is always fresh. The meat and seafood has a great deal of selections. This makes it so much easier to find things to prepare for. Y large family. I just wish the cost per servings was a little cheaper, but you can't have everything. It is lot more satisfying to be able to find quality and to find things that keep my family interested in eating at the house.

Absolutely one of the very best Publix’s in Nashville (I drive for a living and have literally been to them all). It’s very clean, it’s not very crowded (unless it’s Super Bowl/holidays/or it’s about to snow) they always have good stock on products. And they definitely have the best employees (a big plus for me!) everyone is usually in good spirit and very helpful and the customer service is always knowledgeable and friendly.

Wonderful experience with the Publix bakery on Hwy 100! Shoutout to the amazing, friendly staff at this location. We ordered a sheet cake and complimentary smash cake for my daughters first birthday. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend ordering for any celebration!

This store always has the friendliest staff, best quality bakery and deli products, and rarely runs out of anything. Their sales are great, and they have plenty of variety. What makes them stand out from other groceries is that they almost always bag the groceries for you and offer to walk the groceries out to your car and help you load them.

Publix employees here are the best, especially the produce section. The fruit and veggies are always outstanding. The deli is the best I’ve experienced. I’ve visited numerous delis at Publix for their subs and this Publix is the best!!!! I have a Publix close to me but will drive an extra 5 mins to visit this one.

I think Publix is mostly over-priced and over-rated. Most of what I buy has cheaper options that are either identical or better at Kroger. I believe people have been sold more on the idea of a better shopping experience and they are willing to pay for it. I shop at Publix for 2 reasons: I can't find Brachs Lemon Drops at Kroger any more and they have conveniently packaged vegetables for cooking. That is it; very specific hard candy preference and mis en place laziness.

This particular Publix just may be the friendliest grocery store I've ever shopped at. The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful which makes for a pleasurable shopping experience. I've personally never had an issue with the quality of anything I've purchased there, and I plan to continue shopping at their Harpeth Village location.

So I almost forgot to post this. Anyway a couple of weeks ago I was in this Publix looking for orange flavored Gatorade. There was none on the shelves.I stopped this Publix employee named Barry and asked for help. I think he was really in another department but stopped what he was doing to help me. He checked his hand computer saw there was inventory in the back went out picked up four eight packs came and put them in my cart. Great customer service what a guy !

I am a Florida transplant and have grown up and old with Publix, quality and service have been excellent 95% of the time. Only complaint is prices are higher, I understand it took a while for customer service to improve to the Florida levels of excellent. Could be a by product of growth. I would like to see a better quality and variety in the meat departments.

What is not to love about Publix other than maybe a few higher prices here and there. CLEAN, great customer service, well kept and kind employees. For several generations, KROGER owned the Nashville market. Publx has been the first chain to move in and compete and they have done it without having to match all Kroger's prices. They have done it with CLEAN stores filled with great employees. They know how to interview and hire.
