Was a great welcome for me coming back after not having Publix in my life for about a year now. It wasn't a perfect experince coming in the morning time. Was expecting hot food and a restock to happen before I left town, only to be disappointed.. still a cool space though.

Friendly, fast service! Very clean store. Parking garage is great for when the weather is bad. Key was a great cashier. Cora was great for costumer service (needed a gift card). Very patient - those phone calls seemed very intimidating in the short time I was there. Van helps with knowing where everything is at in the store and gives great advice with ingredients for recipes with substitutions. He is knowledgeable except for when it comes to football - my Packers lost against Washington and he said I had nothing to worry about! Hey, I guess no one is perfect! Edit to add: Scott was a great bagger - professional and fast! He also went above and beyond and helped me carry out my grocery bags to my car yesterday. He was so friendly!

Overall, one of the best groceries stores in the area. Clean, staff is friendly, produce has always been fresh, and they do a solid job at keeping things restocked. They offer pick up and delivery through Instacart. However, if you opt to pick up and it's a busy day (like Sundays after 11am) the three designated pick up spots are always selfishly taken by normal shoppers.

Great Publix but the subs (if you order them online) are hit or miss every time. Might get everything you ordered, might not. Usually something’s missing, whether it is sauce, mustard, being toasted, pickles, oil, Vinegar. Something besides the meat and bread. Just have it made in front of you if you have the time to wait 15-20 minutes for lunch. Edit: they gave me two different types of bread today and I don’t even know how you do that…

Deli Fail: deli runs out of salad and topping items often at lunch... in a grocery store! Staff said they're not allowed to pull items from the store shelf to replenish their items, smh. Priceless are $1 higher than posted on their menu! Parking is scarce, and street access is often blocked by delivery, maintenance, and lawn care trucks.

This location is awesome and so easy to shop. When I stopped in for morning fruit around 8am, encountered at least 6 friendly employees who greeted me with warm smiles. Although a bit smaller, departments and selection are the same as other Publix stores. Free covered parking is a treasure. Sounds odd...but.. I actually enjoy spending my money here. Publix rocks!

I enjoyed Shopping @ this Particular Publix and it was my first time there. We were visiting from out of Town. I was so amazed how Fresh the Meats were. Plus they had there own Parking Lot and it's in the Dwntwn Area. The Customer Service was great and they had great Hospitality. Yes will visit when I return back to Nashville.

So I forgot to get my son a cake for his bday. Called Publix last minute to see if they could make a cake. The decorator was gone for the day. Had one cake left and fixed it up the best way they could. I really appreciate what they did! Thank you and it was delicious.

First time here. Small selection such as eggs (no options for just 6 eggs. Only dozens), no sweet tea (RIP Gold Peak) and the deli was out of all turkey breast. They did have free Supercharging for our Tesla so that was a plus. HOWEVER, there were only two chargers from what I saw.

Amazing service! The bakery put so much detail into a cake for my coworker. I had 2 cakes, and one of the baker's actually helped me carry the 2nd cake to my car instead of me having to walk back! The cakes were delicious and there wasn't a single piece left over!

Amazing! I went here the day after they opened this location and they were still in “Grand Opening” mode. All the staff was incredibly friendly and had a smile on their face. Although this is a smaller Publix, they still had everything I was looking for. This location is incredibly convenient for me and I can’t wait to go back!

awesome publix. only complaint is it doesn't have a great soda selection. the parking garage is okay, there probably needs to be a security patrol cause there definitely is bums in the garage at times, but it is downtown/gulch so it can be expected thats not publix fault.

Very nice atmosphere, I love the Publix Super Market, clean place, fresh vegetables and fruits, I especially like the Bakery they always make tasty cakes, I had purchase my wedding cake there in 2018 it was beautiful and they still great cakes there.

I first visited this Publix on Sunday, February 20, 2022. The parking lot was impressive, however, customer service was not as impressive in comparison to other Publix. Amy, the Assistant Manager, was unfriendly. The adage first impression is everlasting hit home. After asking for a receipt from the TN Lottery machine. She just flat out said, " 'We don't do that. ' " I politely said, " 'It's done at other Publix stores.' " I visited this Publix again on February 22, 2022. This time I receive a receipt for the lottery. Another cashier was knowledgeable about TN Lottery procedure. However, the third time is not the charm here at Publix; and Amy, Assistant Manager, is still unable to print out a receipt for TN Lottery. I cannot understand Publix Management of not training the entire staff on the Tennessee Lottery procedure. I hope in the near future, Amy and the entire Customer Service staff will learn to fullfil patrons', such as myself, simple request to obtain a Lottery receipt. Finally, today, I met Justin, in the Seafood Department. Justin made my day. He was cordial and had great friendly customer service. Thank you, Justin, for renewing my faith in Good customer service. I also appreciate the recipe for scallops, Justin. You took the time to make sure I was given your undivided attention. You, deserve, Customer of the Month Award! Albertine Baker

Staying in the gulch or downtown? It's the most convenient place. It's produce is fresh, the deli counter has a great selection. OK, what's the catch? It is not a typical Publix. There are fewer selections than most stores with staples. So, what's with the five stars for a Publix with a smaller selection? Please re-read the start of this review.

This is a great little Publix. It was hard to find because there is a lot of construction around it so google maps sent me a way I couldn't go and I had to do a big circle almost to the capitol and then back along a sketchy little road. It's only a few blocks from our hotel, but took about 10 minutes with the big detour. The deli counter guy was so friendly and he understood that "half a pound" means .5 (you'd be surprised how many times I get .75 or .30 from other deli counters. I usually have to say "Half a pound, like Zero point Five Zero," but this guy knew his measurements without me explaining half a pound). The cashier was friendly and fast. The lady bagging my groceries offered to carry them to my car (I declined, but thanked her). They have a nice parking garage with tons of spaces and you don't have to get a ticket validated to park there, just pull in and park. Coming from Los Angeles, this made me happy. The store is clean, nicely laid out, and it was easy to find what we needed.

The store is too small. Many things are not stocked because of small size. But the employees were great and helpful. The butcher ground pork for me when none was available. When I couldn't find things, every clerk knew where I need to find it. I have seen better in urban settings.

Derek’s personalized, professional and accommodating service was first rate.⭐️ I live in Los Angeles and my daughter resides in Nashville and once I found Derek at Publix the search for the perfect wedding cake was complete. We can’t thank Derek enough , from the initial first call to the delivery and set up of the beautiful and delicious “ Triple Berry Cupcake Tower”. What a sweet treat!!! Highly Recommend!!!

Warm, inviting, and super convenient for those living in the downtown area. As soon as I walked in the door I felt like a King. I was greeted with smiles and genuine care for any help I might need. I cannot believe I'm writing a review for a grocery store but this place is honestly great. They have the absolute best employees. The store is on the smaller side so they don't have a super large selection of some items, but I still come here because of how great the employees are, how clean the store is, and how convenient it's location is for downtown residents. I've been coming 1-2 times a week since they opened in October and have never had a bad experience. Shoutout to Josiah who checked me out last night- he deserves a raise :) The pharmacy is also great! Super quick and the pharmacist is really nice.

I know it's weird to review a grocery store but I just love shopping at this Publix! It's very clean and organized, even though the store is quite compact/small for this chain. Ordered and paid ahead for subs sandwiches MANY times, always with 100% accuracy and it's oh so convenient. All employees I've encountered are friendly and helpful. Also FREE parking garage. Not even a headache because the spaces are large and tons of spots (unlike some parking garages in Nashville hah!)

Much smaller so they are very limited in items. I did curbside and was delayed 3 hours without a real notice and out of 41 items they only had 28 things instock. I just moved from Texas where we have HEB so it is hard to transition.

I shop at Publix for the quality of meats and produce. I also use the Glacier water refill station regularly and I appreciate the convenience of this location and the parking garage. The store is a bit difficult to navigate if it is crowded but I'm usually in and out as quickly as possible. Once I started shopping here it became one of my regular stops!

I am a Publix loyalist. And this location has been my community store since I moved to downtown. This location is one of the smallest of the Publix layouts, but is typical for an urban footprint. The parking garage makes the transition of groceries from the store to the car a bit easier. During the year + plus of covid restriction I was impressed with their diligence in keeping carts clean and encouragement of mask wearing! This location will not have every product you want, but they will gladly special order it for you.

I had the absolute best experience I have ever had and a grocery store in my entire life today thanks to the incredible employees of this location. I came in off the street needing 12 of their Dutch oven pies to save an event that I was putting together for later in the day. Not only did the bakery manager but the bakery employee went out of their way to help me. And at checkout I had the 2 friendliest employees I've ever had. I am a customer for life

This location is one of my new favorite places to shop. I'm in the store a few times a week. The deli (soups, chicken, and prepared meals) are always fresh and very delicious. Recently I've had to place special orders for cupcakes in the bakery. A young lady named Tierany was very helpful. As a matter of fact all of the staff I've encountered are ALL outstanding.

One of my favorite grocery stores in Nashville due to the incredible customer service, knowledgeable employees & the store layout. It’s small enough to find what you need quickly, but despite short aisles, it has a wide variety of items. The deli workers are also friendly and helpful. Prices are a tad high, but that comes with high quality. Sale items are also scattered throughout to save some $$.

When you come in there It's like a great store to shop be friendly when you come there you just might get a great deal on food. First time seeing a flower that has to have ice cubes once a week I'm like what🤯 which is new don't be in a rush they will help you if you need assistance but publix is great store to shop even if you're getting a few things

While small, this Publix is an amazing addition to the neighborhood. They’ve done a really excellent job of having a good variety of products available, and the hot foods from the deli are really good. The best thing about this store, though, is the staff- I’ve never passed an associate without being greeted and offered help, and when i’ve needed it they’ve always been incredible.

I wasn't happy that they didn't have a sushi bar which was the main reason I went there. But they do have Sue chefs there that will make you the sushi you want. You can order it, go shopping and then stop back by and pick it up.

Love Publix and so glad they are showing up in TN. This location is in Midtown so that's convenient but it's a small store and hard to navigate if it's the least bit crowded. Underground parking with large pillars make it hard to find/fit into a space if you are driving a larger vehicle.

I simply LOVE this location! It's super convenient, and has mostly everything that I could ever need. If I had to state a negative about this location, it's that they do not carry the Local Tennessee products. I purchased a local product earlier today at another Publix location, and just wanted more (I'll write a separate review about that trip). I've shopped here before, but this trip was specifically for some more Winfrey relish (local brand) and Stella Rosa wine. One of the managers stated that this location does not carry the Local Tennessee products. Such a bummer! I guess I will continue to shop the regular locations for those products. I DID get my Stella Rose wine though, which was on sale, which was a win! One out of two isn't that bad. I purchased some delicious cantaloupe as well, so my shopping trip wasn't a complete bust! In the end, shopping truly ended up being a pleasure at this location-- as always!

Great for a quick stop. As this is a city location, do not expect a typically large Publix store. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Store is clean and organized. On a side note, I actually found Lysol aerosol spray, cleaner spray and wipes!! Woohoo!! 😁

Why is their only one register open for more than 10 items at noon? I waited half hour. That’s Kroger wait times. I was super excited to have Publix downtown. This was not the usual Publix where shopping is a pleasure. I was okay with the more limited selection. But all I wanted was all my groceries in one double paper bag and after I asked him he tried to give me plastic, so I asked again and then he tried to give a non double paper bag. he couldn’t figure out how to fit 15 items in one paper bag so we had to go to another paper bag. I expect the workers at other grocery stores to seem like they didn’t get the chance to play with blocks when they were an infant but I expect a Publix bagger to be able to figure out not to put the raspberries underneath the milk, how to put together a double paper bag, and how to fit 15 items in a bag easily. This Publix is always filled with the tourist guest of our City downtown Nashville and it does a great job for that purpose it is not a fully stocked grocery and unfortunately sometimes the website provides misinformation of items that they don't even carry definitely should look into cross-referencing the internet and the actual stores otherwise it's a good go to and I like the parking garage when it's raining
