My wife and I have been shopping at your location since its grand opening but this evening's service left a lot to be desired and might just move us on to Kroger. My receipt says I was checking out at 7:59 PM. The cashier was totally unwelcoming and silent the whole time. I don't know if he was sulking about something or not, but I just stood there until he stuck the receipt out at me, again without a word. No "Thank you for shopping at Publix", or "Thank you. Have a nice evening." No nothing. And... to add to it, the girl bagging the groceries never smiled. And when everything was in the cart and I was moving away, I looked her in the eyes,, smiled, and said, "Thank you so much." No reply. Honestly... how could two of them be at the same register together? I am hesitant to name the cashier, so I won't in this venue. But I will give you the cashier's name if I hear back from Publix. Also, there was a fellow working at the bread isle when I was getting a loaf of bread. I said, "Excuse me... I'll be out of your way in just a moment". He mumbled something incoherent and moved away. I moved on. I'm sorry for this long comment, but I was uncomfortable about it all through dinner. And, now, you know. I can't help but wonder how many other customers have the same sort of service. Thank you for making this venue available for comments.

Angel made the perfect roast beef sandwich with horseradish for me at the boars head deli. He was super sweet and accommodating. The sandwich was the best sandwich I’ve ever put in my mouth. I’m from Memphis and we do t have Publix, but every time I’m close to go in for this sandwich. Bravo Angel and thank you for making my day.

One of the best Publix supermarkets that I’ve been to. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Great store layout that doesn’t change too much (which is good). I frequent the deli, meat department and bakery often. Fresh produce section is very well stocked and constantly rotated. I do, however, wish that more registers would remain open in the evenings.

The store is very clean and the employees are helpful and kind. The pharmacy is outstanding. I used to go to a competitor but felt unwelcome. Publix pharmacy crew are great and very professional as well as accommodating.

This is my favorite grocery store. It's always clean, well lit, and well stocked (as much as possible during these times of supply chain problems). Without exception, the employees are reliably friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. As someone who needs the motorized carts to shop, I appreciate the fact there's almost always one available with a full charge. Yes, their prices are a little higher than some other chain stores, but the factors I just mentioned are worth the difference!

Publix is always a good go to place...I went for a hot deli meal ... 3 tenders and 2 sides.... fried okra and potato wedges!!! I love potatoes!!! The meal did not disappoint!!! I normally love shopping here but I bought 2 salad a freshly made salads from here and when I started to eat it I noticed the lettuce was dirty, and not just a little dirty but like it wasn't washed at all. Publix is great employees are extremely friendly. Don't waste you time going to Kroger, they never have any help and customer service is always closed so don't bother going up there to get money orders lottery tickets or anything at the service desk. Stick with Publix as your main place to shop.

I'm like this store a lot. The prices are good and the produce and meat seem fresh and good on price as well. I get weekly coupons so that helps. They seem to have good sales each week. The only reason I took one star away is because I'm not really a fan of the layout of the store. The aisles are long and tall. I can't really make sense of the organization. I also find it weird that the meat and cheese are so far apart.

We may not recieve the same greeting from every employee as we do in West End. But this crew is still helpful when asked. And DEBBIE is the best cashier you will come across.

August 3, 2019 5:30 pm - I always appreciate the customer service at my local Publix and today the staff went above and beyond. I am on a Keto diet and the only sweet treat I can eat without becoming sick is Rebel ice cream. This ice cream has become so popular that it is hard to keep on the shelf. I stopped by yesterday after a long tough week at work and was hoping to grab a well deserved treat - but the Rebel shelf was empty. I went to Customer Service and was amazed at the service I received. Long story short the Grocery Manager himself brought me the two exact flavors I asked for. He apologized for the shelf not being stocked. I assure him that I know this stuff flies off the shelf. Thank you Publix for caring about customer service - it isn’t always easy to find that today.

I love love Publix for a few reasons and here they are. First...they carry my all time favorite ice cream REBEL ICE CREAM. They also have a great selection of flavors and I must say I have yet to try one that I didn't like. My favorite is the triple chocolate followed closely by chocolate. The strawberry is wonderful. The mint chip is very tasty. All of the flavors are simply top notch. 2nd this is the only place that I'll buy a sub sandwich and I'll tell you why. At the big sub store when you ask for more veggies they sandwich makers look like your taking money from their pockets. Not so here. When they make your sub at Publix there's no such treatment. They ask what you'd like and then happily do it exactly as asked with a cheerful smile. Man do I love this. I like a lot of onions, green pepppers and jalapenos. Here I can get all that I want without being made to feel strange in the process. My favorite sub is the chicken strip sub... They have the best chicken strips in the market place as of now. Mmmmm 3rd Now for my big love of Publix. Their fried chicken. I just love their crust. I believe that they have the best inexpensive chicken in the market right now. It's always fresh and hot. Boy do I love their chicken and it reheats in my air fryer crispy crunchy and delicious. One other item I really like here is their plain 2 ltr soda. It's cheap and it satisfies my craving for the carbonation burn and I can only find it here. So all in all I really like Publix.

The other night I went there to get me a sandwich they were already closed for parking lot to be cleared and their employees to get home safely . The manger asked what I wanted I told him I work at the assisted living behind you and just came for that . LOVE this Publix! I find it better than the one off Hwy 100 in Bellevue. They have such friendly and helpful staff. I don't do all of my shopping with Publix most weeks as their pricing is a little higher on most, but I do go out of my way to go here every week for produce, meats, and bakery items. They are definitely worth the extra time/stop! And their pharmacy is the best I've found in Bellevue. Always friendly and helpful.....won't be going anywhere else for pharmacy!

I go here all the time to get soup on the way to work but I just went to the self checkout and the cashier was hovering over my shoulder the entire time. It was very uncomfortable. I didnt have a bag or anything so there's no way I was going to steal this one container of soup. Didn't treat any other customers checking out like that. Social distance away from me dude, i don't want to feel your breath on the back of my neck.

Customer service here is, overall/in general, the very best of all the grocery stores in Bellevue. The only exception to this, in my experience, is occasionally the people at the self-checkout lanes who are usually much younger than the rest of their staff & less experienced, and who have a tendency to pay less attention to the customers & chat w their friends a lot, esp. later in the night (within the last 2 hrs of business, 8-10pm) & thus, just don't give you the same level of customer service that regular patrons are so used to from this store. Hopefully, mgmt is aware of this & will do some additional training with them! (*fingers.crossed*) Because it's NOT that they are overtly rude, impolite or ignoring people...i think they are probably just used to a different work atmosphere within other grocery stores & don't realize that Publix really does take pride in going above & beyond for their customers, it's not just what they claim to aspire to, they actually do it most of the time.

LOVE this store. Publix is to Kroger and Costco is to Sam's Club. This Publix has clean quality employees that are well trained and kind. The only reason they do not get a 5 STAR is for two reason. The hot food deli often runs out of their signature great items. The Belle Meade Publix deli is much better but this a great store day in and day out. The second reason I can't give it a 5 STAR is that my wife complains every time about their prices compared to Kroger. I wish they were more competitive on price also but I am such a germaphobe that I am willing to pay more to stay out of the nearby nasty Kroger.

I love Publix, however they severely lack a variety of Organic Produce. This location is nice, clean & bright. The employees are pretty friendly. Often the shelves are missing items, but shelves are always being stocked. Which at times get in the way. Another thing not all Publix stores carry the same items.

I love the convenience of Publix on Hwy 70. The store is clean and well stocked. The store is customer friendly but that being said it's chsnged since it's opening. Lately not enough cashiers and baggers. I'm also not fond of them restocking during the day when high volume customer presence.

I just wanted to let everyone know how fantastic the deli team was at helping me. Reyad and Anna were fantastic. I just found out that I was exposed to Covid the day before and Thanksgiving was cancelled. I called to see if they had anything to help me and they were great! Reyad was the sweetest guy possible and was willing to hold a turkey meal for me. Publix has always been great and helped me when I was out of state on vacation and ran out of insulin. Great service from the Aprons Catering Staff Laura and Teri (who has now retired). Tennessee Nurses Association uses their services for all corporate meetings. Delivery is always on time and staff is great to work with to make sure TNA receives the order as requested. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Did I say the food prices can't be beat in Nashville!

Excellent location. I always have such an easy time parking and getting in and out of this location. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is such a breeze moving through the isles. They always have what I'm looking for in stock as well. I would highly recommend using this location.
