This slightly hidden gem is one of my new favorite spots to pick up all those quick essentials one might need without going all the way to a big grocery store. There's even a fresh food menu offering popular favorites for those not wanting to cook. The owner/staff have always been extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. Some items are slightly more expensive than big stores, but it's worth supporting a small business.

I stop in here about once a day. Grab a seltzer, chat with the employees or owner. Sometimes I grab a chicken sandwich which is super affordable and tasty. These negative reviews are all in reference to the prior ownership. Nice people and good food. The hummus tastes great.

New owners from Louis deli. Owner and all staff so friendly and helpful. Cleaned up the place. Built a new kitchen area and have a new menu with lots of good burgers. Homemade Hummus too!!! Love it!!

Atmosphere is great and all of the staff are friendly, and very welcoming. Great amount of choices in food and misc. Items--you can even talk with Sam about adding something! The owners mother makes baklava you can buy, and coming from a former-Yugoslavian, it's on par with my grandma's!

I've lived close to Louie's for over a year now and I love the place. The delicious gyros are much huger than the places on Lake Street (like, seriously, almost twice as much meat) and only five bucks. The other deli items such as the baklava are also amazing. They also have glass-bottled Coke. The clerks are always very friendly and make their customers feel welcome. Thanks Louie's for being so awesome!

Super friendly little tiny shop with all the random stuff you can't live without if you forgot it on your main grocery run. A little pricey for some items but that's just how it goes trying to compete with massive chain stores that can do products wholesale plus it's literally within walking distance if you're lucky enough to live in the apartments around here so a little extra price is nbd to support local business and for convenience.

Louie is a really nice guy. This hole-in-the-wall place is so convenient and great quality Greek food. Huge quantities not to mention. And the groceries are very reasonably priced for a small store. They even have limes and specialty sodas for those holidays and hot summer days.

This is Sam tellin you to go to Sam's market. Not that Sam but a frequent customer who appreciates a well stocked corner store. They also have some good food but be warned it's just the one guy working there so if you try and order a lot of stuff it's going to take a while.

Everyone there is extremely friendly, they have good stock, and literally *the best* baklava I've ever had. It's so addictive, please never stop making it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They used to have gyros available but no longer have the food options. Now it's mainly a convenience store. Edit: gyros and a few other options are available
