Reviews of Cub - Minneapolis Uptown
Usually find what I need and any other specialty/ethnic items you can find at the other nicer grocery stores in town. They regularly run out of things they probably shouldn’t but you’ll probably hit on 90% of your grocery list on an average visit.
The produce can be pretty iffy depending on the day you go in.
I have never; in the five or so years I’ve gone here, had any success getting any help of any kind in the deli. Every now and then I’ll give it another shot and they always fail me but at this point I’ve accepted it and now it’s just amusing to me. If they don’t utterly ignore you then they’ll make excuses about not helping because equipment being cleaned that they don’t want to dirty up, or that such and such meat or cheese is out of stock. I mean completely useless but I have to credit that kind of consistency.
Only plus is that it is in a convenient spot in uptown and open 24 hours. Other than that typical grocery store, you can mostly find what you need. I am not sure how the prices compare to other stores in the area. There is always crack heads and other sketchy folks hanging out in the entry way and parking lot so I always make sure I conceal carry here. If it wasn’t for this I would give it more stars.
They are done with the remodeling and it looks great. Awesome deli and bakery! Pharmacy on site. You can find just about any food item you are looking for.
Never anyone around to help you, messy lines and run out of essential items
Attracts an interesting crowd, I don’t really go there alone
One of the better Cub foods in the metro. Produce is generally of good quality and they carry some hard to find items like lemongrass that you won't find at other Cub foods in the suburbs.
Not enough cashier's working everytime I go more floor walker where they could use more cashiers
I hate to give this wonderful store 3 stars, I would give it 5. The staff, the produce and products I need are always there. Everything is fresh. But.... the parking lot is not safe. I was followed to my car and harassed by a man who was hanging out in the parking lot yelling and fighting with people. After me, he started on others. And it was 6 pm. This is not the first time I have not felt safe there. Especially being a female, I do not like to go to places where I am getting bugged by people who are either drunk or messed up. In saying all of this, I think if there was security IN THE PARKING LOT with someone telling these people to leave, it could possibly stop. There is a policeman IN the store but that isn’t enough. Such a great convenient location and it’s going to be gone if things don’t change. Thanks for giving me a place to voice my concerns.
Safe and always have everything on stock
Meh....
The bad first- this isn't the employees fault but honestly the way the place is structured is not helpful with Covid. It always feels over crowded in here, so I usually have to walk out unless its morning time when nobody is out.
The good- The employees are legit doing their best and it shows. People need to stop taking their stress out on the cashiers and a special round of applause to the people on the floor keeping everything stocked. In spite of the crowds I try to come here because there is always a really great selection of both groceries and household items
The staff here are incredibly friendly and ultra-attentive. If you think of a grocery store pharmacy as a step down from those in drug stores, think again! This is a full service pharmacy (with walk-in flu shots, etc.) that handles business efficiently and is quick to provide helpful advice as well. When I had a tricky insurance issue, they were able to sort it out immediately and in over a dozen visits in the past year, I have never had to wait to be served, or had a prescription filled late-- common experiences at nearby drug store pharmacies. As an added bonus, the pharmacists strike a perfect balance between professionalism and a personal touch, remembering individual clients and politely and non-intrusively inquiring about our well-being. It's always a pleasure visiting the pharmacy at the Cub on Lagoon.
Friendly and helpful staff. Wide variety. 24 hours. What else is needed?
Overall this store usually has everything in stock. The customers are not rude and neither are the employees. Although they have a police officer on the premises at all times. The parking lot is what made it not be 5 stars. It is poorly designed. Good luck with getting a spot where no one parks so close to you. Its always busy in the parking lot no matter what time.
This store has a large selection of items, including a great selection of vegan items that the Cub near me doesn't carry.
Unfortunately, the last few times I was there (most recent visit was early July, maybe) the store wasn't doing very well with social distancing or masks. I'm avoiding this store until the pandemic is over.
Great local grocery store. Only issue is size and limited amount of toiletries and personal care items.
I shop at cub every day . The employees here are very helpful, and when they see your a regular they appreciate you. Liam has always helped me out whenever something has come up , great customer service , and a valuable person for their brand
Sales associates were helpful, prices were good, and the things that I was looking for were in stock. It was very clean. However this might have been the most difficult Cub foods to navigate. There were very long lines when I went there.I usually like to grocery shop but I could not wait to get out of there. I actually did I just had my friend check out
In my experience, they have been very professional, convenient (easy parking, text alerts, centrally located in Uptown and I think they even deliver), and affordable. The over-the-counter section is not as extensive as CVS across the street, but the abundance of food and other goods makes up for this.
Place is quite often packed!
This is to be expected when it's the only grocery store for miles.
Thanks capitalism.
Good produce. Though deli is pretty sparse. ESPECIALLY for a store of this size.
Though you have to work a bit to get their attention, once you do, staff is friendly and helpful.
I grocery shop here weekly. It's in a great location and the staff is generally very helpful and kind. It can get very busy on the weekends (long check out lines) and as a result, some of the foods I typically buy are out of stock. Still, it does the job.
EDIT: The hours have been changed to 5am-1am...I'm one who likes middle of the night shopping so lowered the star rating. One of the best grocery stores in Uptown. Open 24 hours allows for shopping anytime (I tend to go late at night). Everything is kept well stocked and while "hot foods" aren't really a thing here this Cub is above and beyond the other Uptown options
Standard neighborhood grocery store. Parking lot can be a cluster but I can get a space immediately 95% of the time. They do have everything at this store to make any meal you can think of. Caviar, no. Rice noodles and coconut flour, yes. Lots of fresh produce. Decent organic produce. Seafood counter is kinda sad but counter guy is so nice. Cashiers are good. Lines typically 2-3 deep during times I shop - not bad. We love thier fried chicken at the deli. Service counter to get lottery tickets and laundry quarters. Earn Cub Rewards to get gas discounts at Holiday to save extra $ - join that if you shop here at all as coupons are preloaded. Changed rating from 3 to 4 stars in the course of this review!
A good place to shop for variety, although it can be somewhat difficult at times to find a staff person to help with questions. Pretty decent prices, overall. My partner and I tended to shop for basics at Aldi and then to supplement our shopping with Cub's selections. The deli's variety has decreased since Cub took over this Rainbow location.
Helpful staff, organized shelves, pretty much what you'd hope for from a grocery store. My one complaint is that they let a lot of people into the store but the aisles are small and force you to stand right to other people in the middle of the pandemic.
Great local grocery, yet not as big as others, so some items you may not find. Can get a bit crowded during late afternoon and early evening. Best to plan a time other than that to shop unless your ok with crowds.
Every time I go here I am reminded of the fantastic diversity that is Minneapolis. produce selection is pretty good, there's a good variety of foods from different cultures, and they have a somewhat limited drugstore right in the grocery store.
The parking lot can be a nightmare, and the isles are pretty small. I get overwhelmed if I shop during high traffic times, but it's pretty chill when there aren't as many people around. Overall good Cub location, though.
Scott answered the phone, when I called in a panic about needing to induce vomiting in my dog. He was very nice, and checked to make sure they had the item. It was surprisingly fast, making me think he jogged. And then when I got in, and asked about it, he was super helpful in making sure I found it.
Considering another store did not do the same, I am immensely thankful.
No fried chicken in the deli and the lady I asked was kinda sassy about it..
Store had too many rude people. The guy was bringing the carts in and and I was leaving out with my grandson he almost smashed his fingers between the cart. Also the Cashier Brittany looked so rude she seemed like she was having a bad day. She knocked my eggs over and broke a few and then asked me to go back and get another dozen. I felt she should've called someone to bring them up front since I was the paying customer.
I can’t say enough about how friendly everyone is there! From the cashiers to the stockers, all the way from produce and dairy to the meat department to the bakery. Even the clean team is super friendly and kind, which makes this one sweet place to grab groceries!!
It has gotten too busy, but, us locals knew that was going to happen with the demographic engineering that is taking place. I still am loyal to the store. I love honey crisp apples, and they have good prices, on most stuff. I was just thinking when I left today what it's pricing is like when compared to Kowalski's and Lund's. A minimum of 20% less expensive.
My favorite Cub.
This cub used to have the luxury to cut through the Arby's parking lot to get through traffic, but there are a lot of new tall building popping up. It's not far from Henn Ave or Lyn Ave. It's near the uptown bus station, or there is a bus stop in front. This location does not have everything you'd need , as a normal cub. I go down to the Lake Street Cub or the one off 50th Ave and Nicollet.
Yes, there is a public restroom.
The (usually) ladies who run the Customer Service desk are awesome and knowledgeable. I usually go there for money order or bus card stuff. Welp, good luck- safe shopping.
I love going to go grocery shopping here. The alternatives are the wedge co-op, or kowalski's. These are both about 1.5 times the price. Great place to go quickly, large inventory, and the self-checkouts are a nice touch.
I really don't like this Cub. The staff is rude and mishandles produce, it's usually super packed, and the parking lot is way too small. The only upsides are they have everything you need and they're well-stocked, and the location is convenient.
Cub is always good. At least this one. Great produce and the meat department is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. it's a pretty clean and welcoming store. I always go back.
Nice selection. Self checkout is easy. Has salad bar. I like the Deli fried chicken too much!!! I use pharmacy, very good staff. Be a it's in busy neighborhood it can get rocken but it's my neighborhood Cub. Back in the day it was Rainbow. I called it Rock-and-roll Rainbow then. I have seen members of The Replacements, Soul Asylum, Semisonic and the Suburbs in the store back in the early 90's!!!
The self checkout kiosks are always down, so make sure you don't shop here on Sundays. It's a nightmare, inside a tornado, within a Taco Bell, that's inside a reasonably priced Cub Foods location. Oh and for the for the love of all that is holy, PLEASE RESTOCK YOUR FRESH SQUEEZED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE!!! There's like 50 bottles of fresh OJ and never any grapefruit =(
Easy to get around and they have an excellent deli. I have never had a bad experience with the staff working there. Parking lot could be better, but it is a nice size for uptown.
Good to get basics from. Kind of a dismal netherworld. Cashiers seem unhappy. The whole place is depressing. Parking spots in the parking lot are too narrow to get into without backing up and then pulling corward to get into them. I try to avoid if shopping here by shopping when I am in another neighborhood.
Location is great. I have been going to this location for years But after today I won't make that mistake again. The first girl behind the register literally stood there staring off into space and not ringing up my items she didn't even acknowledge me.
Huge place, lots of traffic.
Fairly mainstream, but some organic and earth-hugging options: their house brand "Wild Harvest", and a section of free-range eggs and so on. Organic produce was a little rough.
Descent Cub Foods store and location. Great selection of products. Employees are all really nice and ready to help! The store could use a makeover, as some parts of the store look dingy and old.
Lots of lanes open. Never a long wait. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The butcher helped me find the perfect meat for carnitas and gave more unsolicited advice to make it delicious
The store is clean and well organized , the open serve yourself deli concerns me though. People touching food doesn't appeal to me at this point.
It's your Baucus grocery store by design. I found everything I needed except, oddly enough they only seemed to carry one brand and size of corn tortillas. It was uptown so I guess they assumed based on the clientele it wasn't a big deal. But hipsters are super appropriately of culture so I think they need to go back to the drawing board.
The store itself is just fine and the layout makes sense but it can get very busy just like everywhere else in the area around rush hour. Can be a bit hectic between 4 and 6 pm.
Cub Foods is exactly what you imagine when you hear the word 'supermarket'. There's nothing wrong with Cub: for most shoppers, low prices are what matters. (The only thing, perhaps.)
I am painfully aware that I am outside the mainstream here: a low-income family might save $15 a week here, just enough to keep their lights on at home each month. That is necessity, not preference.
I am the much less noble character here: no kids, no suburban trappings, few financial woes. You can hate me for saying this, but I can afford the luxury of avoiding the miseries shopping at Cub entails:
+ Trudging around a hyper-fluorescent hangar
+ Employees whose hatred of their jobs is second only to the unabashed contempt they have for people who shop there
+ And an unwritten rule which apparently frees shoppers (and staff) from the basic societal courtesies we follow outside the walls of Cub. Shoving and jostling without apology, let alone acknowledgement, is a given.
This is not bad manners: it is muted disdain. everyy reflexive 'hello' to the cashier ringing me up always goes unanswered without fail... eye contact is too much from any employee, actually: the heated cell-phone fight haf began before I came to checkout and continued as I left, precluded any interaction in my two final visits with the cashier scanning bar codes.
In my ratified bubble Cub competes with two supermarket chains in Minneapolis that cost a bit more, and even costlier is he National chain we all know that a lot more.
And at least once a week,
Super popular cub so you have to become accustomed to when certain items are on the shelf and when others aren't due to shipments and high demand. Check out people are usually fun and sassy. Also....late night (post-bar) really great people watching.
I generally try to avoid this Cub because it seems small (the store and the parking lot stalls) and is always crowded. We only shop here when we need a few small essentials because it is the closest most reasonably priced grocery store nearby.
This cub is just okay. Lines are consistently long and parking can be pretty bad. Pretty standard offerings and service. Definitely still one of the better grocer options for the price.
The people working there were very helpful, helped me find everything I needed. I am disabled. The police man working tonight went out of his way to help me. He came out to my car with me and helped me put my groceries into the car, and took the electrical car back.
I like this Cub because it is neat and clean. It does have a lot of fruit fries around in the summer though.....
And not enough cashiers but it's pretty decent for a small Cub and very convenient.
Prices are very coupon-reliant to get good deals. Parking is a pain. I can usually find what I'm looking for but they have been missing a few essentials that I've needed. Mostly just good for its location.
The key here is convenience. 24/7 and having most things you might need to buy at low prices make this place a staple for Uptown dwellers (especially if you think Kowalski’s, also open 24/7, is too pricey or or out of the way). Since its conversion from Rainbow, they seem to have made an effort at curating more of their selection to neighborhood trends. One thing to keep in mind is after 10pm, checkout can be kind of slow due to there being only one cashier.
Standard Cub. Watch out for the bum gauntlet in front.
Augustine who works all over the store and Jackie who works pushing carts are the best and most hardworking employees at the Cub In uptown! They make the grocery shopping experience great!
Same old Cub with high prices on things that shouldn't be. No wonder Target and aldi's is gaining popularity. Selection sucks at this location for sure.
It’s an easy in and out every time I go. Decent prices, centrally located, and there is always a police presence on site(at least after dark).
Great staff. My favorite place to shop. Always fresh always enjoyable. I love employees here rusty and mark are great
Thanks guys.
They got everything ya need, good source of organic foods as well, not the selection of a Whole Foods but still good. Cashiers, Stock, & Managers are friendly and helpful.
The manager Allie helped me with a refund and she was amazing. She was kind and helpful, great customer service! Give her a raise!
Cub food owners are business runners in clean and honestly way rather store is fully stuffed. As a customer I really admired price wise n service n all
Never had any problems here. Kind and helpful staff. Store is very organized and clean with easy to find items.
Once it was my turn to check out, there were more than 10 people in each of only 2 open aisles. Feeling sorry for all those people behind me, I asked if another aisle might open up. The cashier ignored me. Rude. However, they have Halo ice cream!
A variety of products in a clean setting. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lines were a little long but it was a Sunday evening, and the self-checkout helped.
I love me some cub savings via cub card although they can be high priced on the meats and dairy. Ice cream is also pretty expensive here now. Maybe i should switch to Kowalski since im paying more id rather have higher quality. Better choice at Kowalski also
Store is clean, but prices are very high. Bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Staff doesn't go out of their way to be friendly.
Cub Foods Uptown is amazing, woot. This is my primary grocery store it is definitely a busy one deals are good and food is delicious.
Cub often has good select Variety groceries Add Up quick even Reasonable prices but U can find most Foods here. Peace
Day always have what I'm looking for at a decent price very polite and helpful in I usually get in-and-out even if there's a lot of people in the shore
I can find most groceries that I need for myself in my girlfriend at the store. It never seems to be overly crowded and being open 24 hours a day has proven to be very convenient.
It's always messy and crowded
Excellent grocery store, good selection, and shout out to Dave for being an amazing cashier :)
Decent cub. Open late. Always well stocked. Building isn’t the best as it is older and smaller than many cubs.
Clean and almost always have everything in stock. Great deals on seasonal produce. It's always busy, but easy to get in and get out.
Great staff and selection. Good deals to be found throughout the store. Store is clean and neat. Great produce.
Clean and well staffed plus diy checkout if you want. Loads of parking and right on the 21 bus rout, couple blocks from the Uptown transit
Typically Cub Foods. The cashiers are friendly and quick most of the time. They are willing to look in the back for something out of stock.
Always a pleasure and treat to shop here. Love this store and the staff
It's a grocery store. Serves its purpose. Three stars because of the disaster that is checking out when it's busy. So uh, good luck with that if you go arpund the dinner hour.
Great.products and fresh fruit you can buy groceries and chips too.wear mask abd check out yourself is easy.
Generally good service. WAY better than the rainbow that used to be here. Generally clean, well stocked. Miriam is the best!
Love this place because of how convenient it is and it has had a remodel. The chicken is amazing!!! And if.you are single the food is not the only thing that is good there. Lol
I love their meat selection. Quality pork, quality prices! Also have some of the best cereal deals in town
Not the best Cub I visited by far. Maybe it was a busy and staff didn't have time to stock shelves.
Cub foods is the place to go to find typically grocery items at decent prices. Location has ample parking as well
This is not like all the other Cub Foods ... It's clean has legit produce section and is open 24 hours... But the prices are 10 to 20% higher than other Cub Locatiovs.
It's in a tough piece of property for a grocery store, but it's pretty much the only one in the area. Tight aisles, so be warned if that's an issue for you.
Good selection. Always crowded and busy during the daytime. Hard to observe social distancing as a result.
I like shopping here sometimes because it's a lot of cute guys and some of them are gay already
I was there earlier I needed a shovel didn't have enough cash the anger said take it bring it back when your done just wanna say thank you to ally the manager I bout it back and that was it thanks cub
I go to Cub Fridays to get our shop donuts, the Cub employees are always friendly and the our crew always love the donuts
Average grocery store. It's clean, organized and the staff was helpful when I needed help with a sale they were running.
Good prices and open late night. Also Kate is an awesome employee who found my wallet when I lost it.
Reasonable prices though it does get quite busy at times (Monday evenings especially). Bakery is quite good for the money
Nice place to shop. Best time is to go late if you want to avoid long lines.
Shopped here for many years. Fairly consistent & reliable. Long hours, convenient parking, & a good variety of staples.
A grocery store where you can find a variety of foods. They don't have any vegan or vegetarian hot dogs.
Good selection of food , ect.
Store's clean !
Employee's professional
& friendly !
Great selection, but I was verbally harassed by some rather rough looking men outside as I entered. Unexpected for such a nice area.
Do you like grocery stores? This is one of them. They sell groceries, they have a deli and bakery. You can, literally, buy food here. Enjoy!
Its open 24/7.... that's the only good quality, and that it has food. Its greasy and the usually has a cop car in front.
The pharmacists at the pharmacy are very kind and helpful and really care about their customers.
Love how fast I can get thru this store because its smaller but wish they had a natural foods section like the bigger cub foods do
Great selection of fresh produce! Competitive pricing on just about everything when compared to the supercenters like target and walmart.
It's a Cub and it's fine. You're either gonna go or you won't. Why are we rating a Cub Foods?!
You can find an abundance of food here, both fresh and packaged items. Take you time to browse or bring a list for specific items.
Allways has plenty of your favorite item's in stock. And loto tickets too.
Closest real grocery store for me and i live in downtown! Easy to get to, very reliable bus and train times.
It's nice grocery store to buy food has reasonable price for various food items within my budget.
It always brings me back to my early days in Minneapolis. It was a Rainbow then but the store has a very similar feel.
Always really busy but they have what you need and quality of great.
Nice smaller store. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Nice store's full service great deli area and great staff good pricing !!
Small but generally fine, or you can shop down the street and pay much more for the same products if you really love being a prick
My neighborhood grocery store, a few blocks away. Was a rainbow, they have gone a wee bit more upscale. Shop here often.
Haven't been to this place since it was a Rainbow - blast from the past space - typical Cub tho' (not outdated)...
One of my neighborhood grocery stores. Sometimes the produce could be less than fresh, but it's generally a good store.
Good prices, get a cub card so you don't need to deal with coupons.
Awesome great people! Excellent service. It is a very busy place most of the time! Very clean considering.
A bit cramped and usually over crowded. Avoid on weekends. Food quality is good. Decent produce.
My favorite grocery store!! Staff is always welcoming and helpful.
Great cashiers and stock people. Ayesha is so fantastic. A little crowded but great store
It's a below average Cub, with some Uptown character. Go there for the food, not the experience.
Clean place well marked aisles good selection helpful staff and quick service
Typically has everything I need. Not the best for bulk quantities, but is a great local grocery store.
Good location. Open 24 hours. Great variety of fresh fruit and vegetable.
When sensing danger, a female bear will typically send her cub(s) up a tree and leave the area.
Because the layout of the store is compact. Easy to find what I want & convenient to the bus.
Excellent customer service - especially Anne at the service counter. They're always kind and helpful - even when I'm awkward.
It's small in comparison to other Cub stores. Great for people watching.
Bomb place right around the corner from my house and all the staff is very outgoing especially the front lane people very nice and respectful
Convenient when everything else is closed. I wish they had more plant based and organic options though.
I like Cubs uptown because they have everything you're looking for. Sale are great an the workers are people friendly.
Well it's a lot better then when it was that other store! They have a better variety now.
Very well stocked, but a little busy. Nice people running the place.
I love the store is just short product like anywhere else RN
A good selection for being right in the middle of uptown. Has all of the basics, but lacks some specialty stuff.
Cub's great selection and Uptown location keep the crowds coming in.
Very busy cubs but staff does great at keeping up with the customer turnover.
I sometimes go to this Cub location instead of the Lake street location near Target. The walk from the bus stop to the store is shorter.
Great location, lines are always long, but all of their locations are busy.
I love cub foods great place to shop great people who work there always helpful and friendly
My only complaint about this store is that it takes forever to check out after 10pm. They are never prepared for the traffic they get.
Great service, cashier very down to earth, nice lady
Classic supermarket with everything you need to stock the pantry. Meat, produce dairy and deli too!
Small for a Cub, but very clean and orderly considering its traffic.
Good store, love the layout and salad bar. There narrow aisles otherwise good store
It's great place for grocery shopping but tbh everything in here is more expensive than the regular other grocery shops.
Parking kinda sucked but easy to shop and fast check out
Cub Uptown always seems to have enough employees working and willing to assist customers.
Store holds a good variety and there is a decent sized parking lot.
Great prices , great selection, and the lines move by quickly even when it's busy
It’s always busy and they’re usually out of a few things, but overall not bad.
They have a dedicated gluten free aisle and clear markings. I like that
Decent for cub-- deli, bakery and produce sections don't disappoint.
Miles ahead of what used to be a Rainbow Foods; it is clean, well staffed, and well stocked.
Nice to have more accessible affordable foods in the Uptown area especially in a neighbohood where locally grown is preferred.
Good store, employees are friendly. Smaller Cub store, so selection is smaller than usual.
Conveniently located in Uptown, this is a quick and easy spot to grab food for dinner after work. Not much else to say about it.
Best place for shopping all foods, vegetables, Cosmetic, detergent and stationery items.
Still good but lack on some of the stuff i love to buy like Octopus and some of my caribeans goods
It is not as big as the one in East St. Paul but it's clean and staff is helpful !
Low prices on essential ingredients. Selection of specialty and ethnic products is limited.
Has old warehouse feel and prices do not reflect that.
Wide Selection. Nice to have a huge grocery store like this in Uptown!
Sushi is ok. They have soba noodles, but don't have any sauces:(
Love it even though the cops stay posted up in there all hours....
salad bar, deli - more than i expected... a couple narrow isles to make it all fit. but it works
Great produce, good prices. I do my weekly shopping here for most everything.
Great if you need to do some food shopping while around uptown.
Ehh. It's a grocery store. Open 24hr. Not the cheapest, tough parking lot, lots of ragged individuals. Though usually people call them hipsters.
Fresh food. Store is easy to navigate. Nice environment for shopping.
Good selection, a bit expensive compared to Aldi
It's almost like they have dust on their produce as part of the ambiance
Cub is a great store with caring staff and convenient for anyone living in Uptown.
It's near proximity is very handy , and of course the helpful staff .
The quality of your paper bags is actually offensive as a customer.
Solid local grocery store with a nice selection of produce and affordable prices
The facility is a bit old and but it's a decent uptown grocery.
IV BEEN THERE FOR FOODS THAT ARE AVAIBLE TO GET BUT WHO KNOWS WHAT OTHERS THINK ABOUTE ITS WAYS AROUND GRUB AND PRODUCE.
Well the Frozen foods are okay, but be careful for the baked goods.
Go there every week get the everything I need there and I love it
Self service lanes are usually down and parking is a challenge. But people are usually friendly to help.
The ribeye steaks I purchased there were delicious
Great produce and much cheaper than downtown Target
Good prices, nice staff, great neighborhood store.
Not as much fun as it was when it was Rainbow, but still the busiest Cub you'll visit.
Good shopping and easy very fast at getting shoppers out.
Friendly staff and good selection of vegtables and other things.
Very very busy, it's a high stress situation shopping here, Cubs in the suburbs are better.
Parking can be an issue, other than that I have no complaints!

Good deals, and selections were decent.
They have a very nice and large produce section.
Great place to get groceries, although certain items can get unnecessarily pricey.
I love cub. My wife hates it. We're getting a divorce.
Friendly People
Good looking Ladies shop there
Narrow isles. Restocking of employees at "busy times" does not help either and they've done this the last 5 times I've been there.
Bad check out experience took more money than needed to eat that day
Nice grocery store, friendly staff, but some of their merchandise is quite overpriced
Great grocery store! Get the spicey fried chicken from the deli. DElish!
Not the best Cub. It's on the small side and doesn't always keep things in stock very well.
Went shopping for a friend quick service despite being packed with customers
Cub has certain food items that walmart don't. have
Just awesome 100 times better than Walmart
It's your typical Cub but a bit smaller. The layout is strange but you get used to it.
Not the best selection, but great employees, and open 24 hours!!!
A smaller Cub. Less products. Disappointing meat department, as well as their "global foods" selection.
Went in for a money order and it was a fast transaction. Friendly service

The size of the place and the different types of food there was a bit of a disappointment.
Kind folks and clean needles available at the pharmacy. Thank you Cub Foods employees!
Don't go here late at night if you are in a hurry otherwise it's just an average cub with great deals
