I know this seems trivial but things are expensive! I was choosing which toilet paper to buy because it expensive. I opted for the bulk pack because it's cheaper per roll. But actually you can't compare prices because the unit price is different from brand to brand. For one brand it's priced by the sheet and others by the roll. Makes it hard to compare prices. You'd think a manager would catch that. Shoppers need to be able to compare prices these days with everything so expensive. What do they offer for the exuberant prices? Could they give us a reasonable chance to save money?

They place was busy. Lots of people doing their own things. If you knkw what your coming for and where it is in the store it is easy in out. If your trying to find something the employees mostly ignore you and are focused on thier tasks. Hard to get help. If you do get one to help you they are friendly.

Tonight I dropped by to pick up some milk and bread. I decided to withdraw some cas at the self service kiosk. There was a little hiccup so I accidentally left the cash behind. When I I realized it and call the stored. This was about 10 at night. Wes at the store said that one of the employees found it a cashier named Tammy found it. Everyone was real nice when I went back to pick it up. Thank you.

Was good before. But outstanding with the new remodel! So much more spacious! Wonderful seating area next to the deli. Best produce section I've ever seen at a Cub. Lots of weird reviews on this location -- issues Cub can't control, or so take those with a grain of salt.

I like this Cub and have had good experiences at the deli, the girls back there are always nice, usually get service without waiting more than a couple minutes. The only problem with this Cub is the parking lot, can be tough to find a place to park late afternoon or early evenings. I wouldn’t go there on a weekend, huge crowds.

Updated review: the store remodeled and most of the bulk bins are gone. Only a few items remain in smaller bins. This was a disappointment, as we used to go there specifically for the bulk foods. Original review: A very large and varied selection of foods, and excellent fresh produce. I especially appreciate the bulk food bins where you can buy cereals, grains, nuts, and other products that are much more expensive when packaged in smaller quantities. There are often good sales on family packs of meats. The store layout is a little intimidating at first, we're still learning where everything is. The place is huge. There's a good deli with a large selection of cheeses and both hot and cold pre-cooked dishes.

Great selection of every taste. Great and friendly employees (Doug who came over from Rainbow, and a super nice guy named Jonathan) who are happy and eager to help. The shoppers are an issue. They love to leave their cart right in the middle of the aisle, and than walk down to the other end. What a stupid thing to do!?! I can't even think of 1 good reason to do that. Why would someone leave their cart, walk all the way down the aisle, grab their item, walk all the way back to the cart, and walk all the way back down the aisle AGAIN!?!? Forget about them being inconsiderate for leaving the cart in your way in the 1st place. Obviously they aren't smart enough to think about what they are doing let alone to think of others. I love the store though, the employees and most people (shoppers) are cool too

Really good fried chicken. 8 piece Monday special one of the best values in Twin Cities. St. Louis style BBQ ribs a great value in deli. Jerry's franchise, not a Super value store. Has good fresh produce and fresh meats. Has good Deli and bakery. Has fresh cut flowers, bank, and pharmacy.

Hearing the Truth

Don't get the chicken at the deli, o had have a view bad experience with it. Sometimes the staff there are kind of rude it's like hitting a mess on one day you can get something good another day forget it. No Cub Foods if you shop there they always have good deals. Depending on what you're looking for.

The best donuts in Minnapolis area. Not too sweet. Large - not like other Cubs that cheat their customers by offering smaller less yummy donuts. The wings are fantastic take out!

Good, meat is less than average. Vegetables good. Bread is terrible. Had an issue with me waiting for help at the deli while the employee at the deli tried to hustle the woman in line in front of me for a date. Actually a second woman was in front of me too. Self checkout lanes are a nightmare. The checkout software constantly tells you that you have put more items on the checkout scale than should be there. It tells you to call customer service over to help. Kills and extra 10 Minutes checking out.

Uptown cub is closer to my house but this one has a better selection and a better parking situation so I come here if I'm going to drive anyway. Cathy is my favorite person at checkout. She's really fast when they're busy and really great to chat with when it's slow. All of the employees are really nice and chill and it seems like a good environment, so I hope it is for them.

Well, this is just one of my many rating scale qualifiers .. which this cub gets a solid 8-1/2 on the. "I left my CC at self checkout" Scale I developed ...here's why! Store is super clean, this Cubs is one of the few I have been to that has such a beautiful display of there prepackaged dinners up by the deli.... OMG..goodness finally a decent microwavable lunch..or dinnere..whicheves...they got both! The also have a Liquor where you can buy spirts accordingly to your scale choice ... The shelfs are stacked and full of food...customer service ...wonderfully wonderful.... U are greeted kindly and not wondering if you should be opening your wallet in the isles....the other customers are nice as well . No #1 being : THE WORST "I must stop the VECHILE right now, call the bank, and cancel it even though I just left the parking lot😵 No #5 being : UNSURE "THE DEEP SIGH, CHOICE WORDS (optional of course) SLOWING OF THE CAR THINKING THAT THERE MAY BE A CHANCE SOMEBODY GAVE IT TO THE CASHIER" 😕 No #10 being: TOTALLY CONFIDENT "Honey I am so sure that somebody picked it up and brought it to the cashier that we can go home bring the groceries in and cook dinner and once I help you put those groceries away then I'll call him and tell him I'm coming to get it tomorrow!! 😀🤗 The only complaint I had was a somewhat uncomfortable experience with a pharmacist...but more or less a life lesson of not doing 10 things a once... And feeling as though the pharmacist should have had more professional behavior then she did... Bit hey we all have bad days! ... Hope this helps!

This CUB FOODS was clean, updated, employees helpful and friendly. Bought the monday night chicken special and was amazed that they separate the wings, legs, thighs, and breasts into their own area instead of dumping them into one big pile to dig through as I've seen at other CUBS. The heart of the city and a great experience!

Great customer service! It was my first time shopping at this cub and I was looking for ground chorizo. After searching the shelves I asked one of the bakery workers if they knew where I could find it. She said she wasn't sure but would find someone in the meat department for me. She came back with the head of the department and he showed me some chorizo links. I asked about it being ground and after checking the freezer with no luck, he took the links in the back and took the meat or if the casing for me. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer! The store was clean, the produce was fresh, and the people were all very friendly. I will definitely shop here again!

Everything is so fresh in the produce department, it has become our main grocery store for almost everything! Get the Cub rewards card for groceries and get a few cents off your gas at the Holiday pumps.

an absolute gem. love going here for little things or for everything. my favorite thing is the 4 for $5 dippin dots. they are perfect for after a day at the lake with friends. cub is perfect because it is open late and has everything.

Oh Cub....usually a once a month shop for basics like dog food, TP....but Kleenex was $2 more than Walmart for the exact same multi-pack...and limes were .75 more each! than Fresh Thyme or Trader Joe's. A good one stop shop store. Get the deals for sure, but watch your prices.

Easy parking. With the Cub card you don't need to bring paper coupons. Though I prefer Aldi because they never have coupons or any other hoops to jump through.

Well I love my cub lol there slogan but yes they were mindful of covid on a very busy busy day they had plenty customer service on staff shelves were stocked amazingly well for the crowed but even with the winter storm hitting they had carts ready cleaned and they also had very decent deal s on meat especially the roast thank you cub really I appreciate it I love my cub
