Copper's have some awesome white corn that everyone should try out. The location is walking distance from where I visit my aunt on Western. Absolutely love going there for some quick grocery pickups. Everyone should definitely try shopping here and see what they think.

My best friend and I decided to make a Christmas dinner at the last minute for people in the building we live in that are alone for holidays... Including us. We went to Coopers because we heard it was open...well it was my 1st time ever there so I didn't know where anything was .. I was at deli section & rang bell.. an employee walked by said it was closed in a very rude tone & that no one can help us .. ok then we continued while I asked another employee where to find something and he had🙄 no idea... Then another employee announced they closing at🕓 4pm & that we needed to hurry up 🤬... Which gave us like 10 minutes.. so now we running crazy🛒 and I asked him where an item was & he completely ignored us🙊🙉🙈 &walked away. We still had to get a half dozen items .. yet no one even attempted to help but they had no problem continuously coming up to us saying their closing. Then a young man who was bagging for us asked what items I needed... With a smile 😁& offered to get them for us!! Hooray!!! Kind public service still exists in 1 young man whose name I didn't get but I m pretty sure they all remember us and who he was.. we tipped him 💵 & thanked him over n over for helping make our holiday that much better. We wished him the best Christmas🎄 ever '& I told him he deserves employee of the year... While the others probably got some lumps of coal from🎅🏼 Santa... Cuz he's always watching!! 👀💯

Selection is great and staff is super friendly. Its really like a ma & pa shop in the middle of a city. I continue to patronize here because its always been a pleasant experience with fresh meat and produce.

I've been to this place a few times and everytime it was fast and convenient for me lin s can be lengthy and cashier's are nice fmgreat neighhood and friendly people around easy to get a quick shopping done or just grabbing a few items nice sales during the week overall nice place.

Nice little hometown grocery store. The older lady that works the register and the short older security guard that usually work at night are awesome and both deserve raises. Very good customer service and they are always so friendly. The other employees are also nice and friendly.

I love this little store. They carry some brands that aren't found at other places, and most of the prices are so reasonable (in my experience, cheaper than anywhere else in the city). The check-out workers are always genuinely nice to me and not in that fake Trader Joe's way. This store has history and charm. Yes, the store could use some updating, but how will that happen unless people continue to shop there? Consider helping them out and helping a neighborhood business to survive.

A simple, neighborhood grocery--a great alternative to big box stores. Locally/family owned I believe. Nothing fancy inside, but aisles are well-stocked, easily navigated and staff helpful. They may not have everything you want, but certainly anything you would need...all the basics and then some.

Always a nice clean store! Friendly staff. I go here be sure they still have a butcher! Awesome meat selections and great sales! I love to shop small local stores instead of big chains. This is just that, with a great staff and fresh produce too. The prices are really competitive also. They have updated their store recently so it's a bit more modern. I love that it's in an easy neighborhood area, with a nice large parking lot. The easy parking makes it the perfect spot to stop in and do pick up shopping. The cashiers are friendly and helpful and FAST!

Just a great all around traditional grocery store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They still bag and carry out groceries! Prices are very competitive and the quality of the meats and produce are fantastic. The hours are 6 a.m.-midnight 7 days a week making it super convenient for you to shop anytime. A++ Cooper's. Coopers doesn't have a robust selection, but I has everything you need! Be sure to check the expiration date on some of the items on sale, sometimes it'll expire the next day. Staff will help you bring groceries to your car which is also nice!

I dont like feeling locked in this store! Sometimes I go in just for the ATM and have a hard time getting out (they block off the registers that are not being used which is the only way out of the store) I understand they have a lot of theft in the store but I should Not have to ask to get out or walk through a line of customers. Stop by the deli and pick up some fried chicken! Don't forget the potato salad and lemon supreme for dessert. They have the most personable people working the deli and check out. Always have a smile and are so sweet! Always a pleasure to stop in!

It's a convenience store so you'll get those prices. They have deals on items, some of those deals making the price better than competitors. Medium selection of items, breads, meat department, produce, canned goods, some toiletries, a little of everything. Always a good experience shopping, they bag everything up for you. Can't bring carts to parking lot, they have someone with a push cart do it for you, unless you have like a bag or two or decline service. Nice size parking lot, always clean with vending machines outside the store.

Nice local market with a decent selection (I'm vegetarian). The staff have always been helpful & polite. I'm a night nurse and really, REALLY appreciate having a grocer nearby that can meet my needs. I was looking for an item the other day (that they didn't carry) and was told some would be ordered =^.^= Oh, they also sell apple fritters bigger than my face and I love/hate them for it as I shovel them into my mouth hole.

Parking was easy. Staff and customers were all very nice. Stopped in to get bread, chips and soda. They have all the basics and do a good business. Not a big store. Not a lot of grocery choices in West 7th area. Prices were good. Food is mostly available in portions for singles or couples, not families. One aisle was crowded with stock and I couldn't get my cart through very easily. Made up for by the check out girl who was willing to help me figure out where St. Peter's Lutheran Church is located.

Small, cozy, friendly grocery store. I'm not a city kind of guy, and this was the only grocery store I could find during my AirB&B stay in St Paul which had brands I recognized. All other grocery stores I could find in the area were Asian specialty stores which carried almost no products that I recognized and was comfortable with. Nothing against those stores, but I was grateful to find Cooper's Foods. 😁👍🏼

If you're looking for a small town store and atmosphere, in the heart of the city, this is it. Great place to shop, low prices and super friendly staff. Their deli department is amazing, their fresh produce section it always stocked with the best fruits and vegetables.

Great selections and the store is a giant store. If you want to shop and not wander around these mega centers Coopers Food is the store your looking for. You can get all your weeks shopping done quickly and you won't break the bank. I'm in and out of there in under 30 minutes and I average under a hundred bucks for my family of 3. Not only can a cover our meals but can get the variety of snack food for all-nighter us at 1 location. If your like me I real hate doing my grocery shopping at a big box store something feels wrong about it to me. I'm a loyal weekly grocery shopped here and will be for a long time to come.

Downtown St. Paul is a food dessert. We have go far in all directions for a grocery store and the closest one are hot cheap. Unfortunately, neither is Cooper's, but its convenient. Wish is could be cleaner and a bit more updated, but the staff are great!

Coopers is great for a quick, few groceries. I wouldn't expect to do your weekly shopping here, cuz it is a little spendy on some items. They do have a decent 5 for 25 deal on certain meat and frozen items. Perk is their usually open late, and bag your groceries!

I have shopped there previous times but had a bad experience with the deli the gentleman that waited on me got up set because I wanted a half order of lunch meat he very rude and unprofessional he was not groomed facial hair exposed he just didn't look clean and I was uncomfortable with many of homeless people that hang around the store.
