Great place to get spices or anything you might need to cook Indian food, and plenty of frozen options if you're feeling lazy. They have a wide selection of products despite the small space, and a large variety of beer as well. Sometimes the produce section is a little lacking, but not often enough to lose a star in my opinion. I like stopping by on Fridays for the fresh samosas, and occasionally they have other freshly made food as well. The prices are good too, I always feel like I end up paying less than I expected to.

Good place, you can find almost all the necessary Indian stuff in here. Just their Indian snacks section is very small as compared to other stores. I couldn’t find Gujarati frozen foods and things like Mumbai missal in this store

This was the 1st I went out to independently after I landed in Milwaukee and boy it did not disappoint me at all. The store is awesome will all the essential goodies which an expat could hope for.The owner is very friendly and gave me his contact if I needed any help!!

Purchased for the first time, owner is a friendly person. Worker is helping to find the items. I travelled 3 hours to buy the groceries as there is no Indian stores near my place. Some stock is good, some are old stock. I think they didn't change the old stock and selling them. It's better to check the expiration date and quality of it when you are buying from this store. I got sick after eating old stock food. Kindly replace the old stock and make the stock fresh so customers can visit your store frequently.

Been coming here since it opened a few years ago. Very good selection of goods, and the owners are receptive to ideas. If you need something that's not in their inventory, they make an effort to source it for you.

I love this store. They have a great selection of craft beers and have introduced me to so many new Indian foods. They are always really helpful. It's run by the family that owns it, so I feel better giving them my business than the big grocery stores around town when I'm out on a beer run. A++ place!

The collection of vegetables is not as huge as some other Indian stores but it still has enough variety for a quick shopping experience. Great selection of beers (Otto's level) , no other Indian store can possibly match that. If you are not into Indian spices, curries etc, go visit for trying unique set of beers.

Nice variety of spices grains and multiple brands of true Indian rice packed into a smallish store. Did not check too closely but craft beer selection seems extensive. From black cardamon to pampadum have fun exploring.

This place has just about EVERYTHING you could possibly need in the Lower East Side of Milwaukee, and then many imported surprises you never knew you needed in the first place. If you love to cook, you'll find Bharat Mart a delight. The folks who own it are super nice people, too.

Lots of character and they had the large pearl tapioca I was looking for. Cleanliness is questionable but it's a tiny place so it's not a place to browse and linger....you are there to get and go.
