Kenny Ray

They used to have the best gas prices in the city, now they're 10c above avg. Still don't have receipts at the pump, after like 3 years of no receipts. Sometimes no glass cleaner/dirty. Trash seems to be emptied frequently, except when events are happening and then lots of garbage. The coffee stand is hit/miss. Not sure about the recent state of the coffee, but I stopped getting coffee here.

Louis Southern

Google says I've been to this location 175 times, I guess I should review. It is set up like other locations and has all of the same selections, it's busy but the staff will get you out the door quickly. I only have two complaints, first is, if you want a breakfast burrito in the morning, is 50/50, if they are available. The second is, late at night, they shutdown the register and make you check yourself out, on a dirty sticky machine that will freeze every single time. I'm not sure why the register is closed at night, employees are just standing around chatting. I find this practice unfortunate and I don't spend my money there at night.

Love thorntons great food good snack selection descent gas prices very friendly staff, this is one of the few gas stations that are clean the staff willing to help with any an all issues they try their best

I was in the Thornton's last night a little after 9pm. The girl working the counter was the only employee that I saw but I assumed that her help was stocking or on break. She was doing fine not too busy and she just kept the line moving right along. I was fourth in line and I didn't have to wait long. She was one of the most friendly employee that I have encountered there. I didn't get her name and she was wearing a mask but she had her hair pulled back and she had some red in it. Not red hair color but red like the Cardinals. She was very pleasant and extremely polite. Thank you!

Great place, great customer service, it’s hard to keep everything in tac with that area so they keep it clean as they can. Even have a self check out.

This store just opened recently. I was in the area today and decided to check it out. The prices are a little high. The store is nice and clean and the employees are very friendly. They have a nice selection of hot food in the deli area. This is definitely a business needed in the area.

Kudos to Veronica!! You form one line in here and then go to self check out or the next cashier!! Rude, inconsiderate people kept by-passing the long line and going to her to be checked out...she did not check them out like most places would have, she politely told them where the line started!!

Brand new store with great workers and plenty of space so you can get in and out. Glad they turned that empty lot into something productive

It's kind of weird to be excited about a gas station, but it was definitely a nice addition to the neighborhood. At first, it was immaculate, but like so many others have said, it is already running down and getting pretty dirty. It's not as bad as some people are making it out to be, but it is a shame that it has gotten out of hand. If that changes, I'll change my review. For now, two stars. Edit: It seems like Thornton’s has worked out some kinks, and there are noticeable improvements here.
