A TThere are not many known authentic places in Louisville where one can open the door and find yourself immersed in a different culture that offers authentic food and homeland grocery items. Those places should be celebrated and I do encourage you to try another hidden gem in Beuchel. Senegambia has a little bit for everyone and if you never tried West African food, well you are in for a treat. From chicken to lamb, there is surely something that you will find to satisfy your tastebuds. And as the old Senegali saying goes, wealth is not measured by how much you have but by how much you give away and I can vouch that portions given are plentiful to support that statement. Enjoy! Life is too short for fast food.
