Sebastian Black-DraconusGood place with decent staff. Over priced smokes (carlitos has better prices on nellis and lake mead. ) but if you are there to gamble you likely dont care about a $2 difference on your smokes. The homeless do come by and try to hussle people but if you politely tell them no I'm not interested they will leave. My only problem is that I do not speak Spanish. They dont seem to habe any one there who speaks english.
