This new location is WONDERFUL!! There is so much room! So much more merchandise and product to choose from! I was able to find organic foods that I am not able to find in any other store in the area here which I was very pleased about. I found extremely good sales here. The store was incredibly clean for being as busy as it was. Associates everywhere in case you needed assistance and were very knowledgeable on products. I absolutely love the reusable bags here. All in all one of my favorite stores and I always recommend this business to friends. Definitely check out their loyalty program too. It's worth it!

It was a good store and the prices were fair. I was a little disappointed they didn't sell just egg there. It's a plant-based egg and it's really important to sell this for those who are vegans or vegetarians. They have some gluten-free dairy feed free muffins. They're not sweet at all but they're healthy for those who need a better choice.

I only discovered Natural Grocers a few months ago and felt like I'd died and gone to heaven! The Cheyenne location has: - super friendly helpful staff - an always packed high quality fresh produce section which is impressive for all organic - clean store - and plenty of variety - Their supplements section is massive! There's only been a very few items they didn't carry but it's so awesome to know that the default is organic and sustainably sourced. And the best part of all is the the prices are exactly the same as in a conventional store, if not better! You can't say either of those things about Whole Paychecks. I can't imagine why anyone who cares about what they put in their body would shop anywhere else.

It's always challenging to provide an objective review when the place you're reviewing is the only option in the entire metropolitan area. That's definitely the case with natural grocers in Cheyenne Wyoming . The staff are across-the-board really wonderful people , and bend over backwards to help out in any way they can. My primary complaint is that they are so often out of stock on many items and even though you go back week after in hopes of finding them... Well not so much. As much as it pains me to say it, if there were a better option with a broader selection and consistent inventory on the shelves, we would probably go there.

Natural Grocers has diverse selection of organic foods and supplements. I felt uncomfortable at this location as most staff was not friendly and didn't offer me assistance. The only time that staff talked to me was to ask me personal questions like about my work life and diet preferences.

Best place in town to buy this type of food and products. Just like every natural foods type store, it's much more expensive than a regular grocery store, but the patrons and owners would be quick to tell you that the food is healthier in one way or another. I'm a fan though and love that they have many culinary items that you simply can't find elsewhere in this town. And the employees are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I love that this is here, but I do wish it was larger. I would love to see a bigger grocery selection, and I would especially love for them to have more fresh produce. But being constrained by space as it is I am happy with it, and glad we at least have one. The people have always been friendly and knowledgeable so I have no complaints about the store itself, the only reason for 1 star down is the size and selection that I wish was more.

Natural Grocers is a great place to shop for a number of healthy food options. While the prices are higher than a normal supermarket, the quality is much better. My girls love going here to shop with their allowances as it is one of the few places we don't have to worry about added hormones, MSG, or other junk in the food products. Thanks NG and also for the friendly staff. Edit: July 2022 - Not much to add to what I wrote 3 years ago as it all still stands correct. However, the friendliness of the staff and product availability makes this a weekly part (sometimes more) of our family for healthy options. Thanks again to NG.

I love this store. They have everything you could ever need, and if they don't, they order it for you. If the order is running late, they call you and update you. When your order comes off the truck, they call you. Their customer service is second to none. They have educational resources, they partner with small businesses in our community to teach customers about nutrition and well being. Their food is always fresh, produce is sourced locally. Their prices are outrageous, but I pay them.

Very well stocked and super friendly staff. Being from southern California, Im used to Whole Foods, Clark's, Sprout's and a few others. This store all the way up in Cheyenne Wyoming is every bit as good as those, and quite honestly, the people were the real gem. I will shop here next time I'm in town.

Just shopped there this morning. I very much appreciate the availability of healthier grocery and supplement options, and I was happy to see more variety in the produce section. But I was VERY frustrated that there were families with numerous children NOT following the policies requiring wearing of face masks!! And...there was obviously no effort on the part of staff to enforce the policies!! The produce aisle is small and in a tightly constricted space. I had to leave the area several times to avoid overexposure...then returned again and again to actually get the items I needed. For the safety of staff and customers, PLEASE address this issue!

Great store with a large variety of products. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Some of the products even include tags describing "employee pick" which also helps with my decision making. They truly care about our health and impact to the environment.

While some of the prices may be a bit higher than other organic stores, since it was the only place in Cheyenne to get a good selection for a health-conscious out-of-towner like me (organic and non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free), it was worth the visit. For health enthusiasts, it's a great option, and some items I found were unique to this store. The employees were friendly as well. Just be forewarned : not everything is healthy just because it's in a store like this. Avoid canola oil, high-sodium foods, and cane sugar if you really want to be healthier, IMHO!

I love being able to shop for groceries and not have to worry about GMOs or added growth hormones. I can just shop, knowing what I'm getting is real food. Extremely large selection of vitamins and supplements. Good selection of non-toxic and all-natural cleaning products as well. My wife likes the non-animal tested cosmetics. The store is also very clean, all the time. Very clean bathrooms too.

Well stocked with organic food and healthy nutrition. Service is fair but above average considering the stressful times COVID-19 has come with. Space is tight and the only entry is barely a cart width, so getting in and out is awkward when it is busy. Most customers here are considerate enough to wear a face covering.

Things got rang up incorrectly, it was overwhelming with people lining up behind us, and the manager came and waved his magic wand, said "you're good! Regular customer, not a problem!" This would be 5 stars as this place is great. However I urge you to refrain your staff from mocking anyone using a mask or anything to protect themselves as some people are immunocompromised. A checker was mocking the lady infront of me calling her a germaphobe. There's no reason to be negative especially in times like these.

I have to warn you that I have a bias because I work here, but I always do my best to be fair and honest. I do 99.9% of my shopping here and have price checked items at Albertsons, King Soopers, Safeway, and Walmart. If you shop the same standard of product Natural Grocers is almost always cheaper and often by a considerable amount. Free-range eggs for example are 3.99 for the lowest price at Albertsons and you can get them for 2.89 at Natural Grocers. Service is great for the most part. There are sometimes where it lacks, but I know as an employee that we always try our best and are willing to fix mistakes.
