So I was hungry after a long day. This was my first visit. Upon entry I was surprised, what an inviting place, finding good deals all around. With minimal prep, I made a surf and turf. The seafood rep and a customer both helped me plan how to cook it. That's a good experience. I definitely will come back.

I threw a double graduation party for two of my kids. I ordered two Harry Potter themed cakes from the bakery and a huge catering order from the deli. Both departments did a phenomenal job! The cakes were absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing. The party trays were also very beautiful. I had so many compliments from the guests. Thank you guys for making this mile stone so special!

I ordered 3 party platters for a baby shower. The chicken salad croissant platter was delicious! Nothing was soggy the croissants were fresh and everyone loved it. The veggie and fruit platters we're overflowing with fresh veggies and fruit with dips and dressing. Will definitely order again. I was in and out of the store and on my way in less than 10 minutes. Great service. Great value. Great food.

This location seems to be well stocked on most of their items. They have trouble stocking fresh organic produce. They oftentimes stock rotten grapes. I spoke to the director of operations about this and store management. They act like they cannot do anything about this. Also, I saw a package of fish on two occasions that looked like that it had been thawed and refrozen. Management denied this. Also, there were employees there that said things to me and used body language towards me that I felt was intimidating. One instance, an employee was shoving a transfer cart in the produce section. She hit my grocery cart and the grocery cart hit me in the hip. She did not stop and ask if I was OK or offer me assistance. I complained to her and the next day an employee rolled up her sleeve, raised her arm at me and flashed her tattoo at me. That was the second time that she did that to me. I complained and the director of operations took the employees side and blamed me for acting aggressive. I also complained to management about a table in front with car dealership working with the mayor and salvation army, that I received a death threat from their representative. And I complained that there were people showing acts of aggression towards me in the parking lot. Management said they couldn't do anything about the parking lot except call the police for me. Also, I complained to management that the self-checkout machines were dirty and not sanitized enough. Management told me that the machines are sanitized every half an hour.

Parking is spacious and there's a gas station in the lot for convenience. The parking spaces are on a slant so of you're not comfortable with that be advised. There is a Starbucks inside and from what I've been told fresh sushi made daily for the customers. I heard it's delicious though I didn't try it. A lot of organic items to choose from as well as gluten, soy, and dairy free. The employees seem nice as well. I recommend this place to shop.

Always check your receipts for being charged for pickup items substituted and not received. I have been charged numerous times for substituted items that I said I did not want. They not only charged me for these items, but they did not include them in my pickup order.

So my mom and I went to go get groceries and it was snowy out and the roads were bad and the last thing we wanted to do was go get groceries, but we stopped by kind Soopers and hurried up yo get groceries, got our things and went to go check out. Well when we got to check out the guy scanning our groceries (his name was grant) he was so nice he immediately started to compliment my mom’s shirt and then they really got to relate from then on, then the gal bagging our groceries was really nice too (her name was Nancy)! These two made our whole trip out in snowy weather worth it they were so kind, and people on the road and in stores aren’t always nice.

Good selection. Growing amount of gluten free options. Doesn't have a whole natural area like the one in Fort Collins, but we usually come here for groceries anyway. Constantly good prices on items we need. The discount for fuel is very worthwhile for this family.

Kroger's is one of the best grocery chains for price and selection. They aggressively mark down product as it nears the sell by date, thus providing very good value.

Truly the best grocery store in town for value, friendliness, cleanliness, organization and, above all, savings. The deli is always fresh, the staff are always helpful. They don't force you in to self check-out like some of the other grocery stores (always plenty of people at checkout). Now that they have a way for me to order online, I never have to go in the store unless I want to. That has been a free service for the month of December and I hope they find a way to keep it that way so I never have to shop at Walmart again.

One of the BEST places to shop! I wanted to buy a gallon of their store brand of organic skim milk BUT they ONLY had half gallon sizes. I bought one half gallon then they gave me the 2nd one for FREE! They're online electronic coupon deals are awesome too. Lots of good fresh produce. Almost the only place I do food shopping anymore.

I am very sketchy of store bakeries because one time it was an absolute NIGHTMARE. We chose a princess cake for our daughters birthday and it was just like the picture. It was perfect. Also, I have never ever had such fluffy and delicious cake. Thank for helping make her birthday perfect!

Not great, but not bad. Severely needs an update though. It is the best option in Cheyenne for groceries and I used to shop there regularly just for the fuel savings. Kroger sold off their Loaf-and-Jug locations so it is not worth the drive all the way across town anymore. It is a typical grocery store but most everything there is available at other places for the same price. I'd love to see it renovated to be more like some of the King Soopers locations in Colorado.

Best place in town to get your organics. Their deli has baked, bbq, fried and spicy chicken in meal deals that are very reasonably priced. The produce is always fresh. The Starbucks manager inside the store is by far and away the friendliest person in the store (everyone is nice but she is the best!) The meat counter has a good selection of meat and the butchers on staff are ready to accommodate any reasonable request you may have.

It is always clean when I shop for my groceries. I have never had bad customer service from any of the employees. However, I will never shop for fruits and veggies here ever again. Every single time that I buy them, I bring rhem home and within 2 days all of them are bad. Weather it's sitting on the counter or in the fridge.

Updated and a star removed because of annoying corporate policies and practices. To take advantage of most 'sales' you now have to waste a bunch of time sorting through online coupons so the corporation can track your purchases, and a large percent of the time many discounts are not properly applied at the register and then even more time is spent reviewing receipts and requesting reimbursements. Still, this seems the best large chain grocery for quality produce in Cheyenne. They support local (or at least close to local) farmers and the quality is much better than the other large chain grocery stores while pricing is very competitive. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. While I would appreciate it if they got more sea foods and other products from places other than China (where quality and health checks are minimal), that is a problem in all the big chain stores.

There are times when you wonder why things are placed where they are. Example: applesauce - why is it on the aisle with pb&j and not with canned fruit? Other times things make perfect sense. One of the better stores in town, but I cannot give 5 stars as the comments I have heard and overheard about how the employees get treated is at times shocking.

My first incursion into the grocery Mart was very good. In a way it reminded me of one of my favorites, of which I shant name, and I haven't been to in a very long time. Anyway, of all the supermarket chains I have been in, this one ranks right up there. Prices are closely comparable to any of the size and nature. Now, don't get me wrong, I know ther are hundreds of others out there that I will never visit, so I can't truthfully say this one is much more better than any I have not ever been to. Selection is very good and although I don't buy meat produce, I do browse through that section to see what they carry. Usually the dry goods and sometimes a quick premade sandwich is all I need. There always seems to be an abundance of store help, and 9 times out of 10 the associates are always there to get you pointed in the right direction. I give this particular store two thumbs up.

Best grocery store in Cheyenne. It's the only place with a wide range of hard to find foods in the area and excellent customer service. I used to drive ten miles out of my way to shop here. Fortunately, I don't have to do that anymore.

Not busy like Walmart and decent prices. The gas points is the best cause you buy food anyways. Card is also use at Loaf and Jug getting you even more points. Best place to get gas as well cause it starts at 87 for the same price as 85 at other places around town

My go to grocery store in Cheyenne. The produce, meat, cheese and bakery is the best in Cheyenne hands down. Their prices are also wonderful especially if you use their free membership. My only complaint is the parking lot absolutely sucks, it is always full, hard to access and dangerous.

Great selection of fresh produce. Now features a large assortment of gourmet cheese. This location also has a Starbucks and fresh sushi. However, this supermarket gets extremely crowded on weekends, and prior to Holidays and Winter storms.

Nearly all my shoppingpharmacy, food, fuelis done at the King Soopers in Cheyenne. I love this store. However, this will all change if I ever see a customer in there carrying a weapon. People who are dumb enough to carry guns into a grocery store (unless they intend to rob it) are obviously too dumb to own and operate guns. I will not risk my personal safety to shop among such people. Please amend your corporate policy regarding guns in your stores.

For the most part I really like the King Soopers here in Cheyenne. The selection is pretty good, prices are okay, and the cashiers are usually very friendly. My one complaint though, and it is a biggie, is they rarely, and I mean RARELY have baggers. This has been a problem for the last few years now, and although I(and I know a lot of other people) write in and complain every week, nothing has been done about it. It's absolutely ridiculous! Every other grocery store in town has a bagger at every single purchase I make! The ONLY reason I continue to shop there is the fuel points. For the prices we all pay at King Soopers, we should not have to bag our own groceries. It's pathetic! Aside from the bagger problem, they really need to build a new grocery store in town. This King Soopers is usually fairly busy and the handicapped parking situation is horrible anymore.

King Soopers belongs to the Kroger brand of Groceries, and features Kroger store brands. I shopped at Smiths back in Utah, and Krogers back in Kentucky. Great company over all. IMHO its the best grocery store in Cheyenne. The Commissary gives them stiff competition, but that's not available to most folks. I really wish they'd swap out the anti-pasta bar with a fresh salad bar like alot of other Kroger brand grocery stores have. I miss making a fresh salads for my lunch.

This store is great, its cleaned and organized. But before i headed out to the store i wanted to see the weekly ads. Now i know i get a copy of it in the mail, and i did but i gave it to my kid so she wouldn't make a mess. Ill take it that was my mistake. But i went on their website like i do Wal-Mart, you cant see the add all they show you is recipes. So i kept looking thru the site trying to find the weekly add. I went back to goolge and typed "weekly ads for King Soopers in Cheyenne Wy". It took me to the store locator and it brought back 9 locations near me. So i look at 8 of these "stores" and yet again no weekly add option to tap on. So i haven't bin in Cheyenne Wy that long approching my year in this state. I can honestly say i have driven all around Cheyenne, but i have only seen 1 King Soopers in town. So i go on over to google map and type in "King Sooper", again only 1 location pops up the Dell Range location. But King Soopers website says there are 9 locations within a 5 mile radius. Why would you have 9 location in a town with a population 62,000. So after looking at all these location. And checking then on google maps, i stumble on store number 8 THE REAL KING SOOPERS FINALLY STOOD UP. REALLY!!. You haven't updated your website in that long, or do they just not care about this store you updated the address but never cleared the old one. Why is there 9 diffrent store location. Thank god the people that look after the store do a good job its clean maintain and stocked all the time. Way to set the bar high guys.

Not a bad place. A bit overpriced, and you are expected to get a store card so you can save, but there are places with the same products at a lower price. Shopping here is more for a status, when there is nothing specific to offer to provide that. Other than that, it is clean, rarely crowded, and has all that I need.

King soopers is a wonderful grocery store. You can find fresh produce and meat here. There us a Starbucks located inside and Sushi made daily. I purchased crab legs recently and they were delicious. There is household items, gifts, floral department, books, movies, decorations and a pharmacy. Oh yes and a redbox inside. Literally an all you need one stop shop.

King Soopers tries to be an upscale grocery store. It's in between a Albertsons and a whole foods. For the most part it does ok in doing this. I find that I end up coupon shopping here though because the prices tend to be just a little bit more expensive than other grocery chains. Still, if I want to buy something that isn't available most places, this is the place to go.
