Really nice produce, great selection of food throughout. They don't ever seem to be out of items that I use regularly. The pharmacy staff are great as is the florist; however, I stopped shopping here because the cashiers and bag people are so incredibly rude. I asked an assistant manager if I could talk to the general manager and she laughed in my face and said to come back some other day. Now, if I want something that only King Soopers has, I order online and pick it up in the parking lot. I will never again go through their checkout line.

We decided to have steaks on the grill on Thanksgiving. I know that's not normal lol but it was a huge celebration for our family. My son turned 30 on Thanksgiving and he was also promoted to District manager. The butcher went out of his to help us. He explained the difference in the cuts and flavors. He was more than happy to help us and made our experience a pleasant one.

King Soopers is a great grocery store. They have the best produce in town. Recently I was using self checkout and I bought 2 items that were on sale, buy one, get one free. When I went to checkout, the discount did not come up. I questioned the employee working at the self checkout and expressed my dissatisfaction with the system. He immediately over rode the extra charge and apologized for the error. It was then that I noticed the sale was actually buy 2 get one free. I apologized to this worker for my behavior and told him that I would pay for the second one. He said no, and thanked me for shopping at King Soopers. This type of service is rare and by those actions, I will be a constant customer.

I loved going to Krogers in other states. They usually always had sale items in mega stock. King Soopers who is also ran by the same company, does not every have them in stock. I thought it was because I went a few days before the sale ended. Nope, went in the morning of the 1st day,the sale started. The shelves were empty. Have to go to customer service for a raincheck, which most states do at the register. So if customer service has a long line good luck.

I was shopping for "experimental" pumpkin pie making ingredients and I left my debit card at home and was only able to pull out enough money to cover almost all my purchases minus $9. Carmen who I've adored for a very long time was there and another employee that was behind the counter as I asked her to come help me make adjustments she handed me a $10 bill and said "Merry Christmas". I didn't who this this woman was but I was speechles,, blown away and forever grateful for the kindness and generosity this employee had towards me. An indication of good customer service, good community service and just overall kindness to one's person, this employee will forever be a gold star in my book. I know a few employees at this store and it's ALWAYS a welcome feeling to shop here.

Their prices are excellent but their stock of food supply is horrible. They are always out of stuff and it's disappointing. The store cleanliness is decent, staff are friendly. Parking is definitely not the best meaning it's really hard to find a spot because the parking lot is really small considering they share it with so many other businesses.

This place has mainly groceries. The customer service is much better than it was I see improvement in the store every time I enter. The only thing I really don't like is how long the lines get at times witch could be resolved by opening some lines. The pharmacy people are great as well.

Kingsoopers os a great place to buy groceries. They have precooked chickens there too. This Marketplace has a hair cutting at GreatClips, a food restaurant, banking, auto fuel and much more.

I love this place. The shelves always seem to be full. A great selection of most of anything you would want, including either a Japanese or a Korean food spot. I could be wrong about either nationality of those. During the summertime, the front is full of flowers and or garden plants. Almost directly in front of the walk in area, there is quite a display of house plants. One could spend an hour inside walking around just to gaze at all of the groceries, and or household items. The store is located just off one of the major streets, with a gas station set off to the south of the building. Sometimes the help is not sufficient enough to be able to find stuff on your own. I have never been disappointed in my walking around the store and not having the item(s) that I need.

I do most of my grocery shopping here and I love it! I'm from the mid west, where we have Kroger and I'm grateful to have king Soopers here in the west. I love the produce selections and the lunch meat and bacon from the meat counter! The employees here are always friendly and keep me coming back. I come here a few times a week to restock on items we run out of during the week and they never disappoint.

best produce in Cheyenne! I got everything for my special meal there. Only place in town with broccolili and big lobster tails by the pound. One lobster tail was prime, the other was garbage. Customer service made it right and I received a refund for the bad one... no questions asked.

The first time I entered this store I realized it was different. Upscale feel, fresh produce, clean isles, charts on every other isle to tell you where your items can be found, and a Starbucks to boot. Definitely my new grocery store for the rest of this job.

This store is always a madhouse with people. Parking lot is always way packed and hard to get in and out of. If you can make it past all that, it is hands down one of the best grocery stores in cheyenne. The staff isn't particularly helpful in any way but the food they carry is always great quality and the pharmacy is the best in town.

I have asked on more than one occasion to get some frozen Skyline Chili. There are a lot of people I know who are from Cincinnati Ohio and the rest of the surrounding communities who want it frozen. So disappointed that I prefer to shop else where. My home is in Cincy and that is where Kroger is based!!! King sooper is a subsidiary!!!

I only go there for items I need that might be on sale. But let me tell you about their fresh deli fried chicken! Oh my goodness!!! Please try it if haven't. Better than KFC, Safeway and Albertsons.

The only portions of the"Del Range Marketplace" I have experienced are King Soopers and the beverage store that I can't think of the name of right now. The marketplace is functional for my purposes. I buy gas at the King Soopers gas station when I buy my groceries. Very convenient. The parking is always adequate even if very busy.

I like Kroeger stores, but his is the only Kroeger store in Cheyenne. I wish it were larger and offered more inventory. Aisles are narrow and often crowded. They need to build a LARGE one here in Cheyenne.

My only complaint may be someone else's reason to go, but there are always employees who will walk right past you and not even say hi or ask if I need help finding anything. Cashier's are friendly when there are enough that I don't have to use self check out.

Everything you need right here one stop, no running around. Might pay a little more but consider what you will be saving in gas. Honestly King Supers prices aren't bad, you have a liquer store two doors down, you have Pizza right there, some Chinese food. Gas, bank. Plenty of Handicapped parking if you need it. If you like Sushi but don't want to dine in; King Supers has fresh sushi made on site. The Nigira was delicious but would appreciate some Maguro and Chut'toro. Nice selection of choices though. Treat your taste buds.
