Pharmacist Joey, Matt, and all the technicians Cassie, Amy, Maria, and Tasha are absolutely wonderful no matter how busy they are they always take the time to help me. It was just ok . Found all I was looking for except french fries , there was hardly any. Everything else was stocked good. Had to wait on a cart there wasnt any avaible( had someone ask if they could have mine while I was putting bags in vehicle)and there was only 1 check out open other than the self but I had alot of stuff so didn't want to tie up those

Not sure if the store itself or employees have any fault influence in this, but the produce is absolutely awful. Always semi rotten. Definitely judgemental and rude employees, well most. There are a really good few like Shane and Ryan. Sad they can't even sell beauty products and the like though due to the fact the inventory of that category would be wiped out without a single sale of it recorded.

March 2023 Safe shopping. $teve $add kept his distance this time... 2/10/22 Thanks to Michael( Security), Jon and Nick for helping me with an incident with another customer. They made me feel safe after I brought to their attention what happened in the Deli, at #4 UScan checkout and the parking lot with an aggressive condescending $LUMLORD bully named $teve $add, that's HARRASSING me. I love the Delaware Ave Kroger. I'm happy to see Jon, Nick and Amanda in management. They're very helpful. I love my Produce family. The entire department treats me with love!!!Rose, Janesty and Elliott are my favorites on the UScan❣️ They ALL take care of me too. AUSTIN is always friendly and helpful as well. I've gone in several times and didn't get a cart, but needed one and he's graciously assisted me EVERY TIME❣It's always good to see their smiling faces. 😀

Kroger is completely different when I leave home. Idc for other Krogers, like I do the one at home. None of the products are shelved the same, and it's very hard to find what I need. But it's priced competitively, and friendly staff.

I purchased 4 gigantic ferns that were marked down 60% due to some damaged fronds. I'm hoping that they will recover sufficiently with some pruning, plenty of watering, some encouraging words & music, and TLC throughout the summer.

I signed up for there RX plan and I had no way to print out my card, But All I had to do is call them give them my ID number and the group number and It was all taken care of. Plus this was done over the Phone, and the discount was unbelievable. She also told me my plan didn't cover a certain product. So they was quick, and saved me some money.

I hadn't shopped at this Krogers in a while. I had been shopping at this facility at least two or three times a week for over ten years. I was a little disapointed when i walked in, the shelves needed restocked, the floors needed mopped and they needed more workers on the floor. I was pleasantly surprised when I needed assistance, the employees were helpful and courteous. Parking lot seems small and when they are crowded, you may have to wait for a parking space.

We shop here 2 times a week at least the grand kids love the free fruit when we first get there but there bath rooms needs cleaned more often and the smell is bad too shame on them for bath rooms that bad.but for what it's worth the rest of the store was nice and clean and everything pretty much stocked and the couple men that I spoke to one was young nice and polite and knew what he was talking about good job for him but the other man was older with dark hair and worked the front self checkers he didn't say any thing or he didn't smile no exspreshions of any kind and I said hello and thank you and got nothing so I will still use the self checkers any ways get in and out pretty quick

So thankful for you guys! You guys donate to our cookie guy so he can make us homemade cookies for Recovery point in charleston. We are so greatful for this! And not to mention that Bernard does an amazing job we always have extras for the girls! Last week he made us magical cookies. They were a huge hit! Happy holidays from the girls at recovery point

It's in a bad neighborhood, as some other reviewers have pointed out, but still clean and well-maintained with a good selection. Only complaint is the parking lot. Usually it's big enough, but it can get cramped during busy times

I like to shop at Krogers . They have a good selection of Organic produce. The people who work at Krogers are really helpful also. But I don't know why there is so many register with no one at them. I don't like waiting in line. I like to shop at the Elkview location .

They need to do a better job keeping the shelves stocked, especially when they're having a sale. Also, they rarely have enough baggers and we often end up bagging our own groceries. But they are getting a gas station- finally!

I came here for a great salad and it didn't disappoint cuz I got what I needed and it was very fresh and the ranch dressing tasted so good I swear to God that have peppercorn in it and I love the peppercorn it is so delicious learns me of the days when Mama used to make it on the front porch at daddy's house

I went in to Kroger on Delaware get some dog food and bread .the employees are very helpful. Had a 52 lb of dog food and they offered to take it off shelf and carry it out to my car even though they was busy stocking shelves.

Its a super market. Nothing remarkable, either good or bad. Not spotless but not filthy. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop there, but if it was local and convenient it would be a primary store. Everything you would expect from a grocery store.

This is an actual Kroger's and not just a deli. This store is a little smaller than the other ones in the area, but they have a great selection.

Always has my favorite deli meat (cracked black pepper turkey) and the staff are always friendly and rtready to assist. The establishment is clean and we'll kept, something of a struggle to the rest of the store it seems. Variety is ample and there's plenty to choose from at reasonable prices.

Kroger's be lit. With that said. It also is understaffed after 10pm. So shop b4 then. Krogers in Louisville, KY is huge as compared to their stores back home in WV. Plenty of selections in ALL departments but the meat department was exceptional & the produce dept was absolutely phenomenal! Too bad this store is in KY...just a 3 hour trip (one way) from WV where I live! Drat!!
