Reviews of Hunger Mountain Co-op
The best local Coop. I’ve been a member for years and while I’ve frequented other Coops, they never seem to measure up to HM. I appreciate supporting our local farmers and small businesses. Love the produce department! And I’m also impressed that I can find a ton of GF products! I appreciate the helpful staff and they are always so kind. I don’t live as close as I used to but I still travel in to make purchases.
Very nice place to shop with all kinds of organic and healthy foods. The hot bar is wonderful. Just a very nice place. They have essential oils for your diffuser and lots of healthy snacks. The only part I would caution against is the prices. I don't see how a middle income family could afford to get all their groceries here. It is very expensive.
Everything Whole Foods wishes it was. The absolute best organic and local produce and products. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious deli. Excellent bulk items section.
Decent selections and great hot food bar. Get rid of the Joe's soups. No flavor. The thing that has turned me off about the coop is the prepared food grab and go portions are very small and very expensive. I can't justify paying almost $8 for a small amount of tuna nicoise that is 50% celery, parsley and onions. Small dessert is over $6. Great gluten free options. I agree with previous reviews alot of the staff is cranky and lack social etiquette with the customers. For a co-op they are paid well with amazing benefits so one would think management would look to hire people who are outwardly kind with great personalities.
Every thing fresh and delicious. Lots of local options! Great people, fair pricing, clean, caring. Order ahead and pick up.
This place is right behind my Granddaughters home. She shops there all the time. Great place for really healthy locally grown foods. I love going there for a snack and sitting on the porch. I bought my GD a life time membership there hoping she will stay in Montpelier so I have a vacation spot.
This place is massive for a co-op. It's a great store with alot to choose from at decent prices. The food area made a great grilled cheese sandwich.
The best coop around. Great atmosphere, wonderful employees, and a great selection of Vermont made products.
Everything you could possibly want from a grocer. Local, organic produce. Local, sustainable products. Well maintained and well stocked. Health-conscious items galore.
We lived in the Montpelier for many years an shopped at the Co-op frequently. Always a great experience. We've since moved out of state. Yesterday we were in Montpelier and decided to check out the store. Improved and expanded are the thoughts that come to mind. We found what we needed quickly and were on our way. I'm sad that we can't be regulars any longer... it is an awesome place!
Bulk dry goods and spices are well worth getting here- organic here is a better value than non-organic packaged elsewhere!
A well stocked co-op with a good selection of organic fruit and vegetables, as well as staples and a good assortment of cheeses. Many Vermont products as well as those from further afield. The hot food bar is very good as well, and definitely the place to go if you want to get fresh peanut butter straight from the grinder. A bit pricey, but that's to be expected due to the quality of products.
Love to shop here. Great vegan selection and plenty of local options. Only issue has been with a few staff members who seem simply stressed out and unfortunately they allowed this to affect their job performances. Not sure what's going on there but we still go back regardless.
It has a great selection (somewhat small but very selective) and amazing customer service.
Allergy-friendly foods. Excellent baked goods. A hot food bar and coffee bar with many excellent choices. I went in to buy Stilton cheese and took TWO reusable bags with me because I never leave this place with just the item I came in for.
Great place with excellent local selections of all types. Also, free electric charging.
I feel super cared for by how clean their pre-made food is!
Great selection, pricing is insane. $12/lb of butter? Whoa.
Why put a grocery store in the tourist district? Maybe the overhead is too high. Apples were fantastic and well priced.
I've been coming here with my parents since I was a small child. we'll find things here that you simply just will not find in most other grocery stores. They do a really nice job merchandising all their product. They have very extensive cheese case with a mix of Vermont, domestic, and foreign cheeses. The produce is also always great here. You can get all sorts of different types of teas, natural remedies, and bulk foods. It's very hippie Vermont, but that's what makes this place special.
Lots of local products as well as natural & organic foods.
Decent little health food store & grocery. Sells beer & has a good wine selection. Their cafe has great sandwiches & other items with inside or outside dining areas.
Decent produce, high prices, staff is knowledgeable and helpful but often unpleasant
Great staff, good selection. Tight little store, hard to move around in, but that may be because we're all hyper aware of social distancing this year. (Edit a year or two later)- It's not social distancing, there is just no good flow through there, I kept running into everyone and getting ugly looks. Maybe it's me...
Big store. Great selections !! Good quality..
Its a great place to shop for high quality and local food. The bulk section is amazing for all the dry goods you could want. I really enjoy the rotating sandwich selection.
Really fabulous selection. Super impressive Health & Beauty department. I think best selection out of the coops in central and maybe northern Vermont, the territory I'm familiar with. Prepared food is so expensive, I can't afford to eat there. Lines are sometimes unbelievably long at check out, but staff is generally very helpful and friendly. I like going here a lot.
Hunger Mountain Co-op is a magical place where shopping isn't a chore but an experience! They display the bounties of the world and our local creators in a beautiful exposed beam building.. First class, deli, well rounded stock of foods, bulks, toiletries, household supplies, deli and health items. Staff is always helpful and courteous, One stop and it'll be your favorite place to shop.
I love it that the co-op has organic fruits and vegetables and the bananas are wonderful. I also like to buy things from the deli. I love the vanilla rice dream rice drink 1/2 gal in refrigerator section. everything there taste great. I'm grateful we have the hunger Mountain Coop here in Montpelier
Great selection of organic and local produce, probably the best in the state, and great dairy, grocery, meats. Good work by staff, but not particularly friendly. Prices are good for organic fare. Clean and nice venue.
I really only go here for the giant slab of tofu for $7.
As a member of the Coop for several years, I've become used to (and take for granted) the good variety of healthy foods it offers, as well as the friendly service of the staff members there. Lots of local products, lots of organics, lots of prepared foods and bulk foods. Good variety of useful basics, excellent cheeses, lovely local baked goods. Prices are higher than the chain supermarkets for some things, lower on the bulk items. Overall a great resource to the community.
Fantastic selection. They had a bottle of 3fontein oude geuze which is something usually only found at boutique beer shops & large liquor stores. Good vegan products although they were almost out of stock when I was there of beyond meat. Sandwich bar looked great. Only one complaint: horribly confusing inside. Weirdly shaped with all sorts of weird corners and turns.
This is the place to go if you want local organic fair-trade food in central Vermont. Yes it's expensive. There's no getting around that. Those of us who are not one percenters deal with it by getting most of our food at the local Shaw's but getting the really good stuff that you can't get anywhere else at the co-op. Amazing dairy yogurt section, best chocolate selection around, and A well-stocked book section are some of the features. Also they have well-trained cheese staff and a huge variety of local cheeses.
Still hungry. 4:30pm on a Monday.
Some shelves picked over to point of being empty. Prepared deli food was limited, the hot bar was disappointing, and Cafe closed. Poorly lit & awkwardly laid out. The place was lacking.
Its a really nice comprehensive vermont food coop. Little to complain about lots to love. Comparable to Burlington onion river coop. Even some bulk deals here and there... Bonne maman jam?!
Not sure I can afford to get all shopping for my large family done here, but it would feel good if I did!
I just bought some awesome local organic produce, and local whole wheat bread made with just whole grains and water. I love this store!!! They also have a great selection of sugar-free chocolate sweetened with stevia. I don't have room to list all the great stuff, so go see yourself!
I love the lady who took care of me at the sandwich station. I didn't know they made coffee and she was so jolly to help me while I was curiously reading the menu.
Overall there's nothing I can add to all other reviews such as great selection. I hope in the future they bring in some more international South American products. I also wonder how come other coops at NYC kept their prices lower than in Vermont. Anyways, Im a proud member and look forward to the time they bring mate and bombillas back so I can get some :P
Deli hours:
Hot sandwiches until 6:45pm and cold sandwiches until 7pm.
Burgers are AMAZING, Sandwiches are too! I prefer the hot ones but it’s always really hard to choose bc they are all good. The tempeh sandwich bread is a bit hard for my preference.
Beware are great but they take time to make so I have found it hard to order for lunch anymore. Maybe with good weather you can sit and eat it outside instead of carry your sandwich back to your work place.
Unbeatable selection of local high-quality meats, cheeses, produce, bread and beer. Fantastic vitamin & supplement selection. Nice cafe overlooking the river. Compact but thoughtfully organized; very clean and pleasant space to spend time in. Wonderful staff will always answer any questions you have.
The best co-op. I go out of my way to come here for the thoughtful and delicious selection of prepared food and groceries and extra interesting personal care items and home goods. I live 3.5 hours away and think about becoming a member even despite the distance. Highly recommend the vegan BLT and the salad bar.
Love the coop but I want to know who the hell greenlit individual package IMPORTED STILL WATER.
For all the emphasis on community and environment the goods selection is sometimes more a reflection of the income bracket it takes to afford a full grocery shop at the coop than anything else.
Local meats and cheese? Fantastic, worth it. Scottish can water? Pass.
Good quality foods. The hot and cold bar have improved. I think they should find a new soup supplier. Same old soups not so great. I find the pricing really high. It's the most expensive place in town to buy a coffee. Strange considering a co-op is there to benefit it's members. One theory is that the co-op is prioritizing it's employee's over member benefits.....not sure of that but could be.
I love this place. I'm don't care about organic or not, but they always have great and interesting produce. Also, they have a great cafe, great local bakery items, and a good selection of non alcoholic and alcohol drinks.
Perhaps what makes this place so good, like many other coo-ops, it that it is owned by the people who work there. A very friendly and helpful bunch, great local fare, and reasonable prices for the quality of goods.
A great store for Montpelier. Better than the alternative in most ways. If you have ever shopped at or worked at just about any other co-op on earth, you have a pretty good idea about this one. Same smells, surly customers, aloof staff and yummy yummy but marked up 4% products that you will find at your local co-op, be it Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Flatbush, Billings, Greensboro, Morrisville, Hardwick, etc. etc. etc.
Great prices and especially enjoy the food bar there. Support you local co-ops.
If I lived here (and had enough $), I would exclusively shop here. Incredible selection of fresh stuff, beer, grains - everything you need. Seems a bit pricey but I guess if you just need a few high quality items this would be a good place to check out.
A nice COOP with a great selection of organic everything. Some stuff is priced competitively, other stuff isn't. Of course it's more expensive than conventional items at regular stores, but compared to organic prices at the bigger grocer store chains certain things (like bell peppers) are WAY over priced. Generally speaking prices are on par with the organic and natural stuff at other stores. We do most of our grocery shopping at Hunger Mountain COOP, but there's some stuff we just can't justify the price of.
On vacation from Ohio, we stopped in to see what a co-op is all about. They had a very large selection of local products and locally made foods. Everything on the shelves and behind the counter just looked as though it was made fresh just minutes ago. The bakery items alone that we tried got us talking about coming back in the fall. If you are in the area, stop in! I almost guarantee you'll walk out with something new and exciting to try!
I am very glad that the Hunger Mountain Coop exists. It provides the community with organic, locally sourced food, drinks, and other products. They also offer a variety of workshops and events that are full of fun and educational content. While it can get a bit pricy to shop their regularly, if you are smart about it it is well worth it.
If you enjoy food cooperatives you will love this place. And even if you don't love food cooperatives you may still love this place. It has it all. Check it out
We come here every time we come to VT camping or skiing to load up on awesome beer and groceries for our trip. This place will always have a special place in my heart because it's where I first bought Sip of Sunshine and Heady. The bagels, oh my god the bagels here are insane. Montreal Spice bagel is to die for.
The buffet offerings are often organic and real, whole foods. More healthy and tasty foods than other co-ops in VT and NH that I have tried. Great selection of hot and cold foods.
A wide selection and variety of organic, healthy foods. A hot bar and salad bar, with new foods on the menu every day of the week (plus the option to order several different dishes to be prepared right then and there—sandwiches, quesadillas, soups, and so on). A small diner-y type section to eat in, with free Wi-Fi. An all-natural soap product section (soaps, shampoos, conditioners, face washes, oils, lip balms, bath salts, etc, etc.). A wide range of supplements and vitamins. A beneficial membership program. Quite clean and well-presented. Overall, very nice place.
(However, one time there was a living caterpillar in my sister's sandwich that she had ordered there! I guess that's how you know the produce is super fresh!)
Amazing staff, very helpful! Went close to their closing time and they still were kind and helped us get what we needed. 10/10 would recommend.
Awesome selection! Found products I'd never seen before. Glad they are still taking covid precautions seriously too. Had a safe and friendly shopping experience.
Amazing selections of health, beauty, and above all local food. It'll take you a few times to get the store layout and find all you need but staff and atmosphere is on point.
Bulk organic foods, lots of fresh local produce, deli, buffet eat-in or take out, large selection of wine & beer, wellness, pet foods, local breads and baked goods (gluten free too) and many vegan options!
First time I was ever in here I am very impressed they have lots of fresh goods and stuff that you can't find that most markets. They also have good food here they make lunches and sandwiches and they have a soup and salad buffet.
The hot bar is hit or miss. Some days it's great. If there's no meat I walk out (Hint: Tofu and kale is not meat). The food is delicious but seems a little over-priced.
This is a great place to find local foods, sustainable products, and to grab a bite to eat. They also do Catering and you can order things in bulk from them just by going to the front desk. The Cheese selection is well complimented by a wide array of craft libations, from wine to artesian ice cider to some rather popular local beers like Heady Topper.
Prices are a bit higher than at Shaw's for some things, but overall the quality is superior, and you can actually make a day trip to see many of the producers in person. (A great Idea if you have children)
There's also a great Membership program that's only $15 per year, which makes you eligible for some really good discounts on some of the very tasty, but a bit expensive for everyday shopping, foods. As well has sustainabily sourced/produced goods. Like PACT Cotton goods produced by women making a living wage in India, from sustainable cotton production methods. Another reason to buy is the cotton is extremely soft, and really durable.
Another thing about HMC is that you are supporting a community resource that actually keeps your dollars right here helping those in need every day. It is a way to do something good for your community as well as to get some great stuff that won't let you down.
A decent place to stop for fresh produce. Although I was told about a large craft beer selection, I was somewhat disappointed - perhaps just the nature of expectations.
Great local resource for meats, veggies, hot food, deli sandwiches, beer & wine, sundries, bulk, and wellness items. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Also a nice place to sit with a coffee or a plate of hot food and chat or do work with their free wifi.
Parking was a little rough with our fourteen passenger van, but the goods inside were great. Lots of great beers (what we came for) in addition to wonderful prepared food.
I shop here for the important health items that are hard to find other places, such as unsweetened coconut, which is healing for the liver and pancreas. Thanks co-op!
Outstanding selection of organic goods. Great beer selection. One of the only places you can get Heady Topper and Lawson's Finest in the whole state.
There is no place like Hunger Mountain Coop ! It even smells good walking in the door. As someone with a unique vegetarian diet, I can find a great assortment of products even at the buffet!
The Co-op is a great place to find organic, bulk, and local products as you would expect, but in Vermont that means award winning cheeses and craft beer. With a full service deli and amazing salad, soup, hot dish bar, and greenhouse seating along the river, it's one of the best places in town to grab lunch. An added plus is that it's located right on the bike path. Make it your second stop after you snap a photo of the Capitol!
Delicious food made to order. I had a burrito again with pulled pork this time vs chicken. Lots of sandwiches and hot meals to choose from, including a hot bar. Good stuff!
One of my favorite co-ops I've ever visited. Cozy cabin feel and spacious seating to grab a coffee or eat at the buffet. Great vegetarian/vegan items.
Amazing place. Lots of delicious hot meals you can purchase and enjoy there. Vast selection of organic and natural products, great deals on bulk foods
Best grocery spot in Montpelier. If you're from out of time and you want amazing local cheese, meats, veggies, coffee, bread, etc stop here first.
The NICEST employees!! Every person I interacted with went above and beyond with kindness. I travel all over the northeast for work and try to eat at co-ops only. Wow! You guys should be the model for customer service for ALL FOOD CO-OPS!!
Thank you for making a first time out of towner feel welcome!
Lovely place to shop grocery items. Only organic products are sold here. I love all the fruits and veg items. Coop : name you can trust
Prices are what you would expect for a co-op. That being said, any Vermont beercation should start or end here. Lots of the Vermont breweries in stock/on rotation. You might find some gems and not even wink at the famed heady topper. Too many good choices nowadays. Rest of the co-op offerings are good too, and local. Mmmm, cheese. Any flatty can feel like a crunchy vermonter, if only for a day.
A place I love to shop at. Not cheap, but well sorted, good prepared foods, nice little Cafe as well. Well stocked, knowledgeable employees, European flair.
I LOVE the coop. However it is expensive and some of the products arent chemical free, organic, etc as you would expect since so much is organic, local etc. They make great food, sandwhiches, and baked goods!
Co-op have everything you need right from the local farmers and vendors. Love this place and the deli they have. I love the curry flavored chicken salad 😍 it's absolutely delicious …
There is an aura around the coop. Once you enter it, you will likely become slower... you may leave your cart in the middle of the aisle and just meander around lost in contentment. There are a few however who stay unaffected by the aura. They will likely move your cart and roll their eyes at you when you unknowingly walk in front of them only to stop and stare at something. Just breath... all is transient... they will find another way...
Great products, sweet s staff and wide selection of 802products. Pricey but living healthily is not cheap. Vermont isn't cheap either!
Great selection with many organic options, particularly fruits and vegetables. Many nice hot lunch and dinner options at the cafe (ever changing menu). Friendly, helpful staff.
Great all co-op with helpful friendly staff. Great deli.
Have been a member for 45 years, have seen it grow into a community institution, large selection of basic and specialty foods, lots of prepared food can make dinner easy,
A great local coop, good selection, a great place for wines and beers. I buy real maple syrup here in bulk - what could you need? 🙂 …
Amazing, wonderful selection of fresh prepared foods and local local! Love Hunger Mountain Co-Op
They have great quality food options, and an awesome bulk food section. I love shopping here for the bulk items and grocery basics, but to do all my shopping here would be too expensive.
Huge co-op. Nice staff, all the things. If you're on a budget you can shop here too you just need to pay attention. Organic produce, great local business
The best place to get all of your quality bulk food needs. Awesome for people with special diet necessities, excellent for vegetarian and vegans. I love this place...
Very nice supermarket, good selection of upscale groceries, lots of organic, local and fresh produce. Good food, a selection of soups, sandwiches and a bar of salads and hot options.
Local food, local community involvement, member owned and managed. Great selection of organic food, much of it locally grown or manufactured and a wonderful selection of wines and beers.
Cool grocery store. Kinda like a local whole foods. Great bulk section for spices and dried food. Really cool atmosphere. The staff is always really friendly and helpful.
My place to get the best salad bar with organic and healthy choices...great selection of wines and local products in every department, great help from the staff and VERY knowledgeable in the supplement department!
Best selection of organic/non GMO produce, breads, cheese, meats, and dairy in Central Vermont. Awesome beer and wine selections too.
Really fresh food ,God milk deals but most prices are a bit much
Wonderful, friendly staff, great produce, wine and beer. It's always a pleasure to shop here
excellent bulk foods, nice cafe with food to order or takeout or eat in, great selection of breads, organic produce, etc. Electric charging station in parking lot. Often very crowded on weekends.
Great hot bar/salad bar. I make it a weekly occurrence to stop here. Everything is clean and organic. Great place to shop.
Everytime I am in Montpelier I stop here! Great small co-op grocery store, and deli. Awesome place to stop and get lunch or some amazing fresh fruit and veggies
The co-op is amazing. Tons of great local Central VT REAL foods and beverages. Beer, wine, meats, food for vegans , you name it! A++
Wow, one of the best gluten free options available for bread. I bought a bag of two baguettes and Oh. My. God. My new favorite place!
Unless you are a great deal richer than I am sales and the bulk section are the only items in the store that are affordable, this is Montpelier yuppy heaven. The grains, nuts ext in the bulk section are great
They have good variety of groceries and I liked their buffet lunch over others in the state of Vermont.
Store manager not thinking! With more people staying home for Thanksgiving this year co-op should have had many more and smaller turkeys. Think!
Offers many products you can't get at a grocery store as well as homeopathic supplies, organics, great beer/wine selection, and local Vermont products.
The best shop in town for organic groceries and ready-made food. Even when the parking lot is full, the lines aren't too bad.
Perfect place for natural foods, and herbal supplies. The cafe serves delicious wholesome food, nice vegetarian selection as well.
There were plenty of grab and go items in place of the food bar. lots of deals for everyone, not just members.
Good selection, well stocked, fair prices, friendly service
Great and healthy food for a good price, has pretty good hot and cold food bar with sandwiches and other such options as well as a nice cafe with free Wi-Fi.
Great selection. Not cheap.
Great steak tips and meat selection I love shopping here well worth the drive
Good selection of local produce and products. Prices aren't bad either. However deli service is slow.
Interesting layout to their store makes it feel more crowded then it is. Friendly staff. Great and varied free samples.
Central Vermont's biggest and best natural food store. They support local farmers, have decent competitive pricing, and wonderful service.
Awesome local food co-op, also has superb deli and hot lunch/ salad bar with rotating daily specials, and a great solarium and deck overlooking the winooski river to eat in.
I'm with Mr. Parker on this review - Hunger Mountain Coop is wonderful. And if you need any help with special orders, ask for Michael White. That guy is awesome!
I used their bulk section for the first time and they have a great selection of items including bulk pasta.
Excellent range of fresh produce plus take out bunch of other stuff (amazing beer range) plus wide selection of independent drugstore products
They have many items I can only get there locally. Love the variety, wish I could afford to shop there more!
Great place, fresh produce. The manager for the food prep section is so awesome. Thank you Karlyn!!!
Stopped in here on my way back from a trip. The selection of natural and organic food was superb, and there was an entire wall of by-weight granola, with something for everyone.
I absolutely love this place but it's a bit expensive. Idk why food that's good for you has to cost so much? Not fair.
Decent beer selection.
Good Deli and hot bar.
Nice selection of cheese, bread and fresh fruits.
Great local organic produce, a good cheese selection and amazing locally baked breads.
Great selection of high quality products. One of my favorite grocery stores in Vermont and New Hampshire.
Vast selection of all kinds of specialty foods, produce, local products. Great sandwiches made to order, too!
They have great food - salad and sandwiches made to order and a nice room to eat over looking the river.
I love coming through and eating at the cafe! The bulk section is awesome, and vitamin day is where it's at!
I love the local apple and booze selection here. The prices are a tad high for me, but the quality is unsurpassed in the area.
Good stuff, high quality, expensive. They have a good selection of gluten free and organic foods.
Good beer selection but customers not social distancing despite strict limits on occupancy.
It's exactly what you want from a Vermont Co-op. Good variety and helpful employees. Highly recommend.
Amazing food, friendly staff and loads of organic grocery items. Love it here.
Wonderful well-stocked store; knowledgeable employees who are willing to assist; great cafe area and great food! 👍👍 …
Love the atmosphere in this place smells delicious. Some things are a little pricey but some good deals can be had.
Great selection of high quality, mostly local food. You're going to pay a considerable premium.
Good selection of organic goods and the deli cafe has delicious sandwiches
Excellent products & selection. We'll definitely be back
Great products Edith many unique items at fair prices. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
Wonderful market! We're from Montreal and we often come in Vermont but never without a stop at the Montpelier Coop.
Legendary Montpelier food co-op with the best selection of provisions in town. Great craft beer selections too.
Fabulous selection of local products! Pricey at times but you will get the best quality.
Best co-op around! So many good options and friendly people. Love the to-go meal section as well.
Love this place. Great bulk section. Lots of gf options. Always stop here for lunch when in Montpelier.
They have great product, but the employees aren't very friendly.
Great produce and great service. I can buy almost 100% local
Nice selection of good produce, ready made food, atmosphere and friendly staff.
Love this place. Delicious fresh produce. Great vegetarian selections.
Great little coop. Excellent selection of produce, bulk foods, prepared foods etc.
The sandwiches that we had were delicious but overall we thought it was very expensive
Amazing amount of local food! Support local and go here! Also THE best bulk coffee!!!
High quality organic local food. Great hot and cold sandwiches. A little expensive.
Good quality organic Ingredients, large selection of meat and produce
Great selection and reasonable prices. I'm not a fan of a lack of a household membership option.
Best place to get organic food. Good collection of fresh vegetables and fruits
Great place, local produce and goods, friendly staff, and yummy fresh food.
This co-op is so great there is such a great variety of food and the deli is so delicious and the employees are also super nice and helpful
I like to shop here because the staff is unionized. Great deli and nice bread selection.
Great selection of beer, cheese, bread and prepared foods. Helpful staff.
Cans of craft beer, fresh salad and craft sandwiches we love this place every time we passed through.
Great store, lots of parking, knowledgeable staff, and great wine and beer selection.
I am always excited to go to The Coop. They have so many different and unusual things. I always find something to come home with.
If you want to be healthy stop and shop here you will love the variety of things and the service is excellent.
Extremely well stocked co-op, clean, good atmosphere, the deli is also excellent.
Great beer selection, decent cheese selection, a nice little grocery store.
Came here by coincidence. Absolutely loved it despite the high prices. If I lived in the area I’d be a regular customer!
Great beer selection. And the prepared food is good also
Always has great food, good staff though it can be pricy.
It's alright. Definitely the kind of place to only go when you can't find what you need anywhere else.
One of the best co-ops in the state. Great produce bulk foods and café.
We love the COOP. We have shopped their for almost twenty-years. Highly recommend.
Great place, once you fight your way through all the granola munchers 😁 …
Great selection and wonderful customer service!
