I guess I forgot my review when I gave them a 5/5. This is a lovely, locally owned shop. They're wonderful people. Always happy and always very helpful. We get our corgi groomed here and she always looks great. I mean, perfectly shaped fluffy butt. They listen to what you ask for in your groom and deliver a stress-free process.

We took our puppy to his first-ever grooming appointment at Riverfront, and we couldn't be more pleased! Our little guy was a bit shy when we dropped him off, but when it was time for us to pick him up, he was a completely different dog! He was calm, happy, and of course, immaculately clean. Everyone at Riverfront is so kind, and you can tell that they love our fur babies just as much as we do. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much for taking care of our Cricket!

By far the best grooming salon we’ve been to! Everyone is so welcoming and staff is amazing! Today was our first time taking our dog and they did a great job, they even put a cute little purple bow on her. Definitely recommend them!

They did a good job with my puppy the cut was a little uneven I don't know if it's because of Madden but I feel like they could have evened out the coat so that he doesn't look really low in some spots and really medium and others. But I'll go back to them and give them another shot to see if they do better because it was a long time since he had a groom so I'm going to get them a pass they're very pleasant and happy there though

Maribel always comes home from her grooming appointments looking amazing. In August I became ill and had to cancel her appointment. When I called to reschedule they were booked too far out as my Sheepadoodle was starting to mat, so I took her to a chain groomer...huge mistake. She looked horrible, like really bad. Riverfront Pets does such amazing work that you don't fully appreciate it until one time, going somewhere else, goes horribly wrong. Maribel now looks stunning. Definitely recommend Riverfront Pets!

Wonderful grooming experience! Our groomer Lindsey was very nice and helped answer my questions because I wasn't sure what kind of cut we really wanted for our pup, Lady. Pick up time was exactly when they told me to expect it, and Lady looked SO good with a fresh cut and a sweet red bow in her hair. We'll definitely be back!

They are wonderful every step of the way until the appointment was remarkable to me, my dog is rambunctious and free spirited I guess he gets it from his mama 😁. They were able to get him to calm down and give him the full service treatment that he needed, fur cut, wash and dry, paws manicured and a fresh scent! My baby looked like a new kid he was feeling himself.... The ride home was a vibe he was showing off in the driver sit. They actually made the experience easy for me too, I'm not too proud to say this but I trust you 😉. It was our first time and they unknowingly created a monster!!! But the price is so reasonable I can see us there now on the regular🤣🥳.

Groomer got us in for a last minute emergency nail trim and did so kindly. Our Dauchunds are unruly and not well behaved but they brought them in together so they didn't have to be separated. All the staff is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Will return.

I am a new puppy mom and I heard of Riverfront Pets from a few friends. This shop is clean, stocked with everything you need to become a new pet owner. They were patient with me and my puppy. They educated and share a few samples for me. They loaded things into my car. This is above and beyond service and I’d recommend anyone choosing this shop even over online shopping! They experience is worth it!

This was my first time having my pet groomed and I absolutely love them!! I wish I found this place a long time ago. My dog is getting older now and I love how they don't keep your pet all day. They provided great service and it truly shows that they treat your pet as one of their own.

Such a great store for pets! The staff is so helpful and caring about your pet. They have a great range of toys, treats, food and anything else you could need. They also provide dog walking services for those who live in the area. This is the first place I go for any of my pet supply needs!

I took my 9 year old chihuahua mix to Riverfront pets today for a nail cut. I know it’s not a lot to most people, but I struggle to cut her nails myself. The groomer (so sorry, I forget her name!) was wonderful. She cut Chili’s nails so fast and said she was super easy. We’ll be back soon!

We love Riverfront Pets! This store has quickly become one of our favorite weekend stops... not just because it’s one of the few truly pet friendly places around (they have a toy-testing station that our Maple LOVES!), but because it’s a beautiful shop & the owners are the most customer-service minded, friendly people! We also have started getting our puppy, Maple, groomed at Riverfront and couldn’t be happier or imagine trusting anyone else. If you love your fur-baby like we do, go check out all their attire, toys & such! We can’t recommend this place enough!🐕❤️

On Sunday I came into the store with my 3 rescued pit-bulls to get them cleaned up. The staff was awesome, very nice people very helpful. Pretty sure they were all nice because I brought them 3 big babies to play with. I will make this a monthly thing bringing my dogs here.

Where do i begin.. first off this place is beautiful.. the staff is beautiful 😉! To all my bully people ,this store is friendly and understanding and we are welcomed, the self service bath station is unbelievable and priced well! Emily(hope i didn't get that wrong) is a dog lover with passion and owns and amstaff herself. I'll run out of words before i run out of an explanation of the greatest experience i had at this store , so just stop in check them out !

I have nothing but good things to say about them! My dog always gets nervous going in for grooming, and when she put on the "brakes," they greeted her and coaxed her in. They were great with my dog and so pleasant and professional with me. This is definitely my new spot for regular grooming. The service is of the highest order. The people here are friendly, competent, and deeply involved in the community. They frequently hold charity events and provide food and drink while offering all sorts of exciting activities for dogs. They sell high quality merchandise, much of which is locally sourced from craftsmen. They sell therapeutic wares, such as cbd oil, to calm anxious pets. Overall, excellent quality products and a superb assortment of high-quality services that my girlfriend and I have utilized, which include grooming, bathing, and training.

Wonderful staff and owners - they are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is very cute and clean and well stocked. This is a must visit spot for you and your pampered pet - self wash stations and lots of specialty treats and toys including birthday treats and cupcakes. If you are shopping for a grandpuppy or 4 legged niece or nephew pop in and pick up a gift!

Have been there a few times and the staff is so nice and helpful. Gave a dogs a bath in there beautiful bath area, and not only was it like a spa, but whatever they use for shampoo makes our dogs so soft. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

You have my business for life! Surprisingly cheaper than people state as far as grooming goes. My cat is pretty timid so I was nervous taking him but Morgan and the rest of the staff were absolutely phenomenal and caring with my sweet boy. He came back to me calmer than ever. Thanks so much!

We’ve tried several groomers including petco and petsmart over the past 3 years since we got our cavalier King Charles. They are by far the best that have cut him. We don’t care if he looks like his breed. With a new infant, we want to keep his hair short and clean. Somehow they’ve given him the perfect cut. Perfect all around. He looks like he was born a short-haired dog. His hair looks like suede. We will never take him anywhere else. The only challenge is parking so me and hubby go together so one of us can stay in the car if no legal parking is available. Works great, and their service and excellence is well worth the extra effort!

We have an 8 year old Bernese who was hit my a car when she was a puppy. We couldnt find anyone who could successfully trim her nails until now. They do an amazing job grooming her and obviously care for them like their own. They have our business for life!

Beautiful pet shop on the waterfront with unique toys, food and accessories for our 3 dogs. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Great spot for a nice walk and then a stop for a pet treat. I think that they do grooming too.
