Lemme just say I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH WALMART! FROM THE NIGHT TIME LEAD TO THE EMPLOYEES IN THE TLC! You are the type of people that I wish the rest of the world could be. From assisting me and my four kids and wife with our van to making sure the safety and well-being of my family was first up to the point of taking from your own pocket! I cannot tell you how eternally grateful I am AND YOU NEED TO BE Recognized AND Hopefully will be after who I spoke with today. You are the type of people I remember Walmart as a kid and have not seen in over twenty years. I wish I had room to thank each of the players in helping my family but it's limited. Today I had a level of difficulty using multiple cards for multiple people in my life that are eithier sick or disabled. The cashier assisting self check out was extremely helpful and Patient with me, I was given the wrong pin # on a card by accident and she helped me get thru it. Much appreciated!! Not sure what's going on but for months there has been a shortage of day and cat food at this store. Happy New Year!!!

I recently visited Walmart and had a hilarious experience. As I was browsing the aisles, I stumbled upon a gentleman decked out in a polka dot sweat suit. He looked like he had just stepped out of a 90s rap video. I couldn't help but stare and try to contain my laughter. I also noticed that everyone else was doing the same. Even the employees were trying to stifle their giggles. It was like being in a comedy show. I ended up buying an extra pack of gum just so I could walk by him again and see the spectacle one more time. Overall, it was a funny and entertaining visit to Walmart and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good laugh and a shopping experience.

This is my favorite Walmart in Wichita, You can quite literally find anything here (almost anything). The only downside of this location is that it’s always kind of crowded but this also depends on the time you go. The clearance section is always the most fun to go to, it’s a hit or miss. Sometimes you find cool things and sometimes you don’t. This location is also quite big, i’m not sure if it’s the biggest in Wichita but it’s the biggest i’ve visited so far

This Walmart tends to have different options than other Walmarts I've been to. Their prices are a little lower than other Walmart locations as well. They did have very pale hamburger the last time we shopped here, but we ended up getting organic, it cost more, but it looked a lot better. There are always a strange bunch of folks in this Walmart, I tend to carry my side piece when visiting LOL I feel safer in the parking lot with it. They have a good variety of adult diapers and incontinence options. They mostly have self checkouts, which is rather annoying, but it's come to be the norm at all Walmart locations. They did have better self checkout registers, easier on my back.

I was getting a few items tonight, and when the employee announced that closing time was nearing, he was very abrupt and rude. He was almost yelling. Being in the customer service and service industries my whole life, I understand it's frustrating when there are people coming into the store shortly before closing. It used to drive us crazy when people would come in at the last minute, and we knew we would be there for an hour more, even when we had everything ready for closing. That being said, I knew that it was also part of the industry that I chose to be part of. Some people are always going to be inconsiderate, and there is nothing we can do to change that. There are, however, many other ways to let customers know that closing time is near, and these can be done in a polite manner. The man on the intercom even went as far as to say that the registers would be shut down at 11 and people would not be able to make their purchases.

I don’t care for this particular location. Items are hard to find and the area feels a little unsafe. My biggest issue is the parking lot. It’s weirdly chaotic and the two times I’ve been to this location some random person approached me in the parking lot asking for money. That really made me uncomfortable.

Same as usual. Except that after HOW long now, pandemic being 'over', they STILL not open back 24 hrs?! It's not like they gotta hire/pay more employees - it's SCO!!! ALSO, fu©K SCO!! There's never ANY cashiers anymore and the SCO always accuse me of stealing bc I'm quicker than SNAIL SPEED checking my own items. ALSO also, they needa STOP asking me to see my receipt as I walk out bc they don't trust me. If they wanna know if I paid for everything, they should ....hmmmmm... ....check out my groceries and make SURE I pay for everything therein!! They don't do nothing but offend the h€££ outta me and slow up the exit by ONLY having SCO after a certain hour, before a certain hour and DURING .....certain hours 🤔😅🙎‍♀️ just check out my groceries FOR me!!!! Matter of fact, when I started this review, I was rating Wally World a solid 4*. Now that I've thought abt it, I'm thinking more like 2.5/3. Really REALLY packed for a Wednesday, also. PROBS bc it's Thanksgiving tomorrow. Hope they still closed for that, or I would DEF give em a 2!!!

Although I don't go in to shop, I do my shopping online for pickup. I order the day before and pickup the next day. They're always quick to come out when I check in and they always ask for my name before putting my order in the car. They also do q good job putting my things in.

Walmart, like so many other retailers, have so many employees shopping for online orders. The big carts filled with containers being filled with orders, are often in the way of those who choose to shop in person. At times it is difficult to get through the isle to get to the item you're wanting to buy. I find it frustrating.

I just love a Wal-Mart supercenter...Some things they could lower the prices like in lady P.J's .It's hard here lately to be able to spend $24-$30 on a P.J's .So U haven't gotten me any in over a yr because it's either gas for work,food for my pets or just find a yard sale to get any I would love a new set but other then that I absolutely love this place

I have been dealing with the WM customer service for the last few weeks after returning an item through curbside return option. Beware of the associates with little to no training that handles these returns incorrectly. We were told by the customer service that the associate failed to scan the barcode on the app while returning the item which made the system think we have not returned the item yet. This caused us great frustration trying to get the refund which was $200+

This Wal-Mart is really a awesome store for me. I mostly do my shopping online (Wal-Mart Plus) and the employees always do a marvelous job getting my order ready. They are punctual and my items are always fresh. If they have to substitute an item they always give me the chance to decline if I only want what I have chosen.

Jeggings, are fabulous. Star's clothing line. In Jeggings you can do just about anything. Most brand's offer a splice of the secret. Look for "Flex fit. Flex fit is a secret. Wear clothing that is comfortable fit, and buttons don't pop.

What more can I say about this grand store? I always have a pleasant experience shopping here, whether it be from bargains galore, selection, freshness of produce, or the to die for air conditioning. I want to kick out the optometrists and remodel the space into a studio apartment so I'll never have to leave the building.

The parking lot birds are great to watch and even though they're eating crunchy bugs off our cars they're still not as gross and depressing to watch as the dirtbags that visit this particular Walmart. Most recent trip here was to check for a video game physical copy. They didn't have it. Which wasn't a surprise as it's an older game and physical copies are becoming less and less popular. What I did find was a POP figure of a character from the game and it was on sale. Which was surprising and made me very excited. I did get the game elsewhere so the POP was perfect. It now sits by my Xbox so when I play I get to see it!

They are better at restocking their merchandise than the other Walmart's. The problem is they lock up so many items. Batteries, razors, health and beauty items, bicycle accessories and much more. Then you can't find anyone with a key, while your pages go unanswered

If you really want to exercise by walking try limping through a very large Walmart that does not have the electric carts.Rockies like all the other people in my life when I go into Walmart kind of like magically disappear and reappear and just leave me wondering around wondering where the heck they went but you been wanting Walmart you haven't been to them all.I do however like their self checkout it isn't faulty like some of the Albertson's I've been to wear the stupid check out machine doesn't stop talking to you.

Came i bought several items including an Xbox controller when we got home there was no controller in the box so I immediately came back to Walmart with my receipt and the manager Dwight had his employee Sarah take care of it for me she was very kind and efficient I had no problems with them was glad that they took care of me and didn't leave me hanging spending all that money and not having a controller will definitely come back again.

I go to this Walmart every other day if not every day normally they're pretty stocked up but since the pandemic they're pretty empty at times. It's never really too crowded and most of the cashiers are extremely nice. Self checkout is a little bit of a hassle at times but if that were fixed I would give it five stars.

Douglas at lube and tube is AMAZING!!! He is so very friendly, funny and welcoming. I came to get an oil change on a Saturday when jiffy lube was closed and wouldn't be open until Monday. I have to be in Austin Texas tomorrow! So this location was on the way home, they was open and Douglas had greeted us and made us feel happy! Definitely, Walmart lube and tube saved the day! I have to be completely honest here.i used to avoid store 1099 like the plague. It was dirty, not maintained at all, parking lot horrible and it was just a bad experience all the way around. WOW WHAT A FANTASTIC TURN AROUND!! I am a traveling merchandiser and I have been traveling the US for 3 years doing Walmart remodels. This is one of the nicest stores I have experienced. Store has been remodeled in the last 3 years and has been kept up to par since. Kudos to management there because I am sure keeping that store this nice is no easy task. It's super busy all the time and in a rough part of town, but it's cleaner and more organized than any of the other stores in the city. Great job y'all!! You should be very proud of this store!!

Never any carts where someone can enter and get one. Every time I walk in the store i have to (and this was the solution i have been given twice, by two separate (they would receive 0 stars if the review pertained to them specifically) Walmart employees, when i decided to finally let an employee know there were any at either entrance) "go grab one from the parking lot because that is where they are" because apparently the person or people that are paid to go collect and replace the carts was either sick that day, sleeping on the job, or something much more important than providing the one thing a customer needs to be able to shop there and purchase anything more than maybe two items 😑😒🙄 and I'd like to add that although this review was posted right in-between two major holidays which may excuse ONE badly timed visit at some extremely busy time, this was all prior to Thanksgiving and more importantly unless every single cart is literally in use for some fleet of busses having showed up full of customers, then, call me crazy, but it is my opinion that if one or two dozen are available to "go grab from the parking lot" then they should be quickly collected and returned to where the customers need them to be.

I had a flat tire after getting off work the day before Thanksgiving. Let's just say my day wasn't going do well. Douglas got my tire rolled in and Seth got to working on it right away. My hands were filthy from the tire and Douglas brought me this powder that got my hands cleaner then they originally were such an awesome guy. Seth was able to locate a nail hole in the tire and repaired it quickly. I always have great service at this location in automotive.

One of the few Walmarts that has more than 3 registers open at any given time & has actual cashiers ready to assist customers check out. If they do away with cashiers in hopes of forcing customers to work for them for free, I guess we will be forced to go to the competition who actually do use and employ cashiers. I gave it them a 5 star because although its "the pawnee Walmart" they have very friendly staff.

It's a Walmart... Nothing to really focus on but their electronic and makeup areas are setup poorly. The checkout in these departments suck. I understand theft and needing to have people purchase their items within these departments, but it's just poorly setup and you will wait forever and be in the way of people entering/leaving that area.

Easy to find what you're looking for and employees are always willing to help out. The only thing that could be better is how fast the checkout line is. Even with self-checkouts next to each exit and employees checking out in the middle, the lines are long because not all areas are being used.

I've been coming here for 20 years. This is pretty ghetto even for a Walmart. Plenty of theft. Used diapers just left in the parking lot. The staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable though! I always find what I'm looking for fairly easily. It's not the location's fault that a lot of trash people shop here.

This walmart is a few blocks from my house, so its conveniently located. I do remeber my mother avoiding this walmart and fussing about it when it was in High school. And it wasn't until my early twenties I went there and im in my mid thirties now, and the decade in between has been a huge improvement for this store with the remodel its had at some point in the relative recent past. Store is clean very large with more selection the derby walmart and some others. I would say the only real true downfall to this place, is the loitering and pan handlers that frequent the area all the time it seems. They arent aggressive or in your face that I've ever expierenced or seen. So they aren't a too uncomfortable crowd other than they just sitting and being there. Great store, location is what it is, but its always been positive experiences and pleasant when I've been there.

All the employees needs to work on customer service skills. And all the employer needs to work on getting the customer's orders right and listening to what the customers. Order because they got our order wrong about four times one-time might be acceptable. But when they get it wrong 4 times and you have to keep going back up there and calling that's when something needs to be done. And I need to retrain the manager to train employees the right way if the customer service I McDonald's cannot listen to their customers and something is wrong.

Was treated rudely at customer service. I had bought a pair of shoes for work here about a month ago I kept the receipt for about a week and the shoes seemed to be fine so I tossed the receipt. After I tossed it the shoes started ripping out along the soles of both of the shoes, so I tried to return them, the cashier said without the receipt I could exchange them but the the manager says without the receipt there is nothing we can do. Well, I had this happen a couple of years ago and they exchanged them no problem without the receipt. I work hard for my money and those shoes were a tool for work and I'm really upset about wasting my money at this sorry store. Further more this is the third time at this store I have been treated badly by an associate. Would not recommend this store to anyone. This store is one mile from my house but to avoid going to it I would drive much further to a Walmart with good customer service.

Pick up and delivery services are well done and my preferred way to shop at this walmart. Scan and go, even though it requires a stop at self checkout, isn’t bad, either, but the employees at this store seem pretty unfamiliar with how it works or even that it exists. Nonetheless, shopping here is usually a good experience.

It was very busy, they had no carts on the GM side when I got there. It's nothing to complain about though. They were very busy. Every experience will be positive if we allow. The self checkouts ran smooth and fast today. I'm I was able to get and out of the store with a smile on my face. I didn't have to ask any associates a question. I let Customer Service know about the cart situation and as I left the associates were bringing them inside for their future customers.

The staff were quite helpful. As with most Walmart stores, it's basically ran the same. Homeless people inundate the outside areas at certain times. It has poor outside lighting for a metropolis as large as Wichita. (Like bright moonlight. Don't know why...cost?)

Great place! Nice clean store & pleasant staff! There have been a few associates, I'll get their names &post them, who've gone out of their way to help me. There seems to be supply chain issues still & more items are missing from shelves. I'll say this though, I've been to their competitors stores, & they seem to be hit harder on item availability. I like my Walmart store just fine. Keep up the good work!

Usually pretty good. Know the store pretty well which shortings my shopping time.. Produce was always good. If wasn't the best be a sale on it like pinapple . they would peel it and put in container for same price they had on the fruit it self. . There's sometime a long list if brands to a item you can choose from then other. Very small choices. And I can not find malt mix that goes with Ice cream. (Old School) and IL never ask anyone where it is. Got took on a adventure 2 times and not close at all. It upsets me that I've not got fresh produce at least for 3 months. Watermelon keep stacking up usually not reduced but has been out for holiday it was.ive went to store across to get my pineapples and watermelon. Wish they would start selling fresh produce instead of pounding it off. Where did the good help go...

I just like how Walmart when you order online and then go pick it up if they don't have an item they will replace the item with something name brand if you ordered generic and at the same cost and without a bunch of hassle you just order it let him know when you'll be there and you can be late because I've been pretty late and it is still there waiting for you it just takes a few minutes love it

Update =Walmarts great called me to tell me due to the tornado my order would be bu the tower. When i do shop in stores i know where everythings at and Great customer service. I was caught in a dilemma when I tried to do curbside pickup. Another place overcharged my card. So I wouldnt be able to pay with debit after using my EBT card. GLAD THEY DO EBT CURBSIDE PICKUP! So they still let me pay for food and cash inside had my groceries ready and everything. The gentleman was really nice to me. Wasn't rude or anything. Brought groceries to my car as well. I just want to thank them so much for understanding and not bring rude for not having funds. GOD BLESS YOU AND THANKS FOR HAVING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Usually long check out lines. Self checkout is great for a few items, but not enough space for a cart full. Gave up waiting for assistance in fabrics after several attempts. The prices marked on remnants and scanned price seems to always be way off. It's a challenging, time consuming task to get the price marked rather than what scanned. Get fabric somewhere else and save yourself a headache! No, get everything somewhere else and save yourself many headaches!

In the meantime while we were being watched like we were criminals the person next to me ended up stealing A's two sets of bowls and a set of cups. With the already freezing cold weather getting ready to turn even more brutal, people are swarming the stores to prepare for several days trapped at home and this Wal-Mart is definitely mobilizing their employees to try to keep up with the demand. It makes some of the aisles crowded because of all the customers and their carts fighting for space with all the employees and their stock carts,but at least I was able to find everything I needed and get outta there fast

Everyone was helpful and friendly. I just moved back the area and was apprehensive as I had herd rumors about not allowing you to take your purse in and what not. There were a lot more things in locked cases than my old more affluent area Wal Mart had, but as I (many years ago) ran grocery stores in the area I understand. I took my purse in, no problem and it was a good shopping experience.

This Walmart is located in a kinda shady area of town. There was a guy with a cardboard sign at the entrance I came in and a couple liquor stores within close proximity. I only came here because I was looking for a specific product that wasn't available at the ones nearest me. I thankfully found the products I was looking for and headed to the checkout with my coupons. I didn't see any regular checkouts so I headed to the self checkout. After I scanned everything, I scanned my coupons per the prompts on the screen. They wouldn't take them. I asked for assistance. The lady came over and tried it herself and also couldn't get them to work. She said they weren't able to take any coupons at the self checkout for more than $5. Mine was for 6.98. It felt like she wanted me to give up and just forget it but after I didn't she transferred my transaction to the main terminal and was able to take my coupon off. She told me that next time I needed to take it to a regular checkout. Sigh.

This Is my local Walmart, I think they get the rep of the trashiest Walmart but it’s not that bad. Most employees I’ve seen for many years and it’s always a good feeling to see familiar faces. Pharmacy is fine. My only complaints are that they don’t really stock up to well, and there is one bully with a bun that works in the return area. She mocked a foreign employee because of her accent in front of everyone, was very rude. Other than that, it’s okay and that’s good enough for me.

The card reader kept saying it wouldn't accept it but they advertised touchless pay and the reader obviously knew what was happening. My friend had to buy my items. I just went in today for some Halloween stripped tights for a woman size. Then when I got home to try them on they didn't even go up to my waist where a normal women's size tight should hit. If they are going to label their tights as woman one size they should actually fit an average sized woman. If your going costume shopping at Walmart b careful with the tights lol. Otherwise the actual part of the costume should be fine with proper sizing labels.

The store was clean the help staff very poor. I had a lady that was filling grocery orders that about plowed into me twice while I was shopping. My arms in a sling so it's obvious I can't move that fast. She had ear pods in and was just zooming around like nothing.

Upon walking into Walmart I was greeted by a young lady from the pharmacy. Ms. Anh Tran asked me with a smile on her face if I was ready for a flu shot. She was so cheerful and so pleasant I was amazed. We were laughing all the way to the "shot" arena. Well this was the test. Last year I had gotten a shot at another Walmart great experience. I told Mr. Chaney the pharmacist he had a challenge. Everything went great so professional so pleasant. It gives me a little bit of hope in this world. When all you see is so much hate. Thanks to 2 folks just being nice can go a long way.

We accidentally left a PS4 controller at the register, didn't realize it until Christmas day when we were wrapping gifts, and then couldn't find the receipt to prove the purchase. We called customer service this morning and they rudely said with no receipt there was nothing they could do about our $70 in lost merchandise. We went to the store to show them ye check information knowing they could find it from there, and Myisha in customer service helped us. She was very positive and extremely helpful. She was able to pull up the receipt and video to show it got left and directed us to go get our items. I was very impressed with her customer service, as normally when I go to this store the associates aren't very helpful or very cheerful. She made it a very good experience and I'm so thankful for what she did for us!!!

We ordered an Onn HDTV Indoor antenna to pick-up at the store. We received the email that the order was ready to pick up. When I got to the store to pick the package up, the pick-up kiosk was very easy to use. We have been unable to print out the email received so all that I had was the order number, which I entered into the kiosk. Upon entering the number into the kiosk I waited just a few seconds, the drawer came forward with the package and the door opened. I picked it up. Very easy to use! I recommend using the pick-up method with Walmart.

It's prices are the same as every other Walmart around, along with what they stock. The store and bathrooms are relatively clean. However, this particular Walmart is what I, like many others, call the "Ghetto Walmart". It's on the bad side of town and there is a lot of crime happening here. They even have employees dressed as your average customers to watch for theft and violence. I shouldn't blame Walmart for the people that come through the doors, but sadly it takes away from the experience of this Walmart. The customers are very rude and don't care if they're in your way. They act like they own the place, but I guess that's what you do when you're trashy. I won't even come to this Walmart unless I have to, I usually go to the other one by New Market Square.

Because really you put the app in to get the job. The requires to acknowledge the general public. Smile say hello something. The cashier I had today didn't acknowledge that I said hello to her. Or me telling her I didn't want a item. She looked at me if I was stupid and causing her extra work. So I without saying anything went to customer service to say someone needed to have a talk with her only to have that lady slow down and me leaving. But saw management outside to end up telling him who was very polite even when being his break. Everyone do their time with the general public. If you don't like being polite and saying hi, thank you and your welcome to countless of people then or if your just not friendly the pick a new occupation. I worked at dollar general and believe me I rather deal with Wal Mart pajama wearing nappy hair having new car driving people then the gun pointing face smacking teen boy grow men peeing ANYWHERE worthless females stealing in front of their kids and so on believe I can go on for days. Anyway Wal Mart people are better. I couldn't do general public anymore at 33 so after 20 year I found a new occupation. She looked 20 if you look and act at the young of age find something else.

Three stars for the Walmart in general. Two stars removed for location and general environment. This Walmart has been plagued by theft so they have locked down most areas. You cannot leave the makeup/hygiene area without paying for the items. This is only a minor inconvenience but it will mean that you will have to stand in line to check out twice. Unless you need something from the electronics Dept as well, in that case it would be three lines. The staff here works hard to keep everyone safe and theft to a minimum which has led to me being followed a few times which to me is kind of annoying. They are losing a tough battle and I do not blame them for taking the measures they have but this does decrease the overall rating of this store specifically. If another grocery store was as convenient I would go there instead. I have no affiliation to this business nor have I been given anything for providing this review.

That wasn't even a suitable substitution to begin with. Only greeted 2xs, when I came in contact with about 3-5 associates. Not to mention I saw an elderly woman in a wheelchair scooting herself out past associates, whom didn't even ask her if she needed any assistance, much less acknowledge her. I was about to ask her, but noticed 3(?) Associates neared her and figured they'd ask... But they didn't acknowledge her. I understand that customers can be difficult, but customer service IS part of the job as a retail store... Right? Or did the 10foot rule die out? 🤔 🤔 This was in the am, early 7Am-8:30am

I brought a watch from Walmart they only have them out during Father's Day and Christmas mine broke without a receipt which I don't know where it is you can't get your money back for it even if you still have both pieces you still watches year round they just don't have those out and so I'm out till one of those holidays come again

Lovely employees! But terrible crowd otherwise. Unsafe place to be in general. Be quite wary of unwelcomed conversation from strange men if you are a woman. Also be ready to say "no" to anyone approaching you in the parking lot.

This is a great store I was looking for an off brand of mountain dew. I asked an employee if they had any in the back because there weren't any on the shelf. He went to the backroom and brought out a case of 2 liter. So I'll shop at this store anytime I need something.

As far as the tire shop I been there twice and always good service but today 2/17/2021 the shop was closed due to weather conditions SNOW ❄ and my truck had low tire pressure and this guy named Emil I hope I spelled his name right but HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WENT outside got all my tires to proper psi he even hurt his hand on the process THANK YOU AMIGO!! I'm not to happy with the Door greeters or the ticket checkers when you leave the store she was rude about riding a shopping cart out to the car because me and my girlfriend is disabled but you can go to any other Walmart in town and you see people riding them out side to all the time to there car.

In my experience, all promotional signs have been up to date and accurate, employees approach customers who appears to be in indecision, employees put customers before normal operational tasks, store always clean and orderly, employees polite, friendly, and helpful.

I went for the first time to this Plaza and went into Walmart to leave my scrips to get filled, as I just got out of the hospital this morning, July 21rst,2017, due to the amount of prescriptions I had to get filled the cashier was kind enough to let me know it would be 2 hrs. Till all medicines would be ready for pickup. When the pharmacist talked to me, he was impressed and told me so as I knew what each if my meds. we're for! The cashier and pharmacist were very kind and professional in their behaviour towards me since I let them know I was a new client. I would recommend this pharmacy with a 5 star rating in customer service and kindness!

Walmart always has what I need when I shop whether food or beverage or something else. Open 24 a day helps to. Pharmacy is the best low prices for medications for me anyways and seem to always have the right ones. Getting a reminder every month from them helps for when I need my refills. Prices are lowest all around.

Very different shopping experience at this store. Never go during first of the month because It's like a circus on lockdown upon entry with police & security guarding at the doors. I've seen those crazy videos of Wal-Mart shoppers on social media and they must have been filmed here. Other than the unusual crowd I have no complaints. Got a few laughs on the house. It was like shopping in a walk through comedy club. I would recommend this store for shopping and also if you need a laugh for the day.

Always crowded. Staff is polite. Not in a safe area, prime target for theives. Seen several shady figures there and a few arrests. Many Vagrants lounge around the parking exits with need help signs. Parking lot grungy.

It's a walmart. Where they apparently hate hiring cashiers, always and yes I mean always only have 3 or 4 lanes open. Which means anywhere from 45 minutes on are you simply waiting in line. This is a big issue walmart has.
