I feel like I'm treasure shopping each time I visit. I always leave with more than I should. Quality items at well below market value. Surprisingly organized for the size of the store and the amount of items. Returns/exchanges aren't accepted so try things on!

Huge selection and reasonable prices. The only downside the the amount of clothing per rack. There is so much that it makes it difficult to sort through. For that reason, it sort of feels like shopping at a thrift store, but the clothes, specifically the women’s dresses are fantastic and usually worth the search 😀 …

Great selection and great prices. Things that are normally $60 will be more like $20 here. You have to shop around the place. People grab stuff off the rack, then change their mind and hang it somewhere else. Then when the rack gets marked down cheaper, the strays dont get marked down. You get charged what the price tag says. Beware, no returns, no exchanges. Also awesome selection if you where small, medium or large. Selection thins out at XL and XXL, then jumps straight to Big and Tall.

This trip wasn’t as successful as some of the others, there was some VERY high end inventory ($500 dresses on sale for $150) & I was needing cheaper options for an upcoming trip that wouldn’t be worn on a regular basis. They did have a good selection of affordable swimsuit options for January.

Seriously love this place and the amazing deals! I wish they bring back the extra super sales on top of the already amazing prices. Yes you will have to dig and work a little to find what you are wanting but its worth if for the big disocunts and the staff tries there hardest for all they have to deal with. No i do not work there i just understand working in clothing industry and how some Karens can be... Either way its worth the trip, I always find name brand dresses for work under $20 and even UGG shoes for less than $20. Now is everytip a win, no. But still worth it!

Great prices, fantastic deals. CAUTION!!!!!! Be prepared to dig through the incredible volume of clothes to find what you're looking for. The prices look a little weird on the racks but the discounts are real. Checkout is a little slow since everything is entered manually however its definitely worth it. UPDATE: Shopping at the clearance center is a fantastic experience. The place is now organized and modernized. Fantastic deals on high quality clothing. I can't recommend this more!

Wide variety of clothing. Watch for the great holiday sales where the discounts get even better. Take your time and look - never know when a deal is buried on a rack some place. The men's selection is typically very stocked. May 2022 - store layout changed with easier to find groupings/ styles.

They had some good deals on clothing and shoes but it's very overwhelming. The shoes were organized by color instead of size and they mostly just had women's size six. I didn't have much time to spend looking around but did find some nice free people items at the front of the store. Probably the best store in the mall which is pretty empty.

This is just an ok place to go shopping. The prices aren't that great. You can just look for the reduced prices in the regular Dillard's. Not crazy about the store layout. Did make some purchases, but still prefer Dillard's in Towne East.

The prices here are unmatched and the service is great! However I have one complaint the store could be way more organized! Everytime I have gone the cloths are all over the place some hanging in places they shouldn't be for example men's cloths hanging with woman's cloths and vice versa. Not to mention cloths on the floor or barely hanging on racks. I remember when the store first opened and the cloths were separated by color everything was so easy to find back then but now everything is all jumbled together it messed with my anxiety so much that I had to stop looking at cloths and just pay for the pairs of shoes I had a leave. It would be nice if the clothing section could go back to the way it was not so messy and disorganized but back to the neat clean way it was when you first opened.

As a fashion conscious male who enjoys a business casual look; this place is awesome. You can't find their selection of Round Tree and York, Cremiuex, and Ralph Lauren clothing anywhere for these low prices. I bought 5 different colors of RTY slacks for 15.75 and a Ralph Lauren blazer for almost 80% off on my last visit. No complaints. You will be overwhelmed by the selection and racks but the patient shopper will love this place.

This is a great place to shop for clothes at great prices, but only if you are aware of what current sale is going on. There isn't too much salesfloor help, so prepare to walk over leftover clothes and shoes. It feels every bit of a clearance center. No return policy, so make sure to try on anything you may be uncertain about.

I love this place! It is a daunting task and you have to plan to spend several hours looking through the entire rack. Each item should really be tried on because all sales are final. But, everything in the store is 65% off and each week they run sales with an additional percentage off. The deals are incredible! It feels like such a blessing to be able to purchase higher priced and quality name brands for bargain prices. For instance long sleeve bouses were on sale an additional 80% off. I got two blouses one was a sweater that retailed for $300, the other $160. I paid like 30 bucks for them. So amazing!! A girl in line in front of me got her prom dress for $5!!!

I was surprised at the HUGE selection of clothing and shoes. I found so many things for my daughters to wear. My favorite was the $4.99 clearance. They had many cute pieces, I would recommend looking here for women and girls clothing.

People need to know about this place. It’s a hidden gem in Wichita! The whole store is on clearance already, and receives shipments from across the country. Then, they rotate additional sales on top of the standard 65% off prices. Check it out!

Great attempt to organize clearance; but there is difficulty, with EVERY single rack having items out of place. Also a little confused on sales where extra big discounts being applied to one rack but not the next one to it with the same items? All said ... though some items are still way over priced & many items are discounted for good reason; THERE ARE SOME REAL BUYS HERE and I think it is WORTH the experience IF you have some extra time.

Great deals weekly, not very clean store considering it's a clearance store, it's filthy. Most staffs were unfriendly and not at all helpful. The checkout girls always acted like they didn't want to be there with an awful attitude. The floor person constantly chit chatting and completely ignored me when I tried to ask a question. Very rude and seem like a terrible management!

Ok, full-on honest remarks. It's a clearance store, so it's not the same environment of the traditional Dillard's. The pricing confuses me a little, but I always wind up paying less at the register than I expected. All that being said, the merchandise is great and in brand new condition. There are small touches that make the store (at least the men's department) enjoyable to shop in for me. Everything is well organized and easy to find. The men's shirt racks are sorted by color, which is surprising but handier than expected. I genuinely hope I get to shop at this store for many more seasons.

This is a great place to get a bargain, pricing is straight forward and the specials make it better! Expect excruciatingly long waits for a dressing room (15-30 minutes). The selection depends on when you go. Best deals so far are dresses and swimsuits.

Not sure how I feel about this place. It's a whole lot. It gets overwhelming at times. I found a few things to buy. However there were too many things to look at. Most clothes and shoes are color coordinated which helps. I would say go here if you need a specific item or a certain color of item. When you go there get ready to be totally overwhelmed.

Love this store! Everything is automatically 65% off the retail price and then there are rotating promotions each week. Last week was buy one get 1 free ladies dresses! This week was get an addition 60% ladies dresses. I got a $138 dress for $13 and some change... can't beat that! Some of the items (really only a few) are slightly damaged like have torn beading or a pucker or makeup stain along neckline, etc. so you do have to check items and try them on because there is a no return policy. The employees were super nice and kind and helpful in explaining the store to me and how they post their news sales each week. It can take some time to sort through things, but everything is sorted by color, size, and category (Ladies Dresses- Large/12/14- Red/ Pinks, etc...) LOVE this store. As a broke college student it's really wonderful to find this amazing store. REAL Dillard's clothes-- not cheap factory ends made specifically for outlets! Love, love, love! I've recommended to all of my family. They have everything-- Women's, Children's, Petites, Teens, Prom Dresses, Sheets, House Decor, Babies, Swimwear, Plus size up to 4 XL, Men's Big and Tall section, a lot morem, and SO MANY SHOES!! (No Wides though- sad!) 5/5 though. Never had anyone be rude or unhelpful in store. Everyone is great and seems to enjoy working/ helping people there.

I only looked at men's dress shirts. Instead of them sorted by sizes, they are sorted by color. If you're patient and willing to dig, you can find some great deals. I purchased 5 Gold Label dress shirts for$60.

The items are sorted by color which is handy. They have the sizes marked on the racks but you can’t count on that. Everything is scattered throughout. I often found XL items in the small and medium area so ended up having to search much more. The racks said it was 50% off the lowest ticket on the tag but when I got home and looked at my receipt only part of my order was marked down. I would like to go back again and hopefully allow more time to dig through everything. I will try to call them tomorrow to sort out my receipt as maybe I misunderstood that only certain things were under the additional savings?

This shopping experience is not for the faint of heart! Rows and rows of racks of where Dillard's merchandise goes after it can't be sold in the regular stores. I could tell there was some organization but couldn't tell exactly what. I finally gave up and asked. Depending on the season will depend on you find in the store. One staple item you will always find is any kind of dress. Have a special occasion coming up? Plan ahead and shop here during one of the famous 50 percent off sales. The prices then become can't pass up deals. Be sure to check your item over before purchasing because they have a no refund, no exchange policy. Be patient, there are not nearly enough dressing rooms for the huge store on a busy day. I was able to get some great deals, but it took some work.

This is a nice store considering the prices. Everything is seriously marked down Dillard's wear and there is a good amount of styles and sizes. It doesn't have the usual aesthetic appeal of a Dillards but that is understandable given the nature of the store. On top of the discounted prices, they also have sales which make the merchandise a steal. I would absolutely go back.

A true treasure trove for the patient. Theoretically, clothes are grouped by size category, size, then color. This isn't always the case, so be prepared to dig. Further sales (sometimes "extra 50% off" or "buy 1 get one or two free") on top of the 65% off retail prices. Fantastic women's shoe selection.

I had it totally backwards. I thought it was buy two dresses get one free. So when I go to the cashier with the dresses my wife handed me, I'm bracing for 80 to a hundred bucks. She rings up the three dresses and tells me $22.50. So we will be coming back soon. The men's clothes is more hit-and-miss, lots of high-end things still priced higher than I would pay for a comprable garment.

Don't expect a typical Dillards experience. The facility is worn, staff is sparse, displays crowded and messy. HOWEVER, the merchandise is what you would find at Dillards, at a small fraction of the original price. Lots of selection to choose from, but not all sizes are available in every style. Definitely worth your time to shop if you are willing to purchase something that may not be in this month's fashion pages.

My only complaint is that I wish they had shopping carts! Tremendous stock of items and good prices. It can sometimes get really busy and become a bit of a madhouse but if you can get there when the traffic count is a little lower you can really find a lot of food items at very reasonable prices without much fuss.

Bought 3 pairs of dress slacks for $22 total that would probably have retailed for close to $200. As many others have mentioned, you have to dig and dig to find things...but the prices cannot be beat if you are willing to put in the time and effort to look.

You have to plunder, but you'll save $$!! No promises on what you'll find, it's hit & miss. Staff is mainly there as cashier's. From the outside, not every door is an entrance, so watch where you park so you don't have to walk too far. Parking lot is large, However traffic is zippy in lot so be careful. Easy entrance/exit to Maple Street off Tracy street.

Dillard's Clearance Center is the is the ideal place to shop and save money on clothing items. The markdowns are well worth the time it takes to rummage through the racks. For instance, you can walk out with a $1K or more in retail value for $2C in clearance markdowns. I have visited two stores in two different states. I found great items and savings in both locations. They open at 11am.

The clearance outlet is a bit different than the Dillards we've all gotten to know over the years. Honestly, this Dillards is way better! All the same Dillard's brands, for a huge discount. Most of which I found was up-to-date fashion, I LOVE the Tommy Bahama and Armani selection at nearly 75% off of the MSRP. You may find the clearance outlet doesn't present the high energy and glamorous appeal as the original store but more to browse less sales approach and no crowding. Highly recommended!!!

Can't beat the sales. Sometime the organization of clothes (or lack their of) makes finding things difficult. Only stop by if you don't mind doing some sifting to find what you want. Staff try to keep up, but there are often clothes on the floor or hanging over racks.
