What I love about Nordstrom Rack is it reflects the clothing of the area. I came in from the West Coast and found a lot of items that aren't carried in my Rack. I was hoping to find some business casual dresses, but they were wiped out. I left with 5 new business casual shirts that will be the envy of my friend back home.

I haven't been there in a while. But from what I recall it's a pretty decent department store. There are gems all over. You just have to find them. Staff is busy doing what ever it is they do. They can be counted on when you track them down. But they have a good selection of dress shoes, slides, and backpacks. They have dress shirts as well that are reasonably priced.

Love! Love! Love this place! They have incredible deals on everything Nordstrom! Designer, special occasion, everyday wear, decor and the Shoes! Gotta love the selection of shoes and boots. Walked out with a fabulous pair of Carlos Santana boots that were priced right! Not to mention they will look fabulous on the Motorcycle!

Clean store with good finds. They seemed to be a bit understaffed, as the checkout line took a while. However, staff were friendly and upbeat throughout the process.

Nice location with lots to choose from! Most staff members are pretty nice. Have gone a few times when staff in Alterations weren't in Alterations when their hours said that they should, so a star is lost. That was roughly a year ago though. The Asian lady in Alterations is really good! Keep her whatever you do!

The team here is the absolute best. This is why you shop at Nordstrom. I found a lovely parka on clearance but it was the wrong size. Evelyn and Brandon helped me find inventory at other stores and even called over to a local store to check inventory before I drove over. Nordstrom has made its business the business of customer service and it shows. Five stars and lots of smiles here - I’ll be back many more times.

A nice compact store. I got a great winter coat here (I called ahead to get my size held and they were great about putting it aside for me). Getting intimates there takes a little patience- items are on racks by general size, but I have found some nice items there. Employees are helpful and pleasant (not always the case at the Pentagon City store). The sock selection was a little slim, but this as a really good store for general shopping.

This is by far the best Nordstrom Rack I have ever been to. From clothes, makeup, bags, home accessories, shoes and more, this location honestly has the best selection of any Nordstrom Rack I have ever visited. The dressing rooms and bathrooms are always clean too which is always a plus. The staff is friendly, the location is convenient and the selections are much more impressive than their next door competition - Off the Avenue. Overall, I highly recommend this gem of a Rack.

It's a smaller Nordstrom rack than I'm used to in other major locations, but it had pretty good inventory and its small small makes it easy to browse. Might have wished for more staff at checkout, but the staff I did encounter were good, helpful.

Love it! Great location in downtown DC. I love the variety of clothing and shoes available at this location. The staff is super friendly, professional, and courteous. Its near a metro, so walking to this location is easy. I like this location over some of their other locations, based on the clothes.

I’m from Houston and I totally under packed for my weekend trip in DC. I stayed near The Wharf area and needed something not so far away. Searched for the nearest thing and Nordstrom Rack was the place! Very convenient! Hopped in a Lyft and was there less than 10 min! This store was extremely organized and made my shopping experience easy as can be! Definitely love this store 😁

Out of all the Nordstrom racks in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area this is by far the best one hands down and my favorite. Well organized and a lot of stylish clothes and shoes to choose from. The entire store is nice. Whomever selects the pieces at this store needs to work at the other ones as well.

I loved a quick stop at Nordstrom Rack after needing another blouse and shoes for a week trip in the DC area. The shoes selection was wonderful however the blouse and dress paints sections were just OK. They said they were waiting for their next shipment (that was coming in the next day) I’m sure that I was on a tail end of stock) The store was not as organized as other Nordstrom Racks that I have been in but was still fairly clean and the workers were helpful and nice. I would shop here again.

this is a great place to shop for winter wear in downtown DC. We are from Florida and visit in the winter so we always stop in for hats coats sweaters and gloves. My wife even got shots one year. Great location in downtown of you're staying in a hotel. Great prices too.

Finally there's a Nordstrom Rack downtown DC. I needed a new pair of work shoes and work button down short sleeve shirts so I walked a few blocks on my lunch break and was back at my computer within the hour. This Nordstrom Rack is two floors and has a large clothing section for men and women. They had hundreds of men's shirts all at a discounted price. I bought two nice shirts for $20 each. The shoes section is a bit smaller than other Nordstrom Rack stores, but I was able to find work shoes for $60. If you work downtown and need clothes, I recommend Nordstrom Rack!

Not much in the way of choices here. Really only giving 3 stars because of the helpful service given to me by the young Black gentleman at the check out whose name I unfortunately do not remember. He called another store to find the shoes in the right size for me.

Nice location and friendly employees. They have a great selection of items and the store seems very organized. I didn't find it hard to look for items. Parking can be a hassle due to the location so I recommend uber or metro.

The Nordstroms Rack has a nicer look and feel than many of the other stores in the area. I usually stop by here hoping for a bargain. They uesd to have the higher end brand clearance in a separate area but now it's all mixed in. While this is fine to browse in, I have found better prices for the exact same items at TJMaxx AND the Off Saks Avenue next door. The Off Saks also has a much larger selection and brighter store.

Cleaner than th Nordstrom rack in NYC and much brighter. This location sells the same cosmetic as other rack locations and a nice sunglasses selection. There were registers on both level (though the top level registers we're closed when I was there).

Most Nordstrom Racks I've been too are pretty disorganized and don't stock extended women's shoes sizes. This place was clean and organized, and the cherry on top? Whole ROWS of women's size 11, including designer brands!!
