WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT MANAGER, GREAT PRICES! I visited this location on 3-week holiday break and was assisted by the store manager. He gave me some unbelievable deals on two popular perfumes, one of which had to be ordered. I should have had it shipped to my home in another state across the country because the store manager feared it wouldn’t come in in time before I left, but I INSISTED I have it in my suitcase for the rest of my trip. The perfume didn’t come in before I left, so the store manager took personal time and store funds to ship the perfume to me because I was too stubborn to listen. The 3.4 oz Marc Jacobs Lola perfume arrived just a few days later at a fraction of the cost that other places charge— with above-and-beyond customer service that you just don’t find other places. Great transaction. Not to mention the Ralph Lauren Romance perfume I also picked up for my suitcase! Will definitely do business with this store again.

The day I came in here I was looking for travel size perfume as I had to travel for my grandma’s funeral. When I came through the doors Ricardo was a breath of fresh air. He was not your typical scripted sales associate, he was a very sincere and caring man who was very passionate about helping his customers unconditionally. Normally I have to be in a business suit to be treated with some kind of respect, in other stores, but in this store Ricardo will treat you like a VIP no matter what. I told him I was looking for travel size perfume. He let me know they did not have any, but rather than let me walk out, he went above and beyond and created custom travel size perfumes for me. He has no idea (I’m sure he does now after reading this much deserved review) how that small act of kindness brightened my day as I was down and out about my grandmother’s death. You all want to know something else he is really the store manager (I did not know until I picked up his card to spread the word about this store). Thank you Ricardo for all that you do. For everyone reading this review if you want to be valued as a customer unconditionally please visit this store.
