I like Nordstroms to begin with however this was not the best experience because at checkout, the lady was very snobby and dismissive. She used the good customer service words but her attitude was totally opposite.

You get three stars for the simple fact that there are literal open GAPS in your fitting room doors. SO glad I noticed after I had already taken my shirt off to try on shirts. -_- These are coed fitting rooms and you can see right into them (about a 1/2” gap). I thought it may have just been my room, NOPE, they’re all like that. Total invasion of privacy!

Consistently great experience at this location. Fantastic prices and great service. Lucky jeans that normally cost $90-120 are between $30 and $50 on a regular basis here. And don’t forget to check the website and app for coupons. Wish they had a larger men’s selection. Over 80% of the store is women’s apparel. I get it, but that doesn’t make it any less annoying.

I helped open this store with Hannah! I love the rack you can find a lot of Nordstrom stuff here! There’s a lot of good deals hidden in the racks! Also it brings life to the town center square! When we first opened the store there was a mile long line just to get in and it was a catered event! If your looking for back to school or to get the dress attire for your professional career you should definitely check here!

Very nice clean store. Has a very nice selection of shoes for all ages and sizes. Didn't go too much through the clothing but it appeared to have variety of that too. I saw that they also sell toys for kids though that selection was kind of small. Prices are decent too. Great place to go for the name brands.

I love coming in to browse the specials here. I found some really nice winter items for a trip to Europe here last winter. I got two nice puffy down coats that roll up into a tight pouch for travel as well as a beautiful warm scarf. All of them served me well in Germany and Belgium during Christmas! The items here are high quality at discount prices and if you have patience or check back often they get some really nice name brand items at much lower prices.

This outlet is fairly small. Not a lot of choices, but the shoe section is great! I have small feet, a size 5, and it is hard to find my size. I normally end up in the children's section or order my shoes online from specialty stores. This store has quite a selection from a size 5 on up. Great for shoes!

Now that we don’t have a Nordstrom in Hampton Roads, Nordstrom Rack is an even more critical go-to! Great selection of shoes, casual and professional clothing for women, and a solid men’s section too. Usually quite a few racks of clearance- but items are usually well priced to begin with. I’ve gotten sunglasses, iPhone cases and backpack purses here too. Impulse buys, but they have been good ones!

This particular Rack does not have a lot of offerings in terms of great men’s shoes. I have gotten lucky here a few times, but compared to other Racks I have been too, it’s a bit underwhelming. It might be due to the nature of the area and what people actually buy locally.

My experience at Nordstrom Rack at Pembroke Mall began as i walked through the door and was greeted by a friendly security guard. This gave me a sense of relief knowing that there was an officer very close by. Very soon after I was then greeted with hellos by 2 smiling Nordstrom staff members. I then began my stroll up and down the many many aisles of tremendously discounted racks of dresses, blouses and trousers until I came across the shoe department. I shop nowhere else for shoes. They have an incredible assortment of discounted designer footwear!! I am obsessed with Nordstrom Rack shoe department!!!

I had no problem getting in and out of the store it was fairly convenient given that you have to park in a parking garage, and the staff was very helpful. I don't remember what it was at the time, but I do remember that I had called ahead and talked to an employee, when I got there they had what I needed waiting for me to pick it up.

I don't understand all the negativity. Seems like no matter what stores come to this area, people here tear them apart. Heck, they'll probably do that with IKEA, as well. And people find this store too expensive? It's 30 to 70% off regular prices. What what these same people think of prices at the regular Nordstrom? Wow. My goodness, we can't survive only on the Targets and Walmarts of the world. People need variety & choice. I also don't think that the exact same items are offered at half the price at other discount chains. That's not true, or at least a gross exaggeration. Items for men are somewhat limited, but that's to be expected. The shoe selection is enormous, with better brands than most all other discount chains. Finally, someone was complaining about the store being very small? This is the average size for a Rack. Not all stores can be the size of a full-line department store at the mall.

Nordstom is one of my favorite department stores. With the changes in the industry where many retailers are forced to close their brick and mortar stores, I'm glad this store is available in my area. I too like the opportunity to shop online, but I also like to get great deals on good quality items that I am also able try on. Great job Norstrom!

My daughter likes this place alot, designers clothes, shoes, other items can be purchased at great prices. Store was clean and well stocked. Parking is not a problem and is handicap accessible. Being it is part of Pembroke Mall there numerous places to shop and eat.

Omgoodness Nordstrom rack is the best thing to happen to pembroke mall in a LONG TIME! It is literally the only reason I even go to pembroke. The deals are amazing, always tidy, always has a changing room attendant nearby! I wish they had a better shoe selection in terms of a more youthful, flashy trendy selection. I do feel they are a bit dated and conservative in the shoes and men’s department but I’ve still never walked out of that place less than thrilled! Yes it’s wheelchair accessible with no stairs but the back isles may not be chair friendly 100% but I’m 100% certain they’d be more than happy to help . Sweet staff and they know their stuff!!

They have an EXTENSIVE selection of shoes size 10 and up. Very hard to find 200 pairs of shoes in a size 11 in an entire mall let alone on store. Love it solely for that reason.

PROS: [1] Well organized. One can easily find what you’re looking for in this store. [2] Large Women’s section. Approximately 95% of the store is women’s clothing & shoes. [3] Men’s shoe section has plenty of size 13+ shoes. Most places don’t have many shoes in these sizes. CONS: [1] Small Men’s section. Approximately 5% of the store is men’s clothing & shoes. We have a small corner to huddle into.
