I love the products, love the educated guides, love how the company takes care of us, and most of all I love working here. The only thing I don’t like and hopefully Surterra changes soon is we are the only dispensary in Florida that doesn't let their employees accept tips!! For 1 America is a service economy and second reviews don’t pay the bills but they do make you feel good. I heard through the grapevine that we might be soon where they are testing it on 3 other locations. 🤞

It was my first time ever visiting Surterra and the experience was awesome and pleasant. I was welcomed in by a lovely team & conversated for a solid 20 minutes while signing up . Great conversation and It felt like a really cool smoke lounge. I must admit out of all the dispensaries I have been too, this is far by the best when it comes to customer service. They answered all my questions without any hesitation and didn't mind taking time to break down things I did not know . Alex, Jalen, & Dwayne were very nice and has A1 customer service as well as knowledge of Medical products in the store . I will definitely be back . One thing that surprised me was when I was going to offer a tip...I read a sign where they do not take tips but will gladly like a review. I think that they should be allowed to get a tip if possible ...especially with the great customer service they bring to the table . Well I highly recommend this place if you haven't been.

My first time at this store was outstanding. The staff are very friendly and the store's design was very elegant and welcoming. The employee that helped me was Chris and he was by far the best. He was very knowledgeable in all of the product and explained the breakdown to each product I asked about. Chris was also able to help suggest the products that would help me the most and explain why; which made my selection much easier than any other place I have been. All of the products were priced very well and their breakdown was very easy to understand. The Discounts were very nice, but my experience was better than any sale I could get.

I’ve been here a handful of times but everytime I’m here, the employees have been awesome!! I wish I knew all of the employees names, there’s one girl there that has better customer service than any budtender I’ve met and I think her name was Alexandra and there’s another very helpful employee named Dwayne that loves helping patients save money if he can find a way! Felt nothing but LOVE the moment I walked into Surterra Wellness Center on a beautiful Monday afternoon. I was very surprised by how different Surterra (Tampa) is compared to the other local dispensary I have frequented since I've gotten my medicinal card! VERY clean and filled with lots of zen energy! Dre H. was super knowledgeable in all the products they had available. Gave me great insight as to dosages that I would need on the daily basis. Annie and Ian a.k.a "Yoda" ...again all were super friendly and knew everything about everything when it came to products. This has got to be one of the most friendliest places that I have ever had the privilege in visiting and hands down the BEST looking and smelling!! Totally breaks whatever negative stereotypes anyone may have regarding dispensaries, I thought Denver had some nice ones, but Surterra Wellness Center (Tampa) blew my mind and left me with a smile that's lasted ever since. And also...GREAT PRICES and a WONDERFUL array of QUALITY products. I hope they open one in Riverview, FL soon!!

Alex was extremely knowledgeable on the strains they offer, and she even went over the terpenes, & lineage and genetics of specific strains I was looking at (can’t wait for the strain guide!). That being said shipping cost is alot less if you want home delivery and active ingredients seem to be higher per dose. Probably breaks even. Surterra is the only mm store I shop. Today, it was Dwayne who helped me. He found extra discount to save me $40 and updated my account so i could get future discounts. Quin always calls me by name and has my good to go order ready before I'm even close to the registers. Every employee is knowledgeable and helpful. The Tampa store is my favorite (the Tally store behind Publix at Thomasville and I 10 also very good). The store is always neat and clean, just like the first day it opened. Also, ecstatic this Tampa store selling edibles and flower. I had to make a 1.5 hr drive to get it before, and that's not a good health decision (not in delivery area yet). I don't even know how to sum up what a positive experience I've had at this surrterra. First of all, I spent a lot time trying to understand what a THC distillate syringe was and what all ways I could use it and how it works. I must of asked 20 different people at other dispensaries and I was always left with little understanding of it so I gave up trying to understand it along with certain things about edibles and why people react to them differently. Then I came across Alexandra and had a long conversation with her. She explained everything to me and she knew exactly what she was talking about. And that educated me on what products will work best for my condition. She is just incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable and it shows in the way she explains things. She is the best I've come across. And I'm thankful that I now know how to properly medicate and shop for my particular condition. I just can't say enough about how good she is. And she is just as skilled when it comes to handling customer service issues. So professional and helpful... Also, I've gotten to know Dwayne better recently and he is another great person to work with who can explain things and is professional and I just love dealing with those two people. They make the surrterra on Fowler great... Not to mention, their products are superior than other dispensaries. MUV and Surrterra are on a whole nother level than curaleaf, relieve, fluent, liberty health sciences, and rise. Thank you surrterra on Fowler...

Surterra has the best selection of concentrates in Tampa. The prices are reasonable and the quality is unmatched, especially in comparison to other FL dispensaries. Patrick is great and very helpful with recommendations. He took the time to explain details of the products that I did not know beforehand and made sure we knew all about the products before purchasing. This is the best service and help I have received at a dispensary in Florida. Even though they do not sell flower here, the wide variety of concentrates and cartridges makes up for it. I will definitely be returning.

I have been to a couple of Surterra stores since receiving by Flordia MM card. It has always been a positive experience. I returned to the Tampa store with an issue with a cartridge not working properly- no flow. All of my previous cartridges have an work fine. The first young man took care of me right away and replaced the cartridge but I continued to have an issue with no flow. Returning to the store the next day BRIAN, took care of me with both of us scratching our head wondering why I was having an issue, Brian cut right to the issue an comped me a new battery believing this could help. Last night after charging an trying the cartridge with my battery as well as the new battery I finally got it to work. Wow I don’t know what the issue is/was, but I know it’s working now with all of my batteries.Thank you to BRIAN an your staff. Today was my first visit to your facility and I must admit the only reason I came by was that Trulieve did not have much inventory which seems to be the norm for them. I used their facility once before and the selection was limited then and even worse today. My doctor warned me that they are often out of stock! Lets get back to why I had such an awesome experience at Surterra earlier today. If I only had one word well it would be Kaylee! I am preparing for a bone marrow transplant this September and I really needed some help deciding what to get and Kaylee was so patient with me, I had to have her repeat and reword several things and she was as patient as could be. Add to it that she worked at the local hospital with bone marrow transplant patients and well it was an absolute god send! I can not say enough about how AWESOME this young lady was and I hope she moves up through the ranks in your organization, I know she would at any of the companies I own. The number one problem I have all of my companies is finding employees who both care and are passionate about about their jobs, Kaylee puts a check in both those boxes! I am sure you also know how rare of a find this is today, so hang on to this young lady. Now lets talk about your facility it is clean, well laid out, had plenty of inventory and very professional . Plus I can see the product packaging while I wait unlike the other competitor I visited. I even had an interesting event as I was waiting. Apparently another client saw what they thought was a firearm under my shirt and warned management. Management approached me took me to the side and explained their concerns privately and quietly without panicking. For the record I showed the team member who approached me that I had a concealed holster but had left my firearm in my car, I did not think going in armed would have been advisable. Everything was very professional so Kudos to your entire organization.

Pens are affordable and work well. My first visit I bought 4 and got $50 off so I really only paid for 2 and they work pretty well. I got 2 Zen and 2 Relief. They taste a lot like actually leaf marijuana which is nice for some users. I personally don't mind it. Pens are comfortable to hold and the fact they're disposable doesn't bother me however it would be cool to offer a discount or something for return pens. At then maybe they could be recycled somehow.

It is true that they are a bit more expensive (per mg of medication) than Trulieve, but the quality is also higher, so it lasts longer...plus, unlike Tulieve, Surterra does not have those tacky tip jars out on the counters.

I don't have a large budget for MMJ, so pricing AND quality is my first consideration when choosing which dispensary to visit. I've yet to have a "bad" product from any of the dispensaries I've visited ( Knox and Liberty are the only two I've not visited, for reasons ). This comment however, is directed to Surterra mgmt. Just this week they cut off delivery services. Very unfortunate for quite a few people. Perhaps they could entertain the idea like some other stores and offer delivery every other week on a specific date - this would involve placing order by a set date of course, but at least, delivery would be an option for some. Additionally, on-line service is no so great. I placed an order for pickup since delivery was no longer an option and received an email that my order was ready for pick up. When I got there I was informed that one of the products I order was not in stock - WHAT?? I just received an email stating my order was ready - how could that be? I'm disappointed that I didn't even receive an email or a text indicating that one of my products was out of stock - I would not have made the trip down to the store if that was the case.

There are a variety of affordable produts that the Wellness Coordinators are more than willing to explain to you. With each of the products you purchase, they provide dosing sheets so that you can figure out what works best for you. The location is well kept and has a modern design. TV's or monitors are throughout, displaying the processes the products go through to be completely purified & refined. The products are also displayed on the wall as well as detailed information breaking down the terpenes in the products. The entire staff is knowledgeable and polite, & specifically Alyssa has been a huge help.

Update: I have updated my review to reflect the new Myakka product. Having tried the new cartridge, I am much happier with Surterra products and also as “my go to” dispensary. The new cartridge offers a sativa blend and functions much better than the old and new-style pens. They last longer and have a dosage control built in them. Out of all Tampa area dispensaries, I rate Surterra highest for product, taste and effect. I would also like to rate their delivery service. Crystal delivered to me last time and I was very pleased from start to finish. I ordered my refill online, on a Monday, for a Tuesday delivery. I was given a call early in the morning, as a reminder, and also for an approximate time for my delivery. Delivery was right on time. Crystal provided answers to all my questions and Saved me a stressful drive to the city. For only $10 Surterra delivers products promptly and professionally. I would give them a 5 star rating if they would fill their new cartridges with their Zen, Relief and Soothe blends. It would save me money and reduce company overhead, even landfill waste. Here’s still hoping 👌 (First Review) I love their products. I believe they are superior and I like having a choice of the various products’ strengths. I can’t be happier with their customer service. However, their vape pens have not been fixed as of yet. I have had 5 pens die before the product runs out. (They go about half way down and then the battery dies.) When I visited last time, they gave me $20 in credit and told me they would replace the pens if it happens again. I was also promised that the pen problem had been solved and that they had stopped using the defective batch. However, I just received a new delivery on Wednesday and again the cartridge burned out before the oil. I will be looking for an alternative supplier until Surterra solves the pen problem once and for all. Not only does it waste money, unusable product takes up the milligrams that I must divide up for 70 days. Personally, I think they should use the glass cartridges like the other dispensaries. This would probably be less expensive to produce, produce less disposable landfill waste, and overall, happier customers. They say they recycle their pens, and that is most likely their fatal flaw. If these are recycled cartridges, the battery is getting more use than it was originally designed to have. It’s a shame to keep your “superior product” caged to a defective pen design. If you don’t want to give the pen up completely, offer your customers the option of purchasing a cartridge. I know I would definitely prefer it over what you are doing now. Best wishes in 2018. ❤️

Its not like a shopping experience. Its a going to the doctor again feeling. I went and you had to put your name on a list to be helped. At the time there was only 1 person helping customers. Also, they indicated there is an approximate time frame of 15 minutes to a half hour for each customer. Picture that time frame with 5 people ahead of you AND they do not do appointments. I hope they work this snag out. Yes, this is how long you wait if you just have questions as well. Go online and save yourself time or call on the phone.

I went for the first time on Friday on my way home from work, I live about 20-30 miles from the Tampa location. I purchased 2 of the "Florida's Finest" cartridges as I read good things.. When I got home and opened my medication the first cartridge (Art's OG) I saw had about a 20-25% gap of air in the top, the oil only covered the word "Art's" and didn't reach the "OG" printed on the cart as a frame of reference for those who have purchased these carts or if Management reads this. At first, I thought maybe it was just extra head room as some carts need that, so I checked the second one (granddaddy purple) and it was filled all the way up to the top, above the purple line. I was irritated. Then I proceeded try to use the cartridge for the Arts OG, as I was already home, again about 30 miles away, and it was 5pm on Friday. So I figured I would just take the loss. The first draw was a very hard pull then a little pop and a HUGE terpene bubble shoots into my mouth burning my tongue and throat, slightly. And it wasn't pleasant tasting. Every time I go to take a draw, i end up having to pull extra hard to get the clog out, its a pain and wastes even more medicine which makes it go quicker, its frustrating as I will only get 2 and a half days of medicine from what should be 5 or 6 days for me. Its not my battery as the other cartridge works great, and I have it set to 3.3-3.5v the Florida's Finest battery is 4.2 volts. It is a very thick oil. Maybe Floridas Finest needs a little bit better Quality control. It was dissapointing for my first experience with Surterra to not be a positive one simply because I received a defective cartridge... That being said, the staff was great, very friendly, zero complaints there. They do need more than 2 registers, but I did like the way the store was laid out. Welcoming and relaxing. And although I didn't get the full amount that was taken out of my MG's thru the state registry, Floridas Finest vape pens seem to be a very effective products. Very potent, and the packaging was cool. I like the variable air flow and the medication is definitely quality. I wish I would have gotten a full vape cart that works.

I never review places but Surterra off ulmerton in largo. I love everything about Surterra. Their staff is 5 star service, they're always friendly, I've been lucky enough to meet most everyone there and it's just all around a great experience From the store set up, the building itsself, and product placement, wait time, etc All that said though product wise, for the average person they have a selection of products that should meet any patients needs. My only problem is I have a high tolerance I smoke their p.m. disposable, relief disposable and use tinctures of both. I wake up to puffing my p.m. strength pen. Products and pricing I'd give 3.5. however for the state of FL they are on par and offer some savings benefits that when taken advantage of make the products at a price they should be. Being relatively new in FL compared to other dispensaries they're all about the same pricing and strength i can't say enough tho it was such a pleasant experience tomorrow I'm going to spend anywhere from 80-450 tomorrow with them. PS id love a job if y'all are hiring and happen to see this. Great company, knowledgeable staff, if u wanted product testing or help feel free to contact me. I haven't heard one person have any negative feelings about any Surterra products, personally I've had better, they're right on par with all FL dispensaries my personal problems are just potency and price which I assume will be adjusted in the coming 1-2 years these problems are just because medicinal in FL is relatively new and the licensed growers supply is going to have trouble meeting demand as it does in every newly legalized state. It's not Surterra fault for pricing. Strength wise, I was 14 smoking 14g a day daily for over a year. If u want to gauge my tolerance I'm 23 now and literally smoked over 7grams a day religiously everyday. "Potheads" I know have 0 complaints I'm just a little dissapointed at the fact I'm paying top dollar for stuff I pay more than 50% Off and 2x the potentcy My reccomendation to Surterra Get a higher euphoric strain than relief. Terpenes in the p.m. helped my pain,(stomach/back) increased hunger and improves mood. Relief, in addition to the relax PM gave me energy the euphoria of the relief pen is what I believe caused all insomniatic effects of the PM dormant during the day. I'll end on this, I love surterra, I love your products, I recommend anyone to you, anyone who reads this ASK QUESTIONS the staff are extremely knowledgeable and u will find what works best for you.

If you are a medical marijuana user, you will likely love this place. They have plenty of strains. I've tried lots of strains from lots of different places, but I hate the high. I just want pain relief. This is the only place that actually has a product that meets my needs. I'm a lightweight. But their Serene sublingual dropper bottle is the bomb diggity for me. Takes the pain away without any psychoactive effect. Nothing else compares IMHO. I do use stronger other products that has much more THC in it for bedtime and sleeping as well.

The ratio process is a subpar approach compared to the industry standard, and it’s keeping a chokehold on your business. Until the organization can provide greater alignment with the cannabis industry as a whole, SurTerra will remain a second choice for any mildly educated cannabis users. Visit in May 2018: This is an overall review of the company as they stand shoulder to shoulder with the entire medical industry. While this is a fairly new line of business in Florida, the rest of the country has been operating medical cannabis (in some cases) for decades. It’s a struggle to understand the mainstream cannabis industry but to try and change the fundamentals how to properly treat off the bat is simply put, a bad business decision. I’m educated in the standards of cannabis - this is the 3rd state I’ve been in with my card. It’s impossible for me to properly medicate myself based off made up names of strains or “effects”. I know how I respond to Sour Diesel and Jack Herer. I don’t know what your “Zen” and “Calm” pens do and now that I’ve tried them, I certainly don’t like them and can say they’re a waste of money/product for me. I won’t use them and having driven an hour for subpar products, I can safely say I won’t be back. Also? Basic digging of your one strain driven product is showing shady business practices as best. A stolen Sativa strain being peddled as a hybrid is very odd. Google “Mayakka Gold”. Someone went to prison over this strain in the 90’s and every seed was destroyed by the Feds. There’s even a book written about it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Wow. The best carts you can get in Florida so far. Trulieve has MCT OIL which can cause popcorn lung. This stuff they offer here is very strong and a good selection of different ratios of cbd vs thc. I love this place!
