Awesome place for a deal on something for your place ! Check it out . Only open on the weekends, make sure you arrive Early . The good stuff is always gone to the early bird. Deals, Scratch and dent, old stock. Great knockdown prices on rooms to go furniture. Make sure you inspect each item as you can try to haggle the price with the associates that work there. Tricky Vicky is awesome! I’ll be back, With a bigger truck very soon. Thanks again. Loting was fast and the workers were extremely friendly outside as well. Located right off I 4 right east of The I4 and a 75 junction.

I've visited Rooms to Go warehouse in the past and always had a wonderful experience. Today we made a trip just to look and met Allen Gordon sales associate. He was great and never pressured us into buying anything but made sure he was available if we needed help. We ended up making a purchase and we were happy with it. Thank Allen and Rooms to Go.

I just found out about the outlet because a piece to my set is discontinued and the sales person said they had it at the outlet. Luckily we arrived when they opened and I did find the piece, albeit there were minor scratches, but I saved half off and I was able to use their coupon for additional $100 off. I did find a matching TV console that new in a box on sale for a reasonable price. Also, lol I picked up a beautiful white leather reclining couch and love seat. In total I saved well more that half of what I spent. There were a ton of nice things and yes they do have a lil bit of imperfections and some had quite a bit of damage, but if you're handy or don't mind the few imperfections, it's worth every bit of the savings. They do not deliver so I would recommend bringing a truck or renting one. My salesperson was Susan and she was very courteous and helpful.

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST shopping experience Ive had a RTG Outlet. Allen Gordon, my sales associate, was knowledgeable, friendly, and had MY best interest at heart--unlike the typical saleperson. He really went above and beyond to assist me. If you shop there, ask for him!

This is a great place to go if you're looking for a bargain. We have bought several mattresses as well as various furniture pieces. They are only open on the weekends and inventory varies, but great deals abound. They are not offering delivery right now due to coronavirus.

Thank you to ALL the staff in Rooms To Go!! Also including the store in Brandon....Exceptional service. From the puchasing of 35 pieces for our 1st floor, the delivery of ALL 35 pieces at once- the delivery guys were very professional and very careful in bringing all pieces inside the house, to the assistance with the technician that came to adjust the wobbly chairs, and the re-delivery of an item, because one chair looked smaller in size. Customer service on the phone were always profesional. We are extremely satisfied. We are going again to the show room to purchase additional furniture for the 2nd floor. Be aware of the store's outsourced third party delivery service! While we had a wonderful shopping experience in Rooms To Go outlet store, their recommended delivery service was a nightmare! Wilson Group Enterprises, Inc gave me a quote for an amount and set the time for delivery right after we had paid for our bedroom set in the store, as we were advised by the sales rep. to contact them immediately for faster service (as the company advertises itself!) They did not show up at the projected delivery time, neither have they called. I reached out to them after the delivery should have been completed and have been told that they lost my information relating to the delivery. I shared the information with Wilson Group Enterprises,Inc again and was told that the initially quoted delivery fee would be increased???, and they would be late. One wonders what I will be charged by the time, and if they arrive with the furniture....professionalism is not the company's trademark. Rooms To Go should protect their reputation by affiliating themselves with companies who are honoring the agreement with the customer instead of railroading them. I could only hope that our bedroom set will be delivered in one piece.......

Not impressed by the customer service. Hours got reduced to weekends only therefore lots of customer and not enough salesforce. The patio furniture is no longer available, which is the reason I made the long trip for nothing. I will probably won't come back unless for living room stuff.

Lived in the area for 6 years and finally checked this place out. Loved it! Yes, the selection changes up and you mostly have to take it as is, but the savings is amazing. $1500-$2000 sectionals for under $1000! They're only open on the weekends and make sure to go early Saturday if you want the most options, because one something is sold, it's gone. We aren't in the market for any furniture right now, but when we are this will be the first place we look.

The sales associate, Daniel, was so helpful, quick to help us whenever we came into the store, and helped us get a great price on the box springs. I was amazed because he took the time to thoroughly inspect both box springs to make sure that they were in good condition before selling them to us. We will definitely return!!!

If you are looking for furniture that is needing a little TLC or fixing that is in style this is your place. Prices are pretty decent. With all the shortages it’s pretty busy as well. Buy there and take home is an option and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The store itself is okay. They do have one particular salesman who acted like the mask gestapo and that was irritating. Get there early as we got there around noon and a fair amount was already sold. Good prices but most was either a little damaged or dirty. The highlight of our trip was Jay, our salesman. Older man, no BS type sales. 💯 percent the reason I purchased from there.

It was okay, went in looking for a sofa. All the stock is from floor merchandise from retail stores, most of it with blemishes and signs of wear. You can get ~30% off brand new price. They don't deliver, you have to take it away your yourself or they give you a number to call for you to arrange your delivery. At the end we ended up going to a their new retail store on Dale Mabry and purchased what we needed brand new and delivered.

The most pleasant part of our experience going into the gate. The gentleman on the gate was a great asset to Rooms to go as he was friendly and welcomed us with a wonderful smile. When we left we chatted for a few minutes and he thanked us for coming and asked us to come again. Great asset to Rooms to go. We didn't find what we needed but will go again.

We found a fantastic deal but I have to say if I knew going in how archaic the process was to purchase a piece of furniture, I would never have come. For perspective, we came to the warehouse at 4pm, purchased a sofa (ironically not even shopping for) but sat in the “pickup” line until 7pm. We thought the 30-60 minutes might be an exaggeration by the 2nd checkout lady ( it’s a 2 step checkout) however our experience is that it’s massively under estimated. We literally sat for 2 hours in a line that FULL DISCLOSURE- YOU CAN’T LEAVE. Even if you want to leave, the pickup route is built so you actually can’t leave. The deals are pretty ok. If we do this again, we would figure out bathrooms and meals around making any purchases here. As an idea, buy Saturday and get in line for pickup first thing Sunday.

Okay so I read the reviews and debated on should I even go ..... glad I did. I had a great experience was greeted right when I walked in and I was out the store in less than 30 min. Loading my stuff in my trunk. I got some great deals and great items. Definitely check it out and you may be pleasantly surprised with your experience as I was. They will knock more $$ off their clearance ticket price if you catch a Knick orsomething Else so just ask.

I made the trip from Mulberry Saturday, just to see what type of inventory the RTG outlet in Seffner had in comparison to the sofa and chair I was going to purchase from RTG online. Immediately upon walking into the showroom, I found the perfect sofa and loveseat for $300.00 less that I was going to pay for just the sofa and chair online. I am over the moon with my purchase. The set is perfect and I cannot wait to get it in my livingroom. Mike was my sales person and was incredibly helpful. Today (Sunday) I returned to pick up my furniture and the lady and the gentlemen on the loading dock were efficient at getting everyone in, loaded, and on their way in no time. My experience with RTG Outlet Seffner was exceptional.

Bought our $388 couch on Saturday, didn't qualify for up to 30% or up to 55% off on Sunday, so Manager gave us $88. off, best price out the door $300. Thank you. (We left our "special coupon" at home though.) Came back on Sunday to pick it up and brought our "special coupon" with us and went to cashier desk to get the additional "$25 off any purchase over $250". She called over a Manager and he stated you got $88 off, which do you want $88 or $25. We argued the point that NEITHER discount stated it wasn't allowed to be coupled with any other discount, therefore, we were entitled to the additional $25 off our purchase over $250. RTG is incorrect and your sales brochure and/or out the door price, AND coupon mailed out BOTH should be applied to our purchase. What are you/Corporate going to do to rectify this? RTG still owes us $25 for our purchase on 10/19/2019!

We bought 6 rooms of furniture from Rooms to Go in Sarasota store. When we moved to Florida. Now only 2 1/2 years later the furniture (sofa, love seat and recliner)are peeling and falling apart. It is just my husband and I and non smoking no pets. I would expect furniture to last a little longer. I have emailed Rooms to Go several times and was told by them that they would respond with in 2 business days.That was over 2 weeks ago and NO RESPONSE..The showroom store said they had a problem with the company that made the living room set and Rooms to Go would make good on this purchase. Still no response. Perhaps I need to contact news media and consumer affairs office. Update, Rooms To Go replace the furniture at no extra cost to us. We were shocked and very pleased. They were waiting on the original company that made the furniture.

This place is like a hidden treasure. We bought a huge wood dining table with a leaf and 4 leather chairs for $150 because there were a few scratches (which we fixed when we got home). They have an insane amount of amazing furniture that has been knocked down for minor defects. This stuff was cheaper and nicer than any used furniture I found on Craigslist. There was a lady that walked the floor with us, she was so nice and patient while we debated on which table we wanted. We checked out quickly, and drove to the back to load up the furniture. There was a group of 4-5 gentlemen and a security guard working the loading area, and these guys went above and beyond to help everyone get their items into their cars. They were more than happy to put the giant table on the roof of our truck and gave us lots of rope to tie it up. These guys are awesome at their jobs. I love this location, and I'll definitely be back!

Daughter is looking for furniture to move into a new place. Thought I would check out the outlet for Rooms to Go. They have a nice showroom and people leave you alone to look which is great. I know it is also scratch and dent but there were pieces that were quite damaged. I did see some things for her to go back and look at but you have to do your due diligence when buying. Make sure you get something in good shape. Hubby also likes a few things so we may go back in the future as well. Gave 4 stars because if how badly some things were damaged.

I wasnt real impressed honestly except for the rugs, there were good prices. Much of the marked down prices were on broken items. A scratch is one thing, but unless you are a carpenter I saw lots of items severely damaged. Prices on much of the things were high in my opinion. I'd go back though to give it a second chance.

I went to Rooms To Go to meet a friend who had purchased a lift chair for his wife , had to take a tarp for him to cover the chair to keep it dry on their commute home. I watched several people get their purchases loaded up in the pouring rain and they drove off with their furniture getting soaking wet. I'm disappointed in Rooms to Go not having anything to wrap the furniture with especially on a rainy day. Other than that, the staff loading the furniture seemed friendly.

We bought my daughters loft bunk bed set from another Rooms to Go Outlet in Altamonte and returned another time for mattresses for our boys. I understand that outside the mattresses, the furniture is considered "bump and scratch", but I honestly could never find any damage. They all seemed basically perfect except one dresser I saw. The staff was friendly and left us alone to shop. You found them when you were ready to buy, so it was no stress or pressure. Having moved out of the area recently, we visited this location. At first I was completely wowed by the size of the place in comparison to Altamonte. However, the shopping experience is completely different. I felt like we went from a no pressure, take your time to find what you like to I will never, ever stay more than 2-15 ft from you the ENTIRE TIME. I probably could have lived with it except the fact that the children's bedding was so damaged there is no way even Salvation Army would pick it up. The "values" and prices were bogus. So now I have a sales person who is 2-15 ft away at all times, who keeps asking me repeatedly which one I want to take for a price that is awful. I have no privacy to say to my husband, " This bed is $600 in the main store, it's only $500 here and it is definitely unsafe and everything is falling off it. How about we ask since we're here if we can just buy the full price one from her?" It was extremely frustrating. I literally had to run off with my kids, hide in a row of entertainment centers, and keep moving so I could try and talk to him. There were other furniture as we were trying to escape that looked significantly better condition than the children's furniture. I can't tell you if they were a good value because this sales person literally chased us through the store now asking what bedroom set we wanted and what entertainment center we wanted even though I repeatedly said none. She told us to enter a drawing. No way. If I can't shop in remote peace in store, Lord only knows what you will do with my email or phone. I don't know if the commission or pay structure has changed for RTG, but it needs to be customer focused. If you are respectful to customers, managers quote real value (the correct totals for what is included on the RTG site), offer a fair discount for bump and scratch, don't try to sell furniture that looks like it fell of on I4 at 70mph and was hit and dragged by a semi, your store would be a huge sales success.

My first visit with you was amazing, I was greeted by a gentleman who pointed me in the direction I needed to go. Then a nice lady (Nancy Lefevre) approached me and I also told her what I was looking for, she then TOOK me to where I needed to go. Now that's the customer service I look for when hiring my team!! My visit to pick up what I bought with Nancy was ehhh ok. I was walking around looking for more stuff to buy, I found something but it didn't have a price, I walked up to a group of Sales Associate and told the gentleman who first greeted me if he could go help my husband (to figure out the price) As I was walking up I had my eye on something and was looking at it when I walked by, maybe I came off dazed and rude because I was also looking at something when I told the sales associate to help my husband out, one of the other sales associates (had gauged ears) scoffed and said okayyyyy in a rude tone. I... being who I am scoffed back and said okayyyy. (The older lady laughed a little by what I did) I looked back and he either glared or rolled his eyes. Didn't pay much attention. I know its hard to control our emotions when working in customer service but it was uncalled for. I will shop with you guys in the future. Nancy Lefevre was awesome and she wasn't overbearing. She assisted me and had great customer service. I think its extremely lazy to point to where something is (especially when you work in a sales), I tell people all the time when working "This isn't walmart I'll take you to what you're looking for" I have visited your clearwater outlet location and she stood out to me the most with all of my visits. Still looking for a dining room table so I will be back to check your inventory soon.

There is a lot of furniture to look at but there's a lot of it that is damaged and hence that's why it's at the outlet. There are a few good deals on some new stock as well but you have to be very discerning on what you purchase. On a different topic... I suggest you be very careful following Google map directions. The software has you turning down a Dead End street that ends to the back of the RTH Outlet building. Just look for the small sign that RTG puts out on Saturdays and Sundays on MLK Boulevard and that'll get you there. When you enter turn left and go all the way down to the end you'll see where they've set up parking for the weekend visitors.

When I visited the store, I had attention on purchasing a particular bedroom set. Although they no longer had it, I couldn't resist the bargain for living room pieces. I felt overwhelmed with the variety of choices. Then, I was greeted with a smile from sales associate Sharon Phillips. I explained to her my vision and she made it a reality. From t.v. console, coffee table and decorative mirror. She also informed me about the alternate payment methods RTG afford in which I accepted. My furniture just arrived. The delivery guys were also prompted and courteous. In conclusion, I'm thankful for RTG staffs patience and professionalism. I'm definitely returning in the future 😉👍
