I like this Kohls more than the one in Lakeland. I happen to be in Brandon, so we went to this one and I really liked it. I didn’t even know that Kohl’s is now selling Vera Bradley! They don’t have a huge selection yet but I did like what they had.

Masks Optional if vaccinated 😷 Service dog 🐕‍🦺friendly Wheelchair accessible ♿ This store is pretty easy to navigate and kept pretty well. There weren't a lot of employees on the sell fool. This place is good for older client's. My mother is in her Sixties and loves shopping here for clothes. A lot of here friends around that age love it here. I like to come here to look at there holidays stuff. They have some pretty original looking holiday items sometime. The prices are high then I like to pay. I find some things my kids would love but the price always turns me off for the most part.

Selection is very good. For me the med clothes were spread out over a wide area and took a while to find what I needed, but find them I did. The checkout lady was very helpful and saved me $$ with a coupon and application. Thank You!

One of my favorite places to shop. Prices are usually good, especially if you wait til it's on sale! This store will also process your Amazon returns. Make sure you have the return request printed or on your phone. You will get a receipt for the return AND a Kohl's coupon!

I did NOT spend much time shopping, but used the AMAZON RETURN DESK located inside Kohl's. In my brief shopping experience, I was impressed with the wide variety of clothing for women, men, & children. Very nicely laid out, easy to navigate, clean, with many sales associates (or insert current term here) & ample cash registers/checkout lanes. They have a Sephora for all your beauty/skincare/fragrance desires! Ample parking at both entrances, too. AMAZON RETURNS CENTER: The Returns desk for Amazon was very easy to find. This is an AMAZING IDEA & perfectly executed! I simply went through the returns process online at Amazon. I received an email with a QR code (those little black & white squares that often link you to more info, etc.) which was ALL I NEEDED.. of course, the item to return. NO BOXING, PACKING, LABELING, REQUIRED!!! I showed the associate my email & she scanned the QR code. She then gave me my return receipt & THAT WAS IT! Done! No waiting in line to send the item--was just FANTASTIC! The entire transaction took less than 3 minutes. IMPRESSIVE! Nothing is necessary to prepare the item for shipping--they did it ALL! WELL DONE, AMAZON! On top of this mind blowingly easy return process, my receipt included a $5 off coupon for Kohl's! This absolutely beats the old way & a coupon! A wonderful, hassle-free & stress free experience, which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND (thus the gushing review)!

The Big and Tall section doesn't have any professional clothes. It is all workout type clothes which is kinda offensive to big men. I do like going here for myself for everyday wear clothes but i dont shop here for professional or dress clothes. There isn't many cashiers usually only one register open sometimes two. Employees arent very helpful.

Love shopping here but if you have to return anything best plan your day ahead and get there early. It boggles the mind why we cant return right where the normal registers are. Im familiar with kohls checkout system because they use the same as macy's (i used to work there) and guess what macys allows returns at any register. Its almost as if kohls does this tedious process on purpose to prevent loss on returns... hmmmmm...

This review is related to a return. I needed to return a gift I had purchased for Christmas, however someone already bought the same gift for my person. We went to Kohls about 1030pm, hoping to avoid the crowds. We did avoid them, but my review is for the person at the return counter. At this late hour, she was smiling, friendly and helpful. I didn't catch her name but hopefully the mgr can check the schedule and let her know that she's doing a good job. I did also tell her, by the way. Merry Christmas!

I have shopped at Kohl's (this location) for over 9 years now. I love the amazing customer service inside and online. Hands own my favorite store to do shopping for my 8 yr old son, grandchildren and the bigger kids. The selection if vast and the sales online are extremely good. Returns are simple and quick if something doesn't fit. My picky husband even buys his clothes at Kohl's, that's saying something about the quality they carry. The rewards programs is one of my favorites. It makes Christmas showing easy. I shop for things I need, earn rewards and Kohl's cash, then use it to do Christmas shopping. It's like getting Christmas gifts for those I love free!!

Usually has a really great selection of different types of items for a good one stop shop. Last purchase was done online with curbside pick up. It was ready within 2 hours, didn't require an app to download for pick up, and was super easy and helpful when I had a car full of animals.

Very disappointed in the curbside pickup. I checked in the lady brought items out to other cars. One her second trip out and giving items to people that pulled in after me she checked my stall # and said she’d be right back. 10 minutes later I called the store. I waited 20 minutes. Not impressed at all. *Edit- I updated my rankings after the follow up from Kohl’s. I appreciate the response they provided.

Good customer service, but the store was a mess. The men's athletic section was very picked over, only a few name brand t-shirts (Nike, Adidas, under Armour, etc)...when I say a few I mean like 6 t-shirts out of all those brands!!! And only in sizes small and XXXL...very low in stock of almost everything in the men's athletic section. Store was quite a mess, half the stuff was not in the spots it should of been making it hard to shop (I felt like I was in a very bad Marshall's picking through 🤣) . You can't use the coupons kohls offers on anything name brand, which is HORRIBLE in my eyes, why have a sale on VERY FEW things you sell that isn't name brand?? The stuff that was name brand weren't on sale as stated, for example I wanted a few Adidas pants that said 25% off, but when I got to register it wasn't on sale, cashier said the sign says in small print "select items"!! What?! So how do you even know what those select items are when the sign above them says 25% off but isn't 25% off ? How do you know what these "select items" are? Which tells me that they just want you to get to the register thinking it's on sale and then buy it anyway without the sale in the end. I am probably not shopping at kohls anymore mostly over the "tricky sales" and not being able to use coupons on 90% of the stuff in the store. Other than that I gave them 3 stars because the girls junior section had a good selection and was organized along with the men's shoe department.

My first visit to Kohl's. There store was very clean a pretty organized (but I only spent time in the men's athletic section). My personal opinion is that the items are a little over priced compared to other stores. Some of the items on sale were good deals but it's not a store that will be high on list.

I was shopping at Kohl's monday of last week at around 10:30 am looking for a suit it has been a long time since I bought a suit I did not know my exact size.. There was an employee there named Christine who helped me out. I thought the age of multitasking by young people was over for her it was not. While she was working putting clothes back on the rack she helped me with every element of my suit including belt, tie, and shoes. I don't shop for clothes very often but the next time I do because of Christine I will shop at Kohl's and nowhere else.

A pretty wide selection. Especially if Men’s and kids clothes. Also, if you need to make a return to Amazon, you can do so in this store. Not only is it super convenient, but it’s much easier than printing labels, going to a UPS store, paying shipping, etc.

I had a great experience today. There was a pricing change over night on a vacuum cleaner and the manager on duty honored the price from the previous day. This was the difference between me having a great experience and leaving disappointed. I know they didn't have to help, but they did with no questions asked. Great job!

Amazon returns accepted (no waiting while I was there) and a staffed, dedicated online pickup close to the front of the sore across from the jewelry area. Store was spotless.

Returned a sports bra. She gave me cash instead of putting it back on my card. I found a pair of jean shorts in the juniors section for 26 instead of 35.99. Cashiers and employees were in great moods and very quick! However I do not enjoy getting asked 4 times in a row after saying no I do not want a kohl's credit card!!! They must get paid to sign you up that's why they hound you desperately.

Their clothing is incredibly unorganized. I completely understand being out of my size or not accommodating everyone. However, their plus size section looks like it exploded. The racks are overstuffed with a very limited variety of sizes but a lot of different styles. It feels like a thrift store clothing rack. The men's section is even worse. It's like the store isn't big enough to house their collection comfortably. I would rather have s few styles available in a variety of sizes than 20 million styles and only 2 sizes in each style. The service is okay. I once waited five minutes as the only person in line because the cashier allowed the lady in front of me to suspend her purchase and force me to wait while she went to go get more of something for a particular deal. She didn't cancel the transaction and hold her items, the whole register was in limbo. I had 2 things.

Pretty good for after-Christmas, but somewhat understaffed. Some displays were in disorder, many item were difficult to determine the price, and every checkout area had a queue. Otherwise the store looked clean and the staff was cheerful and pleasant.

Great location in the Brandon area. A wide variety of name brand clothing at an affordable price with coupons. Additional plus to this location is you can do your Amazon returns here. No repackaging or anything just take you items in and the scan code Amazon provides and your done.They then provide you with a Kohls shopping coupon with your return confirmation receipt. It's starting to be my go to location to do Amazon returns, then I go shopping at Kohls and use the coupon they gave me for doing my Amazon return. Win -Win situation. Clothing, home goods, bedding, and small kitchen appliances all can be found here.

Great buys today! 30 to 45% off lots of merchandise!!!! Set away from the mall so you avoid the mob scene and parking calamities! Kohl's is clean, organized, well stocked and well staffed!!! Good shopping experience for the most part. I've noticed that there have been times the store looks in a disarray. Clothing that's rummaged through like it's a Ross or something. Things just put wherever and can not find what you are looking for because it is not organized. I hope that is just the few times I have been there and bad timing. I will continue to shop there as it is a decent place and can have some good deals.

This is a really nice store. Customer service is always fast & easy. Usually not too crowded in the mornings. Sometimes you have to double check clothing tags against the hanger size. Often times the hanger is NOT correct. That's my only complaint. Checkout is usually easy & cashiers are friendly.

Overall got what I needed but customers should really put stuff back wherever they got them because the employees have enough things to do. You make it unorganized for the person who comes after you & that not fair. They were out of a lot of sizes but that is to be expected around Christmas. My only problem is everything is so unorganized but I do not fault them, they can only do what they can do. It’s the responsibility of the shopper to put stuff back where they got it. Or maybe that’s just me?

I used to like Kohl's but it's too expensive for a single person on a fixed income. Plus, you see cute clothes on a mannequin but you can't find them in the store anywhere. We even asked and the employee had no idea and didn't seem to care.

They process Amazon returns. (NOTE: I started writing this comment with 1 star, and as I wrote I realized I was being unfair. You might understand why while you read my comment as I gradually increased to 2 stars, then 4, to finally 5.) In all fairness, I arrived and there was a long line to wait for. Fortunately, it was more an optical trickery by my brain, being unaccustomed to the speed of lines with 6 feet distancing. (Now 2 stars) The wait wasn't as long as I thought it would be after all, and they had 2 stations processing returns which shows they care about customers otherwise they would have only one return station (as it was the last time I brought a return there, and I didn't wait then). So they expanded as the need grew. (Now 4 stars) What can I say, if I had arrived 15 minutes later I might have been first in line. Kudos to the attendants that worked there at that time as they did their job consciously and yet, promptly. (Now 5 stars)

Kohl's is an awesome. They have a great selection in all departments. You can return your online orders in their stores which is convenient. Additionally, they have an Amazon Returns kiosk inside and will ship your items back to Amazon for free, you don't even need a box.

I actually came to the store to pick up an order placed through their website; the process was very simple as they have two "stations" in the store, one for Amazon orders, and another one for Online orders (not sure if this is a general label, as orders may be placed other than using Kohl's website) I ended up shopping for some home goods as well as clothing. I love saving money, there are many clearance racks and I took advantage of that! Also, there are many sales throughout the store including seasonal items. The store is very clean, and organized and the staff is friendly and professional.

I was there to purchase shoes and have been going to Kohl's for several years to look and purchase shoes because they have a good selection of shoes at a good price. Unlike in the past, I was not impressed with the shoe area which was messy, unorganized and very little space to try on the shoes. I did find a pair of shoes that I wanted had a really good price but I had to dig. Just wish they would manage the area better.

I had to return two items to Amazon that didn't work for me. Kohl's has partnered with Amazon to take return items for them. They scan your items once Amazon has sent you by email QR codes and they pack your items for shipping too! So simple and convenient! I went to my local Kohl's in the Brandon Mall area east of Tampa which is only minutes from my home. I hadn't been to Kohl's in a few years but boy is it a clean and attractive Target-style venue only nicer! Plus, they gave me a coupon on my tracking receipt for my Amazon returns good for 25% off most items in the store including clearance items already discounted! Probably will buy holiday present bracelets for my twin 9 year old nieces.

First ever Kohl's visit was yesterday, seen a sale online that they were running and thought that I could grab the item at the nearest in-store Kohl's....turns out it was for on-line only. But I did notice..(like many other stores)their inventory is too large for their store space, so to me, it seemed as if some of the Departments areas are stuffed in a place causing the store to appear cluttered.Oh yeah! For the longest time, I would never think of looking at/or shopping at Kohl's. It isnt because I didnt like them, just other retail stores were first on my list. Recently, I have started making it a priority to look here first because I am never disappointed. Usually I can find great deals and between the Kohl's cash and coupon availability too I usually find things cheaper than I would elsewhere. They definitely won me over!

Kohl's was great. You can try on the clothes without even going to the dressing room. I didn't end up buying any of the boxer shorts, but the staff was more than helpful in repackaging everything I had unpackaged while searching for cloth for my package. The "try it, who cares?" policy extends far beyond just clothing. I soaked my feet in a pedicure tub/foot massager and prepared some pegao in an unboxed rice cooker which I generously shared with the Amazon staff on site as well as an unseemly gentlemen in a leather duster who had been staying behind the dumpster in the store's parking lot. Every once in awhile they put things on these "great sales" so it seems like you're getting the items for way cheaper but you're actually getting them for the normal retail price. Just wanna give a shout out to this store..... I purchased an electric scooter for my son before xmas this year... It was great till the switch wouldnt work anymore, not only was it broken but the back tire had been damaged (wear an tear) an some plastic was broken... BUT.... because if the switch not working it wouldn't run. Khols took it back no problem an refunded my money, no hassel, no questions asked.... They honored their 180 day refund policy. Thank you Khols. I was honestly unsure if they would take the scooter back, i dont remember this level of customer service with them, but it means alot.... My kid will beable to get another scooter (it was a xmas present) because of this refund. 🙏

I got to Kohls Saturday evening, Oct. 7. The store manager, a man, saw me enter w a kolhs bag in hand and asked me if i had a return and gave me directions to services. What anticipation of a customers needs!! I also noticed he was making sure each department was covered and checked on each employees scheduled hours. This too was done to assure customers were assisted. Wow he is a leader! He also seemed genuinely caring about his employees personal concerns. I haven't noticed another leader in retail like him since I don't know when. Great service at services. I had returns. The Brandon Kohl's is pretty clean and nice. This one seems more organized and better stocked than other Kohl's stores I've been. The Kohl's rewards plus other offers (coupons) and Kohl's Cash can save you a lot of money so definitely sign up for it. The minus one star is for the dressing rooms - seems to always have a bunch of clothes left in it - I know the employees can't help it but I do find it annoying that I have to shuffle things around to try on stuff.

This Kohls is great for the people, prices and location. I had a great experience in the customer service department while returning an item. The lady was just super nice and willing to do whatever she could to make the transaction happen to my satisfaction...and she did. I also always receive a welcome at the door when I enter. Also, going to the store is a great experience because they have a variety of items that you sometimes cannot see online and many of them are at clearance prices. Lastly, even if you don't have a coupon or forgot it, most of the time the cashier will give you a discount anyway, especially if you have a Kohls charge card. Now...go shop at Kohls!

In the same vein as Target stores but perhaps a step up, Kohl's has clothing for the whole family, housewares and linen, jewelry and more. You can also return Amazon online items to Kohl's stores who will help you pack and ship your Amazon returns for free! They appear to have a partnership with Amazon. Additionally, when you do an Amazon return at one of their stores, they'll give you a 25% off discount coupon to shop at Kohl's good for a week from the date of your return. Staff in Brandon is very pleasant and helpful. This is a very nice Kohl's just south of the Brandon Mall behind the big Publix on Lumsden Road and Gornto Lake Road, at 11151 Lake Brandon Drive. They've stocked for the holidays already so check this store out soon.

I went into the store at 6pm Sat, Apr 7th for two watch batteries for two of my watches purchased at this Kohls location. No one was at the jewlery dept so I walked to a register and asked for someone to be called there and the cashier took it upon himself to assist me. He ended up being the front end supervisor. When he removed a battery from one watch, the hands of the face fell off at no fault of his as this was a defect. He called over the store mgr who was ending his shift but assisted in getting me a new watch and also called over the store mgr coming on shift to assist. In the end, all three made me feel like an important customer and made sure I got my new watch (same as I had) and gave me free batteries for my troubles. This is great customer service.

We had a long day and Tampa hanging out at Busch Gardens really needed a change of clothes, popped in to Kohl's, bought a whole new outfit and hit the World of Beer that's in the same parking lot before heading on home. Usually, they don't have what I need in stock and customer service is very poor in helping you order what you are looking for. If you ask, they direct you to the electronic kiosk located in front of customer service desk. The customer service used to be great at this store. Maybe, they are tired of their customers already.
