Good stock with always good deals. Although the store is kinda dirty and unorganized. But the staff are always nice and helpful. I recommend coming here if you want good deal while still having quality clothing. They also have a good rewards program to. Overall good clothing/item store will be back.

On the plus side, they have a decent selection of shoes, bedding, cookware, and small appliances. Many times, the Belk app will save a bit. On the down side, the clothes prices are high, and the choices are - in my opinion - not very up to date.

I went to exchange a nutcracker that I had bought on line at Belk’s that was broken. Phyllis’s (007862) was amazing. Very professional and did the exchange for the same price I bought it on line for. I will be back.

Ask me the best thing about this store? They carry big men's clothing. Nice selection. Seems like reasonable prices. I was actually looking for Spring blankets, light weight stuff. They had plenty but most weren't priced. No help was around. Guess I'll go to Macy's or Dillard's. Not sure it will be better there. The store is clean and orderly. I miss the old days when stores had good knowledgeable help and were available. Seems today, the best place to shop is Amazon or Costco. No fake expectations.

Shopping with the FRAU! Rare store, not very many, cross between DLLRD and KHL. Nice colorful selection of merchandise, more so than the comp. fully automatic entry door, kind of rare. Helpful staff, available and no checkout lines. Enjoy it before it’s gone. Bought everything.

We hadn't been in this store for awhile, but I must say we forgot how the store was so clean, bright and merchandise well displayed. All the major brands were represented and staff was ready to assist. We found great bargains with huge discounts that was representative of this Christmas holiday season. Checkout was shielded, safe and helpful and the clerk made sure our purchases had the advertised discount even though we didn't have the coupon. We'll be back.

I couldn't tell the difference between staff and customers. The shelves were kind of barren. Maybe because covid delayed deliveries, I'm not sure. The sale prices were great, 60% off a lot of things. It made it feel like they were closing though. I'm not really sure if they are. It was my first time ever being in a Belk.

Easily accessible from the main road 56. Plenty of free parking including for handicap accessible vehicles. The store was clean and staffed with friendly employees. They were adhering to all COVID procedures. They had a nice assortment of clothes, accessories etc. The prices were moderate but they did have items on sale and markdown. It's worth a stop to browse.

I purchased three pairs of dress pants for a buy one get two free deal. The pants seem to be reasonable quality, and great quality for the price. They seem to offer decent deals on a regular basis. Only complaint is it's an odd style for checkout. I have only checked out at customer service and didn't see anywhere else to check out.

This is my store!!!!! There are ALWAYS awesome discounts happening. (Which means affordable purchases!!) The clothes are nice, classy styles and of great quality!!! I always walk out of there with a HUGE load and a smile on my face, that for real, lasts for days!! Very pleasant and helpful staff!

I returned a terrible gift (with tags attached) without a receipt, and was able to exchange it with no issues. The store is large and well-stocked, although a few things I liked were not available in my average and common size. If I had chosen, however, they do offer the option of finding my size in another location and shipping it to me at no extra charge, which is a nice service. There were lots of great sales throughout the store, many name brands, and their store brands seem to be decent quality. The employees I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. They were this way with other people too, so my wait in line was a bit longer than I expected, but not outrageously so, and I'll trade a few minutes in line for otherwise great service any day. I will return.

The price verifies did not function and trying to find a service associate to assist me was a useless endeavor...could find no one to assist. I was not happy with this Belk store from the moment we walked in we were followed by an employee that needed our name to write down so that they could help. That is fine however as we walked through the store this person continue to yell out my name to say she had found what I was looking for and was almost insistent that I get a credit card which I had to turn down three times. I will not return to the store. I did not feel comfortable shopping.

With retail department stores closing at an unprecedented rate, it is nice to have a store to go to where you can purchase everyday wear at very reasonable prices. Nice selection, name brands and fair prices.

Good deal on flip flops. Went back a few days later to buy another pair. Was overcharged. Cashier showed me that was the price on the box. I pointed out that there were a few $10.99 signs on the display that only had the one brand of flip flops on it. She checked and changed the price, bemoaning the computer. But if this was the case why not believe me in the first place. Annoying.

I don't know what is going on with Tampa. This Belk is much lower quality and dirty compared with up north. Normally I have no trouble finding some great deals and buying several new pieces. Here, I bought one piece and wasn't really that happy with it.

I was disappointed my shade of Lancome blushes was not in the store nor could it be ordered as the warehouse had an insufficient stock. When I shop there for other items I cannot find anyone to check me out. Often, I end up taking my items to cosmetics for check out. However, I needed assistance in another department and there was no one to find. They have a serious staff shortage.
