It was my first time there in several years. I was looking for a specific item for my kitchen, and found it easily. The store was spacious and enticing, without crowding, and seemed to carry just about anything a shopper might be seeking. We made our selection, purchased it with efficient help from an associate/cashier, and we're on our way, knowing we'd come back another time to shop again.

My spouse ordered several Christmas gifts online late Thursday night, for pickup Friday 11/18/22. Fair prices, with discounts. Received an email Friday morning that they were ready to pickup. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient at early Friday afternoon pickup. Great service! Process was easy!

After looking around for some wine glasses online today. We found a similar style like the Hip red wine glass at Crate and Barrel but a little cheaper as a set. The pure red ad white wine glass The lip of the glass has a thin rim helping taste the wine not glass. The weight of the glass is not too heavy making it comfortable to handle and drink from. The opening is big enough to smell the wine aromas and appreciate wine as you drink. The Hip wine glasses have been thin as well but I have broken 2 in 3 days one at the stem and one tipped over against a wine bottle. That should not happen when you pay a decent price for that Hip red wine glass. We will see how these hold up. We may go back for 4 of the bigger bowled burgundy glasses later if the results prove out. Added pix to see the rim thinness.

I went over Labor Day weekend as I needed refill cartridges. I got a 4 pack for only 2 dollars more than the cheapest I found online, but the sale that day more than paid for the extra $2. I bought several kitchen accessories I had not gotten around to replacing. The store is very well lit and visually very appealing.

Nice store if you are looking for any home goods. Right now they have some really nice fall/halloween decor out. Prices can be a little pricey at times but you can always find a coupon or two on the web.

Now I see why their stock is performing so poorly. I went looking for kitchenware: pots pans knives etc., and stock was very low. Did get some good deals on some items from their ‘house’ brand, but all in all I ended up going to a Kohls since I didn’t get what I needed, and they had a lot more than I expected. Now I don’t see a reason to go to BBBY unless I can’t find what I need at Kohls first. If I needed pillows or a bedspread or towels I would likely go to BBB still.

We usually stop at the Bed Bath&Beyond in Paducah, Ky. Today we found this one by surprise. And boy were we surprised. This store is HUGE. It has the most friendly staff and helpful too. We were looking for some special kind of hand soap that is seasonal. It smells like pumpkin spice. All the other stores we had went to didn't have it. This store did. I had asked a staff member if they knew if they had any. She took me right to it. My wife bought me a St. Louis cardinals ROYAL PLUSH RASCHEL THROW that they had on sale. And we bought several other items. Will definitely come back to this store. If you're ever in the area check it. You will not be disappointed.....

Didn't have what we were looking for. Bought some 15$ house shoes..See how long these last vs Dollar General, Family Dollars and Walmart .. Memory Foam think they may have lost their minds and forgot. The puffy is already gone, the cushion is already crushed out. Less than 3weeks and no I've not worn them outside. Waiting....

This place is great. It’s one of the smaller locations of BB&B but it is very clean, the staff are friendly and the lines are always short. Brentwood is my go to place for places like this. They have a great selection of bedding and towels and honor multiple coupons at one time.

Generally a good store but a bit disappointed that they do not have mattresses. If they call themselves "Bed...", why don't they have beds? Finally bought really good mugs for a low rate that I really like. Hence the 3 star.

I am a loyal Bed, Bath, Beyond customer because of the merchandise selection, decent customer assistance and - naturally - those endless coupons! But last week in St Louis I went into an updated store that blew me away! Bright, clean, welcoming and the employees actually wanted to wait on me! My grandson's & I had help finding everything on our list and we're out of the store in less than a half hour for under $200! About a half hour later we thought of another project, went back and had the same great experience & were out in 20 min for another $100! My boys have new bedding an just love their beds now. Can't wait to go back in a couple of months for pillows, protectors & maybe cases. Thank you to everyone in that store!

Was very clean and nice there had some very great buys looking at the clearance section got some neat and different things also looking for a birthday present which I found something didn't get a basket before I walked in because I was not going to get anything but a present but found too much stuff was in my hands and so she was nice enough to go and give me a basket. I know it's the holidays so things are always more crowded at this time of year, but the store is so tightly compact that there is no way 2 people can fit down the same aisle at the same time. I had to do a lot of backing up and maze-ing my way through things to get past others and reach what I needed. That's always technically been an issue at times, but in the age of Covid-19, it seemed like they were too high of capacity considering how much I had to maneuver to get around people. That was literally the worst I've ever experienced that at one of these stores. And, despite all of that, they either didn't have what I was looking for (most of their organizing aids are solid plastic and I'm looking for something more sustainable), or the version of something I wanted was out of stock (the finials for the curtain rods were on display but the few I liked were nowhere to be found), or when I found what I actually wanted, it was more expensive than the same item elsewhere. So I ended up walking away without making any purchases at this particular stop. I had better luck at competitors nearby, though.

Was very patient when needing assistance in estimating cost of selected items to ensure staying within budget and not going too much over $100 gift certificate. All of which means a lot for a real senior citizen. Also had help with carrying items to car.

Go to the classic BBB, they have a great variety of items are top of the line and great competitors with the other big names. I love their staff and how well they took care of us. I've always enjoyed shopping here. This time was rather disappointing. I was looking for dishcloths, flat potholders and bedding. Doesn't seem too complicated. Everything was cheap looking, ordinary and blah. I especially wanted some really beautiful sheet sets, pillow shams, comforters, duvet covers,etc. I was up for some serious shopping. The bedding I found was so picked over and boring that I left empty handed. I found a smaller but better selection at Target! Some of the prices here caused a frequent raised eyebrow. A little pricey. So sad because I like this place.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. As a nice wedding gift someone bought my fiance and me a large kitchen appliance for about $100 from Bed Bath & Beyond. While using it for the first time I accidentally poured liquid into the unit completely frying the internal components. I called the store and was honest with them, realizing that they would be doing me an incredible favor to even offer a discount on a new one. Without basically any hesitation, they told me to come to the store for a free exchange. I walked in, and ten minutes later walked out with the same appliance, brand new. Thank you to the folks that work there. That was amazing customer service that I rarely, if ever, see anymore.

Pricey and nothing really special that you can't get at other stores or online. Picked up a salad spinner that someone wanted for a wedding because they were registered there. The spinner was over 75 dollars, I could have picked up the same one other places for much cheaper. Some of the bedding was nice, I guess that is what people go there for.

Good selection of beers and wines—especially beers I was able to find at my local D.C. bars where I’m from. What I still don’t understand about places like these is why the returns/exchanges line is the same line to purchase something...that’s a waste of anyone’s time when wanting to do an easy in/out visit. My return was made quickly and promptly so no prob there.

This BBB has always been AWESOME with helping me and seriously the best at returns! We used products we bought for months, decided we didn't want it / didn't fit our needs anymore, and we received a full refund to our credit card. I love BBB - the prices are a little high compared to Amazon, but I love their selection, and when you use their coupons (which they let you use when expired), it's comparable to the cheapest online prices.

I live in Colorado, but grew up in St. Louis. When I came in town for a bridal shower being thrown by some friends of the family, I wound up with a pile of gifts off of our BB&B registry. With no way to get them home with me on the plane, I took them all to this store. The staff were so helpful! I initially thought I would have to return them all and reorder them online to have them shipped to my house in CO. The staff offered to just mail them directly to me, instead. I couldn't believe how simple it was and how friendly and willing to help the staff were! I highly recommend shopping here and hosting your gift registry through BB&B. They are fantastic!

The Brentwood Mo store has a large collection of Turvis glasses and accessories that my wife loves to peruse. I come here regularly for their inventory of Keurig coffee and supplies.
