Went in for clothing and school supplies. It was busy but it's also Saturday afternoon so what else would I expect. The only things we were unable to find were a compass, a protractor, and graph paper and I'm not sure if I maybe just wasn't looking in the right areas. Got most of all of what we needed so I'm satisfied with the visit.

Waited a very long time almost 20 minutes waiting to hear back about a tote that was in the back from another section of Walmart. No one bothered to get back to me after my first initial request. I waited there and despite me asking another person for help he just indicated I should speak to the manager instead of trying to even help. He was "too busy" stacking boxes instead. Wow! It was until I went to the entertainment and found Dan that he helped me with the 3 totes even though he has his hands full. If it wasn't for him I would have absolutely left and and made this a 1 star review. Staff like him are assets to businesses. He was attentive, tried his best to help and communicative. At the end of the day that's all a customer really wants. It was redeemed at the end but it took me 3 tries and a long time to get what I needed. I'm just grateful that someone in your store actually cared enough to help.

Emma in customer service was EPIC. While training a someone (I think), both ladies were extremely helpful. However, after completing our return my wife was telling me she wished we could just search our receipts on the app to find for return. Emma overheard and said. "You can. Here let me show you." Isles were cluttered with carts and items not on the shelves. Their most often items they are out of often. :( Customer Care Services are very helpful and most of the Greeters just are standing against the wall totally ignoring customers

Long lines! 9 registers closed - no manager in sight to mitigate it is January 2nd - so Christmas traffic is low - this was a top priority for Walmart years ago - the lines are super long at self checkouts as well! Red lights blinking there - yikes!

Walmart is good until it's time to order your stuff delivered. They're always out of stock which causes the price to jump because delivery is almost $10 for each item!! Once, I ordered $300 worth of groceries (which isn't much nowadays) and they had the items delivered by 4 different people (tips $5 each!) and 8 items shipped on two separate days which doubled my costs for shipping! Absolutely unacceptable! Now, if it isn't in stock, or they try to substitute, I check NO! I do not tip on the site or page but instead the driver when they deliver my stuff.

Staff are hard to find and not super friendly. Walmarts used to be the tops in friendliness, well stocked, clear isles, best priced on good quality products. Now a lot of people hate having to go to Walmart. Some even choosing to boycott it.

Pharmacy visit. They didn't have enough of one of the medications, but the staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait long. The price was about half what I expected which is always a pleasant surprise.

Ordered online and picked up later that day. I checked in before I left home, (5 mins. from my house). I let them know when I pulled in and the friendly, respectful young man brought my item out in less than 5 mins. To bad the product I ordered is a pisosheeto.

They need to move the cart wipes to before where carts are...the one side has small opening and always a person blocking entrance by getting a wipe and on the phone and doesn't care about blocking the door to everyone else. It is weird to be mad just by trying to get in the store.

Went in for cat food and litter. I should have known where it was at but my eyes and memory failed me. I asked one of the stores' employee where I can find the items. They promptly pointed me in the right direction since I was not even close to the direction they pointed out. Lol Walmart either you love it or hate it. But the employees are what make the shopping trip worth it. To me anyway because self check out is easy its also easier to mess up your order when using a debit or gift card

This I'm sorry to say wasn't a good Walmart day. A lot of the shelves were empty both in grocery and merchandise depts. 5he clearance aisle was full because the prices weren't any bargain.

Staff is friendly for the most part, but absolutely clueless about customer service. NOT cool to run into people because you're in a hurry to fill your curbside pickup orders and can't be bothered to look where you're going. There's a LOT of empty shelf space on nearly every aisle and items out of stock don't seem to be making an appearance any time soon.

Great variety on products such as canned ,frozen, shelf in groceries.Produce is just okay. Do love the corn on the cob. Prices are better here depending on products. Clothes ,Household ,Bakery, Photo center Pharmacy and so much more. Handicapped parking restroom front and back of store.

Lots of variety and zero people working on the floor. The only employees I saw were at customer service, the cash register and the door greeter. I literally had to climb a shelf to get water on the top shelf all the way in the very back of the shelf. I looked around for an employee for about 15 minutes before I gave up and just climbed the shelf.

Great location. They usually have stuff well stocked and there’s enough employees to help, unlike other stores. I had trouble finding things I needed in the auto/home repair section - the employee Bonnie was very helpful. She even walked me to the exact product I needed to find. She said she’s been there 30 years and loves helping people. This is my favorite Walmart in Sioux Falls.

Corporate issues: Please carry more Great Value copies of Jello pudding & sugar-free pudding; you have plenty of gelatin copies. Please carry more blueberry pie filling, because there is only one space for it, whereas, there are multiple spaces for apple, cherry, strawberry, and pumpkin. There's even a line for mixed berry and a line for lemon. Considering canned pumpkin is on the shelves underneath, perhaps a line of pumpkin pie filling could be surrendered for blueberry. Continue to work on making your items lower in sodium than name brands, thank you. Please work on creating items which don't contain soy or canola, Erythritol, shellac, or carrageenan. These items aren't necessary, at least one is banned in foreign countries, and Erythritol is known to cause stomach aches in people who have IBS or Chron's disease.

Ordered themeat and cheese trays from their deli for a large event. They told me they would each feed 20-25 people, so I ordered 3 having to take their word for it because i had never seen their platters before. We had 81 hungry adults show up and could have fed them with one platter. Massive amounts left over. Fantastic platters but they over sold me. Ask to see one first.

The store was overall clean. It is a little irritated trying to find stuff and the prices are not always listed. It is frustrating tracking down a sales rep to tell you the price. The produce section is good and they have some good baked goods.

It's Walmart. You visit 1, you've seen them all. Like every Walmart, they carry an item you love just to discontinue carrying it the next week. They are always out of stock on certain products. And the store is always messy (due to other guests not putting things back, and the emoyees not doing their job.) The employees see you struggle to get something off a higher shelf and won't help you.

did an online pick up the night before but then realized I needed other things so I just went in the store to grab my other items and just figured I'd grab my pick up order on my way out. it seemed a little disorganized. first went to customer service was told I needed to go next door then was lead to a door where a gentlemen was told I had a pick up. gave my info then waited about five minutes before I got my two items. the store was not busy although I don't know how busy the online ordering was. I mean overall it's walmart.

Almost always grossly understaffed. Prices are the reason to come for grocery- don't expect similar quality or variety to Hy-Vee or Fareway. Pharmacy is another story- comparable in selection to local pharmacies like Lewis Drug. Reasonably large pet section, sporting goods section is lacking but well stocked, electronics is mostly DVD/BluRay and players, reasonably sized physical game section with generally little in it, okay selection of cheapo netbooks and tablets. Sundries/home section is reasonably large. Bathrooms are less-than kept. Money Center has been caught closing early multiple times- customer service can do most of what they do.

Seems like the world's largest retailer should be able to afford some checkers (and not just during the holidays). Lately they're doing something with the floors and there's dirt and scunge all over. I expect that will get better before Black Friday.

The store is clean and well stocked. Frustrated that store employees filling orders do not follow guidelines set up by the store about which direction to shop in each aisle. If employees don't do it, why do you expect customers to follow guidelines. But Kathy in the self check out area was pleasant and very customer focused. She is an example of an employee going above average for customer service.

Sometimes the shelves are pretty bare, but it is less expensive than Hyvee. When I can't find something I need at Walmart I go to Hyvee. I don't like that 90% of the check outs are self check outs (at Walmart). It is a less personal experience, and the cost of our groceries has not gone down as a result of adding self check. I do understand the reason store's add self check outs, but it is still excessive.

Pretty busy place but easy in and easy out. Saw some people being pretty disrespectful to an employee asking them to wear a mask. That was kind of a bummer. Seemed to be out of a lot of items for some reason. I don’t know if they have returned to regular hours yet or not but, I believe most Walmart’s have. Like most stores, many people in the way as if they have nothing better to do. Things like blocking aisles with their carts and generally not caring about others.

I have been using the grocery pickup for a couple months and it is an amazing service with extremely kind and helpful staff. It helps to save me time when I need groceries but things are so hectic that I can't make the time to get them. I am usually in and out of the grocery pickup area in less than 15 minutes with everything I needed.

The cashier who checked us out was friendly and gave my kids a sticker after they behaved at check out :).. however the women's bathroom was disgusting. The garbages were overflowing, some of the paper towels were empty, some of the toilet protectors were empty. The toilets were dirty and some of them did not flush🤢... and there was toilet paper all over the floor. They put a caution wet floor at the bathroom entrance instead of cleaning the bathroom. If you want to catch COVID go to this walmarts bathroom it is definitely not clean and sanitized.

Wow! It IS a super center! I was overwhelmed with the selection of sweaters and lounge wear. I found a couple of well fitting bras at a reasonable price. The only small problem I had was Lost Prevention. Sloppy job people! Even the self check cashier wasn't too subtle. I used to be LP, so I can spot them right away!

Great place for a custom cake donuts or desserts. They also have electronics such as TV's game consoles and speakers. The sports section has plenty of items for hunting or fishing, wanna camp? Theres tents, chairs, equipment, air mattresses, and so much more!

Typically enjoy my visit with Walmart. But wherever they order their medication from, is a terrible flaw in the system. For five consecutive months, I have a controlled medicine always a week behind. Which pushed me without the medication, every month, for a week or more. We have yet to get together on a solution. Unfortunately, I will be switching pharmacies soon.

The store that has everything. And so many locations. Fresh, frozen, canned, bulk, dairy, produce, bakery, deli, bread baked daily and other goods and sweets. You name it and such a great price. Why not 5 stores, waiting in line to check out is awful. Parking lot could improve. They have an arcade, nail service, hair salon. Subway. Pet and tire department, paint and toy department. This is a store of all ages, all ethnic groups, male and female. Absolutely wonderful, and great price and selection. I love the fresh produce and flowers. Great website too free shipping on orders above $35.

I made a return at 930pm. The lines were slow, which was a surprise, considering it's right after holidays, so that was nice. The one thing I would suggest is if they would announce when the north doors close at 10pm. I checked out at 10:03pm, and because the north doors were closed, I had to walk all the way to the south doors. Once I walked out the south doors, I had to walk in the frigid cold with bags that were about to break, to the opposite end of store, where I had good parking by the north doors. If only I could've used the same doors going out of the store, that I had come in, with some notice they were closing at 10pm, I would've rated 5 stars.

staff is very helpful finding things since the changes are being made. I had to use an electric cart it showed a full charge but half way to the back of the store it started to die. I had to power off wait a few minutes and turn it back on to move another 10 feet. When I mentioned to a team member they said just leave we will take care of it...well my basket was full and had no way to get my items to the front so I continued the struggle. What should have been a 10 minute stop turned into 45 minutes. Hope they fix this problem!!

This Walmart seems to be layed out the best of all four!! My friend & I got our few items one, two, three!! Seriously, this floor plan just worked for us tonight making for a very nice pleasant visit. Breezed through self checkout for a nice quick trip! Even found a parking spot up close, miracle of all miracles on a night before a snow storm!

The most poorly managed walmart I've ever been to so far. I ordered some stuff online to be picked up in person. They send an email saying that my order was rdy to be picked up at around 10 am. I show up to pick up at 2 pm the machine says it's still being processed. I speak to an employee love and they say they're busy n it was still being processed. Ok weird.... why would u send me an email saying I was rdy to be picked up? I ended up having to pick out the stuff I ordered on my own and checked out myself lol. What a waste of time! And also often times they leave rotten fruit and veggies in their display. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

They've got s good team working in the tire and lube center. They're usually on time and always helpful. I had a giant screw go through my tire and they took the time to show exactly why it couldn't be patched (too close to the sidewall) and then got it replaced very quickly.

Thank you to the cashier Bonnie, for showing an honest, caring, and trustworthy character. She was kind enough to return the mug I forgot at her stand to the lost and found. She could have kept it, thrown it away, or left it to the void but she didn’t. This mug was a very special gift to me from my grandpa before he died and I was incredibly distraught and frantic when I couldn’t find it. I use it every day. Thank goodness for Bonnie. I really really appreciate that you cared enough to keep it safe for me until I found it again. Five stars.

I was there at 730 am and I would have thought the floor would have been clean but it wasn't. There was dirt on the floor and a pile of swept trash laying there. No one around

The fact that they have everything you could want or need for every day life I give Walmart four stars. A store is only as good as it's employees from top to bottom. I've had totally different experiences in the electronic gadget section over time. Went to get a phone about a year ago and got wonderful help and advice. A out a week ago it was horrible. Got inaccurate info on the speed of the phone he suggested. It has an odd size charger cord I was not informed of and the two guys wouldn't help me at all. One of the night stockers actually came over to help while the boys working that section gathered up their register drawers and walked away to leave me to struggle. Was not impressed.

Typically pretty fast and convenient, but with today being a holiday and the banks closed, the money center and customer services were overwhelmed. I had to wait for 35 minutes in line to cash a paycheck. I was #10 in line and they only had 1 person working. I got all the way to next in line and then sent to customer services, by a manager who said there was 'no wait.' But i was 3rd in line and then, the register would not allow check cashing option, so i was moved over again..... Grrrrr.

This place was pretty bad, but it’s gotten a lot better since the remodel. There used to be nothing but broken carts that I couldn’t put my kid in, that is no longer true. The store used to be pretty dirty consistently, now it’s pretty clean and well-kept. The reason I am giving it a three is most of, albeit not all of the staff are pretty less than enthused about helping you. The other day I asked someone in electronics which is the department I frequent most if they could help me with something, they responded that “it was not their job because they worked in phones and they would try to find someone for me.”. More recently I asked someone in furniture If they could find in L cart for me and take something to register 19 for purchase. They responded that “No, I’m busy...” but could “Find me an L cart so I could do it myself.” It was a 200 pound team lift box that was like 10x5 and I had both my toddlers with me.. also it IS their job. Things like these are frequent.

Great shopping experience for me. I was able to get the household items I needed as well as some groceries. And since we're vegetarian, I was able to find meatless options for meals including a brand name vegetarian bacon and a lot of other veggie options that our family loves.

You know it's a fallacy that if you shop at Walmart their prices will be the same from store to store. My normal store is the Arrowhead store, but every once and a while I will shop at he Louise Ave store. The Arrowhead store's price are higher than the Louise Ave store. I purchase 2 gallons of milk a week and the Arrowhead store will charge anywhere from 75 cents to a dollar more for the same milk than the Louise are store. I have noticed this with other "staple" items that you need on a regular basis. So be vigilant about which store you shop at, because you could be paying a lot more for the same items from store to store.

Its a walmart. Its pretty standard. The pharmacy and tire guys are all nice and prompt. The associates at this Walmart are more polite than at other walmarts I've been to which surprises me due to the insane number of loud and obnoxious customers flowing through the store. I can never go there without hearing at least 3 families getting junk food and having screaming temper tantrum kids, not just little kids but kids up to like teen years. So I suppose it's not the store that makes being there unpleasant but the shoppers.

Walmart is Walmart. Nothing special, but this is probably the best of the 4 Walmarts I know of around town. Before COVID, this store was open 24 hours a day (except on Christmas Eve and/or Christmas Day), which as a night owl myself, I had found to be a great asset for our community, and for me in particular. I'm unsure if they have returned to an open 24 hours now, even though the CDC is relaxing COVID health and safety guidelines. I don't know why there are so many Walmarts in this town, but there are. This is the best of them and the people are pretty good (usually), even though they make very little.

This might be the cleanest most modern Walmart on the planet. located up on 60th Street on the northwest side of Sioux Falls I'm not even sure a lot of people know about this location. every time I go in here it looks like the place was built yesterday. Everything is immaculate. Even the carts are super high-tech and really quiet. I would highly recommend the extra 5 minutes to get to this location if you're not a big fan of crowds. 60th Street just west of I-29.

I don't mind some of the pricing for their items but when the greeter stops you to ask to check your receipt even when you come from there cash out lanes tell me they think you're a thief and they singled me out just by my looks and that's why I will not stop if asked because I'm not a thief and now everytime I come into the store the door greeter stops me everytime so I'm done with being harassed and will press charges for said harassment and profiling as well as defamation of character. Other then that they have fair prices on the items.

It was super busy. I was able to get everything I needed. However the new way to use savings catcher is by using walmart pay. If you dont have a phone that can scan the screen while you are at the store it means you dont get the savings any more. That is a Big bummer for my family, we save our savings till it is time to do christmas shopping and it will cut our christmas budget down considerably this next year.

Purchased front windshield wiper blades. The lady at register offered & immediately installed them. Didn't have size for back hatch window. Went back later, purchased & man working said they didn't install them. Told to go to car delership. Stopped @Auto Zone, explained & he put it on right away. Today was a great visit. Their newer self check has a nicely set up bagging area--don't have to strain your back. Sent a Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart moneygram and the clerk was very knowledgeable. Produce was not stocked. Very nice lady at the deli counter (she was chewing gum, though). All in all, a surprisingly relaxing Wal-Mart visit.

Its a basic walmart. Don't expect the managers or employees to have any knowledge regarding the department's they work in. Grocery employees don't know anything about what products the sell, same goes for fabrics and electronics. I often have more information when I arrive then they do and they are unable to answer the most basic questions.
