They had what we needed but it's expensive. The parking lot was hard to move around in. They really push the Kohl's card and the gal on the loud speaker was rather obnoxious with the pitch. Maybe I was just hitting shopping overload at that point but with super squeaky card, the pushing or the card, and the high prices, I just didn't enjoy this shopping experience today.

They had the product we wanted. Customer service lady, Megan, was great. A floor sales woman was not great. She told me that "did not carry" that brand. We had called 20 minutes earlier and were told that they had 8 in stock!! They actually did! The customer service ladys' help greatly offset this. Nice clean well stocked store.

Great experience in store shipping but on line wasn't good this year. Two orders messed up. One shipped wrong size. The other was actually someone else's order.

If you are a die hard Kohl’s shopper you really cannot go wrong. There is always something on sale, promotions for credit, even Kohl’s cash and rewards. Combine all of that and you will get what you are looking for at a great price.

I'm not big into shopping at department stores, and to be fair it was Black Friday, but other than being busy this stores seemed okay. I wasn't able to help my son find the tie he was looking for, but everything looked to be clean and the employees seemed happy. They seem to be stocked pretty well today (2/16/22).

Store clean, organized and easy to browse. Employees helpful and appeared to work good together. The cashier was ready for me and her register stopped working. The other cashier next to me, without any hesitation, offered to assist me. Although, I was in no hurry, they worked together to make sure I was taken care of without delaying the transaction. When we get to Sioux Falls and visit Kohl’s we usually stick up since we are from Pierre. Bought shoes and clothes there. Good selection of shoes to try on.

Absolutely love Kohl's. Never seem to have a bad experience and the clothes are usually super affordable. After all the savings are said and done I can get a full closet full of clothes for the price of getting a few pairs of jeans elsewhere. It's insane and I've never been one to overspend on clothing so this place is perfect. I've been to this location many times and never had any issues. Awesome.

We shopped on the evening. The store was warm and quiet. We had time to use the convenient signeage to make our selection. The item was within our budget at half price. The friendly lady at checkout offered a scratch off that saved another 20%. We left happy.

We love this place! The prices are reasonable, they have designer clothes and popular name brands. The quality of their products are high quality and they stand behind what they sell. They have a no questions asked return policy and if the item doesn't fit they let you get the one that does without issues. The Kohl's cash is an excellent bonus and a great incentive to keep coming back. My family and I have been shopping Kohl's for almost 20 years and do not have 1 complaint. The staff is extra helpful and that is just another perk to shopping here!

Decent sized shopping center for the small town. This shopping center nice. It has a wide selection of household goods and gadgets. Many items on sale or clearance. The staffs are great. The restrooms are clean. The store is wide and items are organized well. The items are well priced and made easy to go through.

The inventory was picked over from back to school shoppers in all of the kids departments, including the shoes. In women's department there were some really nice items. Overall, we enjoyed the selection and the clean store.

Extremely nice and helpful staff! If there’s complications they seem to easily resolve it for you. Finding items you want is a little hard because everything is jumbled together but finding a staff member and asking them where it is helps and is very easy. Overall the store is very clean and the clothing, jewelry, and other miscellaneous products are well made.

I waited my turn in line at customer service. Was very impressed with how quick that part went. However, once it was my turn to make my amazon return, the cashier complained to me about her job, then preceded to answer 3 calls in my 5 minute exchange. Meanwhile, I had my bar code up to scan, item, packaging from amazon order all ready to go. Meanwhile, two other customer service reps watched her from their stations. Each of whom had started and finished with two different customers.

I really dont know what has happed. Kohls has gotten rid of all clothing lines any woman 30-60 would be interested in, and did not replace them with anything comparable. I loved Kohls now nothing appeals to me. Even if I found something they never have it in my size. No one wants to order everything and you have to use their kiosk to order and they are awful. Very sad they have reverted back to older styles.

Some of the departments are cluttered and disorganized. They still have the fitting rooms closed (1 year into the pandemic). Thankfully, they allow returns but it's still a hassle to have to go home and try things on and then bring them all the way back to return them.

I wanted to use my kohl's cash and my rewards on my purchase. The cashier binked my phone and then applied my kohl's cash. When I went to pay with my card, it didn't look like the rewards was used. The clerk insisted it was, but it wasn't. At least the kohl's cash registered since that expires tomorrow.

Kourtney was AWESOME when helping me checkout! Not only was she so sweet to help me maximize my Kohl’s rewards and discounts, she also was keeping an eye on the Customer Service area and pulling team members up to help there to shorten the lines! They have a large plus size selection but it lacks updated styles as most department stores do in that category. Always good deals, especially if you're a card holder. You can go shopping and get at least 50% off every time if you pay attention to your coupons.

Went here to look for baby clothes. They have a great selection of clothes for all sizes from newborns and up. The only sad part is all of their stuff that's not clothes can only be found online like breast pumps and so on.

If your a dude, and looking for jeans, hit up Gordmans across the street. Way more up to date styles. If you like the standard Levi's, roll the dice here.

Kohls is one of very few dept. Stores left in Sioux Falls. I was in the store at 5:00 and the racks were a jumbled mess of hangers. The reality of retail is large corporations do not pay their employees enough to make a nice looking store. Why does the cash register person "debate" taking cash or a bank debit card? Not everyone in America lives off retail credit cards.

The clothes are fine, but I hate shopping gimmicks - this chain store is FULL of them. Rather than buying a 2nd item at half price if I pay full price for first item, just let me buy 1 item at 25% off. I don't need 2 of the same thing. And, since I did my shopping today already, forget about Kohls cash - another gimmick for sales in a mandatory additional shopping spree. I realize jcpenney tried this and failed. But it's just simple math to me. #salesgimmickssuck
