Hi Andrea! The staff were helpful and the supplies were plentiful, but when I got home I found that the little bottle of oil I'd filled and labeled didn't make it into my bag somehow. I'm not actually sure if I ended up being charged for it or not. I also wasn't able to purchase a particular item that I'd come in for, (out of stock, apparently,) so I left a 4 Star Review.

This place is magical, in many senses of the word. It is a hole in the wall shop with so many of my interests under one roof; soap making, candle making, massage, herbal remedies, magical trinkets and supplies, and bath salts galore. I used to make lip balms and lotions and got most of my supplies here too. A lot of stuff is sold bulk and at a good price. There are also gemstones and incense and stuff. I am sensitive to synthetic smells and do fine here but I wouldn't recommend it to someone more sensitive than me; they don't burn incense in the shop (that I've ever noticed or known of) but there are lots of scented items for sale. All in all I super recommend this place. It's a fun place to browse and even more fun to bring home supplies to make things with. My 5 year old recently spent an hour in there with me enamored with everything and asking all the questions. I want this place to continue for a long time so please give them your business!

I go here to but bulk lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The products are environmentally and vegan friendly. Tons of bulk options including cooking oil! The workers here are very helpful and knowledgeable, Madison especially. A bit on the expensive side, but worth it for your skin, body, and mind.

Literally a DIY apothecary. Also for the metaphysician they have loads of minerals ranging from high end display pieces to tumbled pocket pieces. Knowledgeable staff and a well stocked book section can help one stay informed about how to use preventive medicine as an alternative to typical cut it out or drug it out western medicine.. which brings me to my favorite part of the store, the massage and chiropractic tools they have available for you to try and buy are not available in any other brick and mortar store I’ve ever seen… LOVE this place..

These guys are always warm and friendly and helpful. Last couple times I came for essential oils and little glass bottles with spray or drop-dispensing caps to put sanitizer or tinctures in. But they have so much in there - you have to just go and browse. Great place.

I moved onto the rest of the store immediately after. Incense, books, crystals, jewelry and massage supplies. The windows are shaded so it looks closed all the time but it isn't. Park and go in!

I've just visited Zenith for supplies to take up soap making. The store seems well-stocked with all sorts of supplies for all sorts of crafts, though I mostly focused on the soap materials. The essential oils and fragrance oils are clearly labeled and neatly organized, with testers to the side so that you can smell them. I love that the many other types of oil are sold in small bottles from large jugs with pumps, by the jug, or in midsize containers, depending on your need (I got castor and coconut). The bulk prices all seemed good compared to normal retail prices, though I can't speak to how they compare to other suppliers since I'm new to this hobby. The staff were available but not pushy, which I appreciated, and I noticed that they seemed knowledgeable when helping other customers who had lots of questions. Other than the soap materials (scents, oils, glycerine, molds), I saw materials for candle making, crystals and stones, yoga equipment, massage oil, and bulk lotion/haircare, and I'm sure that's not remotely all they have. Overall, I thought it was a very nice little shop. If all goes well with my soap, I may be back for larger sizes of supplies.

I went here the late afternoon on a weekday and there was plenty of street parking (although I had to pay a few cents). I was looking for some massage oil for my massage business because I needed it right away and wanted to make sure I was getting what I needed. The staff were extremely knowledgeable & helpful and even pumped the oil for me! I was welcome to try the different oils first to make sure the oil would work for what I needed. I do wish they had a bit more selection of oils, but it's by far the most exhaustive selection that I've seen in Seattle.

One of my absolute favorite stores! They have so much more than just soap and candle making supplies, something I honestly didn't count on. All their amber, cobalt, and clear bottles are so ridiculously cheap but still high quality. They have bulk carrier oils like sweet almond and apricot oil plus many more. They also have gemstones and crystals as well as bulk herbs and waxes. Totally an awesome surprise to see. The perfect shop for a witchy someone or a hobbyist.

Wide variety of goods! They carry some hard to find oils. Some are a slightly overpriced compared to online shopping but you get the convenience of walking out with your purchase and confidence in the quality of the item. Their drip stoppers are faulty and be sure to take proper measures so you do not waste the products. Their website has the bulk items and oils but you must visit to browse and smell in person!!!

I've been shopping at Zenith Supplies Inc. since 2008 when I first moved up to the Seattle area. I was teaching Aromatherapy at one of the Massage Schools in the region and purchased many of my supplies from them. I have personally Always had great and helpful customer service from them and cannot remember a time that I had any rude treatment of lack of help. I moved away from the Pacific Northwest in Dec 2010 to Las Vegas, NV and still order their great quality oils using their info on the Internet and calling them to place my order, to be shipped to me via the mail system. I was just back up in Seattle over Spring Break 2014 and made a trip to their store just because I love the place and wanted to get 16 oz of Lavender Essential Oil. Same great customer service and helpful attitude that I have always experienced! Will keep shopping there and I personally recommend them!

Love that Zenith has been so steady a presence in the massage world of Seattle. Other stores have come and gone, but Zenith has held up. Last time I was there, I was impressed with the variety of items, lots of it new and fun to look thru. Some of the things I've bought there in the past couple years: Massage face cradles, cloth face cradle covers, bolsters, acupuncture point charts, candles, cards, jewelry, shea butter and oils. Planning to go today to see what kinds of essential oils they have as I plan Christmas gifts of hand mixed ointments. I run a small retail section in my massage clinic, so I know how hard it is to keep it fresh and well-maintained,...and make money. I laud Zenith Supply for doing all that and am thankful to have a store for us to visit in Seattle - it's nice to be able to handle stuff, look at things, see it in person. Yay, Zenith Supply.

Only one-stop shop in Seattle to get reasonably priced soapmaking supplies. Seriously, the only place in Seattle you should even think about getting essential oils. Getting to it can be challenging, especially with the gratuitous bike and bus lane revisions of Roosevelt Way around 65th. But it is definitely worth a few semi-annual pilgrimages or if you’re in the neighborhood.
