Reviews of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) Cell Phone Lot
One of the best cell phone lots in United States. It is well maintained, excellent night lighting, an area to walk your dog, several portable toilets, and great views watching the aircrafts taxi to the gates. Easy access back to the arrival or departure terminal. A great and safe place to park.
This is a super cool large airport lots of modern art fixtures. I recommend trying to schedule your flights far apart time wise because of the scale! It is a long walk from any gate to another. Plus it had chocolate milk!
This Cell Phone lot can be handy at times or it can be a major trap. Took me 20 minutes to get out of it one time. Lots of terrible parking noted. Many cars taking up two spots.
Great idea for people awaiting in car your for flights arrivals. It has a great view of the runway to enjoy, easy freeway access, and a convenient restroom.Nice to see E V chargers as well. It is as simple as driving in and driving out to pick up your passenger .
A very nice airport, I flew from Miami to here and back to Miami without any problem of delay.
Nice place to wait for incoming travelers.🛬 Generally there are plenty of parking spots open. I have seen it packed & a line to get out. Lots of parking lot Lights. Good sized parking slots. (For trucks etc.) Parking lot has always been clean. I avoid the Honeybuckets. Electric car charging stations. Trash cans available. Takes 8-10 minutes on a good day to get to the Arrival pick up areas.
Of course the 5 stars is relative...at least here I'm sitting somewhere other than traffic and these cars are doing something other than driving in circles. Update: lowered to 4 stars because too many of these parked cars are idling. Thanks for the unbreathable air unthinking humans :/
Parking spaces are very narrow. I can see how traffic could get baked up when it is busy. There are porta potties and pet waste bag station if you or your dog needs a nature call. Can see the airport from the hill.
Not easy to find. They do have a portable toilet. Crowded.
This is a great spot for people to wait for short time when picking up anyone. It's free of cost and there are many spots available. I believe the maximum time is 20 minutes. It is safer than waiting on the curb along the way. You may be ticketed for waiting on the curb.
To get to cell phone parking lot keep left when you are arriving from I-5/I-405.
A safe place to park and wait. Far better than pulling off to the side of the entry freeway. There is a new entry to the lot that will need to be better marked. It was quite confusing for those of us that are frequent users in the past.
If you have to wait for someone flying unto SEATAC, this is a great spot to sit in your car until the person is ready to be picked up. It's a free basic parking lot at the airport, and it's only a couple minutes away from departures/arrivals. There are car charging stations, too. Waiting here is definitely better than circling around and around waiting for the person to come out of the airport.
I enjoy going seatac air port every day always
It's a good sized lot, but can be full depending on the time. I was there on a windy day and there's no protection from that. It is completely free and the airport prefers you use it rather than waiting on the concourse. There is a dog potty spot.
No frills parking lot near the airport to wait at. I was here at 9 pm on a week night and there were plenty of parking stalls available. If you get desperate there are sanicans on-site. The signage from the roads could be a little clearer.
Getting better... I have used this lot and it's predecessor so many times. The new ramp into the cell lot makes getting out of the cell lot much more efficient than it was. It's handy and reduces circling the airport drive trying to pick someone up. I thought it was funny though, on my last visit the in and out was improved by the lot upgrades, but my cell service was almost non existent. I have never had reception issues their in the past.
Easy to get to and very close to the terminal to pick up people arriving.
Up until very recently it had horrible horrible traffic flow. The lot regularly gets gridlocked and there are nowhere near enough parking spaces. 3 weeks ago I was there and it looks like they're doing some construction. They did improve the flow by making a separate entrance and exit rather than having both directions on the same tiny road. This is helped with the flow. However the few times I've been there it is way too full. There's a lot of vacant land all around this lot and they need to expand into that and make it a decent size... It's no wonder they see so many cars stopped along the roadway coming into the airport where it says no parking.. They just don't want to get trapped in the cell phone lot
Smooth & Easy access to arrivals once your party is ready for pickup
They just finished a new entrance into the cell phone lot which makes getting in much easier. No more stopping at the light as it is a direct turn off from the exit ramp. Be aware that now half the lot is one way lanes.
Safety is the best word for this cell phone lot. Meaning one can park and wait there safely without waiting on a side road where many do illegally. Reason for 4⭐ s is because parking spaces are too narrow, thus challenging for those with standard sized pickup truck that take up a 2nd space. This is not really a problem when the lot is at low capacity, but it is at high peak wait periods. There are no shady trees but then one is not waiting there extensively. Would recommend management to redesign the lot for improved and efficient flow for entry and exit.
Good sized parking spaces. Has spot to scan to check on the flight you are waiting for. But it's crowded & takes a while to get through heavy traffic to Arrivals from there. It is tempting to follow the lead of others and to park on the shoulder (illegally).
It's a good place to wait for incoming flights. I just wish people would be more courteous when exiting and quit car blocking people from trying to get out. We all want to get out. You don't need to be rude about it. I think they should have more then one exit and entry point.
Not bad when it's not full!
Glad they had Porta potties there! 👍
Now if we can get the Port police to enforce the laws against people stopping on the entry ramps to the airport, it would be a "win win"! 😁
This guy was parked across like 3 spaces. So I pull3d up and parked in a space directly in front of him. Good times. Great cell service. Good lighting. Seattle=garbage Town, with garbage politics. The rest of the country is laughing at you.
Pulled in about 10am order to charge my EV, which went smoothly, there was minimal traffic in and out. During the 30 minutes there the lot got quite busy. When I left there was a long line to the light at the exit of the lot. It's a convenient parking lot but with one exit it can take awhile to get out when busy.
It's a good place to wait when you are picking someone up at the airport. There is no charge to wait there but you can't leave your car there. So it's not meant for you to park and walk to the airport, only park and wait.
The lot has become much busier. The upgrades to the lot are fantastic, but no attention was paid to EV charging, and now there can be a line. This is inconvenient, especially for vehicles that have aging batteries and need nearly a full charge to get to and from the airport.
I don't know what much there is to say about a parking lot meant to wait in before picking someone up. It is easy to get in and out of. It is easy to find and there were a lot of places to park and it was nice being able to watch planes take off and land while you wait
The cell phone lot level of business changes every 5 or 10 minutes. Today when we got there there was 10-15 cars waiting to get in and 20-30 cars waiting to get out. Pretty big traffic jam. We were there about 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes of arriving there was only 2-3 cars entering and leaving at a time, totally relaxed! I think the traffic light might be part of the problem. Cars leaving back to the terminal (turning left) had to wait for cars coming off the freeway straight into the cell phone lot. When we left only three of us got through the light and turned left before the green light turned red! 😵
🐶...even a puppy walking area with poo bags & human facilities! Improved traffic flow highly desired but utilizing this unused space for free parking is nice airport perk. …
Happy for portable restrooms, wish we're cleaned more often.
It is a nice, flat, well lit lot to wait for incoming flights. There are no amenities but the spaces are clearly marked and there is ample room for most vehicles. The addition of wifi is nice. The fifth star was not given due to restrooms not being available. I would have really appreciated a restroom today
Really? "You" want a rating for a parking lot?? It's a parking lot...
Okay, actually there IS something to mention: The parking spaces are too narrow, unless you're riding a bicycle. But that's only an issue if one needs to make use of the Honey Bucket, which necessitates one opening the car door for egress & ingress. This was my experience.
Glad you asked.
This parking lot is right outside the terminal. Access to the terminal from the lot used to be much better but now there's a detour and you have to go a round a bit to be able to turn back into the terminal loop. It can get pretty cramped when there's tons of flights arriving in a small window.
A convenient place to park and wait if you're picking someone up from the airport. There are port-a-potties. Some construction was occuring right by it so make sure you know where you're going before you leave otherwise Maps and Waze will have you going in circles.
Very convenient. Lot has been upgraded with new entrance and exit. Witness 2 near car collisions. People are not paying attn. to new signs for entrance. Be careful exiting lot.
It's ok, lacking the arrival display that most major airports have in their cell lot. Oh, and parking is only 20 minutes, no idling, so remember to turn off your lights, as one person ended up with a dead battery while we were waiting on our person to arrive.
Easy access holding area to wait for incoming flights. If you have to circle the terminal in waiting for arrivals, just wait in the cell lot and take a nap, read a book or sing a made up song, I'm arriving on a jet plane! Lol!! Enjoy the sights and sounds of Alaska Airways smiling as they go by.
The lot seems a good thing considering how crowded it is at the terminal. However, getting back to the terminal when the person you're trying to pick up is ready is less than convenient. First of all it is a long drive to return to the departure area and second of all the signage from the cell phone lot to the departures area is poor
After you take the airport exit and are approaching the airport head for the Cell Phone Lot if you're early picking someone up from their flight. The sign for it and exit will be to your left. The lot says 20 min. wait limit but no one's gonna boot you out if you're there longer. There are two honey buckets to use.
As cell phone lots go, this is both the cell-iest and the lot-iest. True. The entrance has recently been changed to help improve traffic flow. Does it work? Not until everyone figures it out. Until then: chaos. Good wireless coverage and the sanicans exceed expectations.
Chill here for no cost while waiting for family or friends to get off the plane..nap, listen to the radio, or watch a movie. Less than 5 mins from arrivals/departures when they call for pick up, no circling the drop offs, and safe. What's not to like? 👍 …
It was great, other than people leaving their headlights on and blinding me. If you're waiting in the lot when it's dark outside, please turn off your headlights! They shine directly into the mirrors of whoever is parked in front of you.
My mother's flight was a little delayed so I parked in the cell parking lot. They seem to have the hook-up for electric cars. They have a 20 min parking max however if you're stuck waiting longer, there is not someone regulating the wait time. I'm unsure why they say 20 min max.
The parking lot was epic! There was clean asphalt, clearing painted lines that were equally spaced to make it obvious where to place your vehicle! Some spaces were angled to indicate which way you would exit when you are ready to leave. The stop lines are nice as they help you understand that other traffic in the parking lot has the right of way. They did a great job of installing light poles that are sure to keep the place visible at night! Several poles have cameras so that you can be seen sitting in your vehicle waiting to meet someone, pick up or drop off from the airport. Also, the cellular reception was second to none and I have Sprint/ T-mobile and that's saying a lot for Sprint in the area! That part makes it valuable to a good cell phone lot, what would be the point if everyone couldn't make a decent call there? The ease of access was also nice, there's a traffic light and easy to read signs in the area. On either end of the lot there are very large and easily accessible portable toilets on site! That was a handy idea, hopefully they can install some automated toilets that are self cleaning, even though the ones on site were pretty clean, sanitation can always be better. SeaTac could benefit greatly from that feature amenity. So the parking lot does have a one way in and one way out, it's for security is my guess. Plus, how could you put a separate exit in the lot that didn't interfere with the geographic location? If you don't drive down the center of the entrance, there are two lanes. One to come in and one to go out. There are also 3 separate lots to use with respective access points. The north lot is the easiest one to use. I arrive 10 to 15 minutes before needing to pick up passengers and never have to wait for an exit or entry. I can see that if there was an extra exit lane, it would benefit during peak times. It would also funnel the traffic to a later point of the airport for complaints there. At the end of the day, it's a parking lot, I'm lucky to have access to it.
This is the lot that everyone should be using when doing passenger pickup at Sea-Tac Airport. Usually all the illegal roadside waiting is packed, but never patrolled for a ticket like all the signs say. Get with it all you prima donnas and park where you should!
Best parking lot for waiting for people who fly into SEATAC. Really terrible design on the lane directions, but not any different than most of Seattle. They just don't like personal automobiles in Seattle, I swear.
Patience is key to surviving Seattle's Nervous Traffic. Leave earlier, no one hurries anywhere here.
Great now that they renovated. Parking spots all very close and tight. Most people take up too spots not being able to park properly
Love the update to the parking lot, it's been a while since i have been there. With the upgrade to the lightning makes it feel more safe to wait for the arrival of your love one.
The waiting lot at SeaTac serves its purpose. The lot is generally clean and there are portable toilets available. The worst part about using this lot is that the traffic light to exit the lot is poorly set up. Most individuals leaving the lot want to turn left to return to the airport, but there is no protected left turn. This makes getting in and out of the lot a disaster. I strongly recommend that the airport and the city work together to improve the traffic flow in and out of the lot.
The SeaTac airport's cell phone lot is right before the actual airport and is a place you should be parking while waiting for someone's flight to arrive. Although its used about half the time and most people park on the shoulder going in or drive extremely slow through the terminals, it has a good amount of parking. The problem is getting in and out of it though, since you have to drive through a traffic light with more incoming cars either going to this lot or a bunch of the cat rental companies nearby.
You know its scary to know that my smart phone is smarter then I! I forgot I went to the cell phone lot to wait ✋ for my grandson flight, its very safe, there were around 10 cars and it was easy to get in and out.
Often crowded but I have not found it full. Much safer than illegally parking on the edge of the freeway. I listen to my favorite radio station and surf the web, and just relax.
Helpful for people awaiting flights. This is the best ice phone lot. It has a great view of the runway to enjoy, easy freeway access, and a convenient restroom.
Clean. Busy but found a spot. Some drivers going the wrong way. They had honey buckets. I didn't use them so no report on them. This parking is free. Better than paying to parking for a quick pickup.
I use this lot Everytime I pick someone up from the airport. Why pay for parking in the big garage . When you can save 30 bucks and just swoop in as soon as they are outside. Seems like a no brainer to me
Lot great. Getting to and from a nightmare. The traffic light getting to the lot needs to be updated. There is so much traffic going to the lot, it backs up and the light doesn't stay green very long. Leaving the lot, all the incoming traffic blocks you from turning left. It took me four lights to turn left to get to the airport.
Hard to give this waiting area five stars. Driving in you see everyone pull over on the side of the highway to wait for access to arrivals. In and out of cell lot is worse now with construction in area so you have to go way around the block. Don't know if this saves time, but it sure does add to aggravation.
Convenient, was able to find a place to park. My only complaint is the process to exit. The Port of Seattle should put a round-about for ingress/egress (and not a bone-headed traffic-jam-creating traffic light). I would be surprised if there are not frequent collisions at the current intersection.
This is a pretty nice little place to pull in and wait rather than buzzing the terminal until your party arrives. The view of arriving and departing planes helps keep the scenery changing and interesting. There's even a porta potty that's kept in decent shape for folks to use (Got kids/granny/or a pea bladder friend with you?). I did notice a police unit roll in and park for a few minutes so maybe it's regularly patrolled, not sure. The guys smoking legal weed in the truck a couple spaces away and blowing huge billowing clouds through the lot weren't really appreciated by most, especially the lady with her kids! Anyways, not too bad.
Perfect place to wait for people at the airport. Plenty of space to walk my dog. They include a Poop Station with baggies.
The hardest part is the two lanes are R turn only & L turn only while the lot is straight ahead. They need to update the arrows to reflect you can go straight from one of the lanes into the Cell phone waiting lot.
It was nice. I was not worried about homeless people. There was not much garbage on the ground. The bathrooms were as clean as a Portal could be. And security and the police drove through often.
Sit, swoop and go! No more aimless circling or waiting dangerously on the shoulder waiting to pick up at the airport.
Wait in the lot until you get the call and go! You are close to airport pick up and it does get crowded, so don't leave until your passengers have their bags!
If you arrive to soon the airport police will waive you around!
The only problem is to leave the cell phone lot the Port needs to install a left turn signal. Currently without one the vehicles constantly back up in the lot when attempting to exit having to yield to oncoming traffic when attempting to get back on the freeway to head to arrivals. Its a poor design in that respect. The free wifi in the lot is a nice feature when waiting to pick someone up.
When the traffic snarl at SeaTac became unmanageable 20 years ago they thought up the cell phone lot. I'm sure a lot of airports have these now. It used to be an empty gravel lot, now it's paved and has porta-potties. Good job Port Commission! I'm surprised they don't have a taco truck. Follow the signs at Sea Tac. Don't freak out if it looks like you messed up- it's a giant circle, you'll get another chance. The arrivals and departures lanes are for drop off and pick up ONLY! Wait in the cell phone lot for arrivals then go pick them up in the parking tower or at baggage claim. Many of the nearby car parks have long term parking and shuttles. Light rail is available as well.
It's a parking lot. There's portal potties, but when I got there at 9:30 pm, the one I used needed TP. That said, it's a fair solution to waiting to pick people up at Sea Tac. I will be glad when they finish rearranging things, and get better signage in place.
You can go on your phone and not get a ticket. Can't remember if they had internet or not.
The lot is usually clean and fact that the lot has free WiFi is great. I will suggest that the Porta John's do need a bit more frequent attention.
It's always pretty full but it was packed when I went there. There's a new access road that comes off the left side of the feeder, and goes directly into the lot.
Great idea! Can park here until person is ready to be picked up! Portapotties disappointing but do the trick before getting stuck in I5 congestion!
Pretty good waiting spot for when you need to pick up friends and family! A little confusing trying to exit and return to the airport and you need to time your arrival due to the max time being 20 minutes of waiting. Otherwise, great and close place!
It's a nice place to park and wait for incoming flights. There are a couple of Porto Potties. There are a couple of charging stations at 50watts for electric vehicle's . Easy to find, easy to leave .
Easy to utilize and navigate with a small - midsize car or SUV. Little tight w/ a larger full size 3/4 ton and 1 ton crew cab Pick-ups (especially w/ a long bed). Avoid the provided porta-potties unless it's an emergency situation.
For a place to wait in your car for someone's plane to arrive, this lot is perfect. Convenient to get to--straight off the airport loop road--and easy to get back on the road to reach the arrivals level of SeaTac. There are huge signs posted around the lot with links to checking plane arrivals, and informing guests that there is free wi-fi, which was very much appreciated. I wasn't in the lot for very long, but I was a good place to wait for my husband's plane.
The food options were a little limited but overall a great place to stay. Bathrooms are very nice and stocked and the staff were very accommodating! I'd definitely suggest staying here again next time you're in town.
Good place to wait. Clean and not full either. About half way. I don't like the 20 minute time limit signs. I ended up needing to over stay that amount (by about an hour...). 🤐 Just the feeling of creating a boundary that would be broken not by me but affect me seems unfair. However I didn't see any enforcement... …
Such a convenient place to wait until the flight arrives. There is a 20 minute limit so plan accordingly. There were a lot of empty spaces so I didn't even have to drive around to find one.
It serves it's purpose. The portapotties were nasty, though! I drive over an hour to get there and often spend quite a bit of time waiting for arrivals. I wish they could manage the relief facilities a bit more frequently.
This is the cell phoniest lot that ever cell phoned. Enjoy waiting here to pick up passengers. If you brought your dog, there are pooping grounds with free bags provided. That's next to a small hill which you can climb it you want to get a little cardio in while you wait.
Quick access to get back to the terminal, the area is kept clean and there are charging stations for electric vehicles available
All time favorite parking lot. I used my phone there as I called the cops on the tools parked on the highway! I'd give it more stars. But 5 is the maximum.
Easy to get in and out of and plenty of parking. 2 clean and stocked honey buckets that had hand sanitizer. 1 of them was oversized to accommodate those with mobility issues.
Probably one of simplest yet innovative things an airport can do to avoid parking at the terminal, (where you'll be told leave if you wait to long). Just park at this location wait for your person to arrive then pull up at the terminal and pick 'em up
Lots of available space. Well it's kinda punny, wasn't intended but I like it too much to change it now. Clean and kept. Just wish it had a few more trees for shade from the sun, that would be rad as I'm usually trying to find the best spot to park in to limit the glare when I'm on the phone waiting when I have lots of time to kill.
There were lots of open parking spaces
Always room and a convenient location. 1 thing I wish was changed is the intersection light. There's no dedicated left turn light and only one or two cars make it through a green left turn light. Fix it!!!!!!!
They have recently (October 2021) changed the way to get into the cell lot. When you get off the exit instead of going straight through the light (now blocked) you have to take a slight exit to the right. Make sure to follow the new signs.
Parking spots were well marked with clear lines. Options of both angled and right angle spaces. Cell phone worked there. A bit warm, but I can't blame that on the lot.
Nice spot to sit and wait for your arrival to...arrive. Much better than driving in loops or getting pushed along. Must stop if you find yourself early to pick up a buddy flying home, no charge just park and wait.
Perfect place to sit and wait for your friends and family to arrive. Last visit was crowded but since we had gotten to the airport early to wait it was nice to be able to just sit and relax instead of driving thru the chaotic airport time and time again
Its a waiting lot. Super exciting. A hobo walked through today lookin all sketchy though. Probably best to avoid. Just drive circles until your peeps are ready for pickup.
Free waiting place with some asphalt and some gravel lot by the airport to wait for your loved ones. There's one handicap accessible portapotty. Trash cans and recycling available. Nothing fancy, but works in a pinch.
We were waiting for my son upon arriving from Colorado. The Lot allowed us time to check our phone for a future purchase of a vehicle, and of course to wait for my son. There was ample spaces and very quiet.
Still a few delays trying to get to terminal but understand the nearby construction will address that. Hopefully a dedicated left turn light will also be included in the project.
Picking someone up at the airport is always hectic...the cell phone lot allows you to park for free and wait until they arrive. They call you and you swing by and pick them up...
This is the place to wait if you're picking someone up from SeaTac airport. There is no curb waiting at arrivals, you will be ticketed! Don't circle endlessly, just go to the cell phone lot and relax.
Nice place to wait for free. Airport garage is $5 an hour and you spend most of that hour hunting for a place to park. The garage is jam packed.
Oh my. Life has changed in 15 years. Good parking though.. easy in and out
Can't wait until it's easier to access the airport and they maybe put in some real bathrooms! But always a nice option when waiting for someone's flight to arrive!
Plenty of space, spread out & wait for your airport pickup to get their luggage first. Please don't spit in the parking lot - there's a pandemic.
Love using the cell lot at seatac airport. I have to pick up my adult Grandson alot and I used to have to pay to park for only a quick pickup. Now just wait until he texts scoop him up and go love it
Really good place to park and wait for arrivals. It has Porta potties which is convenient and 2 minutes away from the terminals.
City of SeaTac really needs to design a new stop light for this place. It is absolutely terrible to get out of when it is busy. That aside it is a great place where you can see the airport as well as airplanes with plenty of parking.
I was there earlier in the day Sat. June 6th, 2020. Flights were pretty busy on the Alaska Airlines side of things, cause that's the part of the airport to see.....ALASKA. But thats okay, rather that than United or something.
No too packed, the cars were able to social distance quite easily. Nice to have a spot to park close by......
Great place to pull over and wait for someone that is flying in. Easier than circling the airport, and plenty of free parking
One of the the best feature any airport could have.... Free waiting area with car so close to airport-- wow!! Tjis is awesome, Seattle-- SeaTac Airport
This is the perfect place to wait for arriving passengers. I've watched this lot improve over the years and it's very nice. I wait here every time that I need to provide a ride from Sea-Tac.
Great place to safely wait for picking up a family member or friend at the airport. Not worth the danger of pulling over on the shoulder of the freeway. Lot has charging for electrics and port a potties.
Very glad to have a cell phone lot so you don't have to go in circles at the airport
Not sure how you can "love" a cell phone lot at an airport, but it does have clean port a potties and plenty of parking spaces.
People just have no idea to drive. The lot was half empty and yet there was a huge traffic jam because nobody would let cars into the lot as they were trying to leave. Ugh!
A great place to wait when picking up someone from the airport. Allow 5-10 minutes from when they have their bags until you reach arrivals.
Well located, busy today. Too many cars trying to exit simultaneously. Traffic light might be better demand timed.
Overall very convenient, close to airport, easy in and out, bathrooms too. Pre-covid it certainly was way busier and a bit of a pain to get out of but for now a great option if you're waiting to pick up someone at the airport
It was perfect to wait for a arrival. Nice and lighted. Leaving, going to Arrival gate, needs better signs but other wise its great.
On heavy travel dates and times, there's no parking and people are parked on the road. They really need to expand it!!
Would have a 5 except no sign that says please turn headlights off or use parking lights only.
Cars sitting with bright headlights glaring into other windshields.
Thank you
Many people rely upon the cell parking lot to wait for their people to get picked up from the airport. I must have seen 50 cars come and go in 20 minutes.
It is a cool place to park while waiting for a flight to arrive. It is very close to the airport too. I love the fact it has a bathroom (porta pot).
I was pleased to see electric vehicles chargers at the lot! Nicely marked parking and patches of grass to walk your dog while waiting for a plane arrival!
Clean and quiet. 20 min waiting with free wifi
Much safer and just as convenient as parking on the side of the road when waiting for an arrival (and 100% more legal)
It's a cell phone lot. Lol make sure you have your phone charged. The whole layout could be a bit better for a Seattle international airport but. Once you find a spot it's name is accurate
What's to say? It's a convenient place to wait for a flight to arrive at SeaTac Airport. It has WiFi and porta-potties, but no shade.
Entry being redesigned, found it confusing to enter. Hope that's temporary. It was easy to exit and pick up my person.
If you have to pick somebody up at seatac this is the place to go to wait if you're early don't park on the side of the road you're gonna get a ticket the cops are out there all the time… it's convenient it's easy and you don't lose any time by going there.
The wierd new lane is odd. The trolly has some sort of short right there when it passes the sparks are creepy.
I love this place, nice place to be if your waiting on someone at the airport to get in
Best thing since toilet paper , plenty of parking , easy access to airport arrivels .
There's always room to park no worries about parking or having to go potty they have out houses on each end of the lot, plus the lot is patrolled and is very clean
I like this place, travel from here pretty often
Great area to wait for a traveler to land. Wifi is a nice addition. I use it every time.
Always stop here while waiting on family flights to arrive. I recommend backing into your spot so it's easier to get out because alot of people can leave at the same time for same flights.
It was very busy when I arrived so the traffic was heavy. When my family arrived it was easy to get out and into the airport arrival area.
Whoever came up with the idea for the cell phone lot it's really a great idea so the airport has four zones the first zone is for buses and Alaska airlines and it has three other zones for picking up passengers so your passenger just calls you and you pull out and you're there and within 60 seconds it's a sweet deal I will use
The parking spots are very narrow, and the lot itself is very small. There are trash cans and porta potty’s though.
It's a parking lot, with Porta potties, the portas aren't serviced very often though, so prepare for a torturous restroom use.
Easy to get to, easy to get to departures and arrivals depending on where you are picking up. Departures is often faster to pick someone up and get out of there faster
super easy to get onto the Wi-Fi just click Wi-Fi on and it brings up the name... some Wi-Fi's you gotta get on the internet accept there rules before you can even log on... super easy loved it.
There were parking spaces, and I parked in them. Right now the entrance sucks, but the lot itself 5* 🙄 …
Hoo boy, it's 10x better than it used to be, the entrance and exit are separate now, so there's no awful gridlock.
Free convenient 'wait' parking, very close to the terminal. Thanks for setting it up:) they have honey bucket toilet and free WiFi.
Nice new entry into the lot. Clean and close to the airport with plenty of parking!~
Just crowded, but when someone tells you they've landed, don't rush even though traffic is slow moving. You have plenty of time.
Under construction so only half the lot open. Hopefully it means it'll be better, maybe bigger when they're done.
Port-a-potties..... DISGUSTING!!!!!
Nice place to wait for passenger pickup at SEATAC, has a grass area for dogs and you can scan codes to find arrival times for flights.
Excellent idea considering they'll ticket and tow your vehicle if parked at airport arrival.
It's a parking lot where you can wait for the flight to land for someone you're picking up. Not sure what, aside from perhaps potholes, would mean a bad review!
An excellent place to wait for family and friends to arrive at the airport. I appreciate the free fast wifi and the port a potties :)
Good place, I'm glad to know that if you are early to pick someone up. That it's there to stop and wait 10 min.
We always park here when picking up family or friends. There's usually sufficient parking, but it can be crowded or even full on busy travel days. It's easy to get to. There are port-a-pottys available and they've added 4 EV charging stations.
I am very pleased that there is a cell phone parking lot. Plenty of parking spots and nice place to wait for your people arriving at Seatac airport. You can also watch the planes arrive and depart. I have used this cell phone parking lot many times.
It was a little confusing this last time is there was some construction going on but for the most part it's a great place to sit and wait for your arrivals
It's cool that they have a spot for you to sit at where you wait for your flights to come in or leave
Very convenient and easy parking while waiting for dear ones or meeting a business partner!
This lot is a real convenient place for those of us who live far from the airport. Easy in easy out and a safe environment to wait for a traveler.
Not real clean. Needs a board that shows arriving flights and times. Lots of construction around it with some lanes blocked. Allow extra time to get in and out.
Very handy it's convenient to the airport it only takes a minute to get to your destination there it's always clean and it even has restroom utilities
Wow. What can I say. This cell phone lot has parking spaces! And I was even able to use my cell phone. I haven't been to a cell phone lot that has as good of features.
Always busy but always room to park tired of idiots pulling over on freeway to wait and causing even more delay
This is a great parking lot. The ground is flat and there are even lines showing you where you can put your car!
Easy to find, not too far from the airport. Plenty of parking and garbage cans. I do wish they had recycle bins though
Nice and clean parking area. Honey buckets clean. Grassy areas to walk the doggies while waiting. Easy in and out.
Excellent facility. Plenty of parking. Litter free and graffiti free. Restrooms provided.
The new traffic changes are crazy! Be prepared to be confused! But it is probably an improvement just different :)
Well lit, multiple portapotties, not too crowded. Great place to sit and wait for your arrival!
It's great place to rest while waiting for your wife to call that her plane just landed
Perfect place to wait for your traveler. It has plenty of safe parking and port a potty s.for your convenience.
I'm thankful this place exists. But people...TURN OFF YOUR VEHICLE LIGHTS WHEN PARKED!!!!! Do you not understand you are blinding the person facing you.🤨 …
Convenient, they changed how you get there and they haven't done a poor job at updating traffic signs
Great parking to wait for arrivals at Sea Tacoma Airport. Plenty of available parking spaces.
It's a lot easier to get out of the lot now that they changed the traffic patterns.
Good directions on how to get there and get back to airport. Large! Lol
Definitely improved over the old lot, but sometimes there is no parking.
This place is always a zoo which is due to poor drivers and their parking ability.
It was very crowded but nice to have somewhere to pull too so you don't have to keep driving around 🙂 two thumbs up …
It was a first-rate zoo during rush hour, and the double-parkers were the exhibit!
This isn't some fancy place but the portapotty was clean. It was well lit and easy to get in and out.
They are working on enlarging the lot. Hard to find a spot. Porta potties. Will be great when finished
We love it there especially if you have a dog. The negative issue is that people drive too fast through the parking.
Its fine but 20 mins isn't long enough, when there's constantly delays.
Much improved! But, the out-houses definitely need more frequent attention! (Nasty!)
From Oregon and found it difficult to get in lot and how to get back to airport....it was easy after I figured out to just follow the guy in front of me....lol
Could use flushing toilets.
The only place to wait for you pick-up, sometimes you should use the arrivals lot, it works better.
Once you find it and figure things out it's great ! But you need to remember this is during the COVID 19 pandemic, so the passenger loads are light.
Does the job. Close to the airport. Haven't yet experienced it being full.
The hill is great to sit and watch planes. Easy to enter. Not always easy to exit.
Sufficient parking while was here during the night, easy on easy off. Signage was great I missed it the first time.
I was there on a Sunday. The lot was clean, spacious and easy to find.
With construction it was difficult to find the entrance but it is darn useful once you do
Great place to wait, feels safe, well lit and lots of people around.
This is the cell-phone-ing-est parking lot I've experienced. It's a parking lot, you can use your cellphone to talk to the person you were forced to pick up. I really had to pee, and by-golly there was a porta-potty. A clean one! 5 stars! :D
Great signage, I'll tell you what.
Signage to arrival pickup could be better but glad the lot is there.
There is no shade to park under while you wait, but I close to Arrivals, free to park and wait, and only one block from two gas stations with convenience stores
Convenient, plenty of chargers for EVs, 20 minute limit doesn't seem to enforced
It's a good place place, actually...
Clean 👌 too..
I just wish, they had more portable 🚽🚽...
And the waiting time was a little longer..... …
It works, but it would be wonderful if there was a bathroom. If there is one, it isn't easily visable.
Best cell-phone lot I've ever been to. Except the porta-pottys were NDEs.
At least a potty exists but it's a madhouse when everyone leaves at the same time so park by the exit!
Nice spot, needs a dedicated traffic light otherwise those from the parking lot are trying to beat the light against traffic
Love this place. Another classic Pacific Northwest venue bursting with angst and anticipation. Easy to find, and hard to leave. Stay classy SeaTac.
Needs a better way in and out, signage is vague, the light to get out requires an uncontrolled turn that during busy times can back up cars very badly. It also doesn't seem to have enough spaces to handle peak times or future growth.
Best part of SeaTac, not having to pay for parking to wait for family and friends flying in to town. 1 hour is the limit but no one is counting unless you're that guy who is sleeping over night
A very busy spot for a Wednesday evening! Easy to find and get to the terminal to pick up your friends/relatives.
Great place yo wait for arriving passengers at SeaTac Airport. Plenty of parking spacr. Sanicans available.
They redesigned the cell phone lot, way better in and out now.
Well lit with a dog area and portable bathrooms. There was plenty of parking. But this during covid
It's a parking lot, duh. But it's free, close to the airport and they have portapotties. Ingress easy, egress not so much, but you get what you pay for, I guess. Gets crowded and backed up, and I mean really snarled, during peak arrival times, but that's only happened to me once. If you see that going on at the entrance, just turn left at the light, go to Intl Blvd and park in one of the many businesses there. (But you didn't hear it from me.) Access to Arrival Deck is easy from any point on the Blvd.
Super crowded when I arrived seems the traffic light to get out isn't setup very well.
A great place to wait when you're picking someone up at the airport.
Make sure you park facing & closest to the terminal so the kids can see the Alaska planes driving through.
One hell of a Cell Phone Parking Lot! Do some parking, use your cell phone a little, what else could you possibly want!
Safe place to wait for flights to come in. They even have porta potty if needed.
Always very easy and got to pickup daughter and son-in-law on second trip!!
Is a good place to wait before pick up pessengers from seatac. Free wifi
Easy to use parking lot, convenient and close to the terminal.
So glad they have this lot!! The porta potties are a plus! Clean lot.
Easy in and out and not out of the way like some airports
I guess since its meant for you to park for 20 minutes, its fine. The spots are tiny.
Access to cell phone lot has changed. After exiting, keep right to access new entrance.
No direction, people going anywhere they wanted which caused bottlenecking. Concept is good just need bigger signs and people all going the same direction
A convenient place to wait for friends or family flying into SeaTac airport
Best cellphone parking lot ever! Ha
Well its literally a just a parking lot. So 5 stars, since i was able to park there.....🤷♂️ …
It was a clean well kept lot, not too crowded, and had easy access into & out of.
Easy to find. Convenient place to hang out while you wait to pick up friends or family from their flight.
It's big and has very good lighting. It's also convenient to drive in and pick-up someone from SeaTac.
The lot was clean snd easy to get out of .
Lots of parking and a quick drive to the terminal. Makes life easier.
Great idea, clean and feels safe when waiting for a plane to arrive.
Convenient (2 mins drive from arrival.). Free WiFi. Lots of parking spaces.
Saw an accident in the parking lot kinda funny. guy in truck backed into some lady, then my man's hit the curb on the way out.
Much better with the new design. But really poor cell signal for a cell phone lot
It has a bathroom, and I needed to pee. That's worth 5 stars to me!
It is SO handy for pick ups at SeaTac. It's kept clean and there's chargers for egomobiles aka electric cars
It is a safe place to wait for you loved ones to arrive at the airport.
Love being able to use the cell phone lot at Sea-Tac. It's sad so many people can't figure out how easy it is to use.
Has port a pot, not crowded, easy in and out.
Easy in, easy out. Space is tight for larger vehicles.
Best place to be instead of circling the airport over and over! They have wifi in the lot too
The honey pots are questionable. But there isn't the annoying "You have been in here too long" security guards like a lot of the other cell phone lots. I've waited 4 hours here before while family was stuck in Customs.
No shade , has a place to poop and pee.
Shade would be nice in the hot days .
Revised entrance to the lot makes it way easier to get in and out of.
I was very impressed they supplied with fi. Thanks so much! So appreciated!!! Bathrooms to boot!
Great place to be able to wait for arriving planes, for free
Great spot to wait whenever your picking someone up at the airport
A little congested getting out of the lot, but beats circling around until your passenger is reafy!
Convenient eating place within 3 mins drive to arrivals, plenty of parking
Flat, lined, 20 minute limit, 5 minut a from SeaTac, and exactly what you would expect from a free parking lot.
It's a parking lot! The outhouses were pretty clean though
My Go Too Place, to safely wait for people arriving at Sea-Tac Airport. A real benefit to the Airport Traffic, and Definitely makes it easier to Pickup People in a more Fuel Efficient Way.
FYI first 60 minutes free. Any longer and you should go get something to eat.
Not much to say... It's a parking lot
It had restrooms (clean sanicans ) most appreciated, easy in easy out to the terminals.😎 …
Close and easy access to airport but could use more sani cans
Always plenty of open spots and i appreciate that they have porta potties.
Ample parking space, easy access to airport
Great place to wait for your visitors.
Free. Easy in and out. Best place to wait for folks you're picking up at the airport.
Very convenient while waiting to pick up arriving visitors!
The construction around it makes this area a frustrating zone currently. But pre-construction it is a great zone
I'd give it 5 stars IF the portable toilet didn't smell
Backed up out the entrance and took longer to get through the line than it took for the flight I was waiting on to get in.
Not much to say. Good place to wait when picking up folks arriving at the airport!
Good legal spot to park and wait.
Chaos getting out of the lot. Needs a left turn light so that more than 2 cars can get out to pick up at airport!
Good spot to wait if you don't want to pay to park.
A proper toilet facility and I'd give it 5 stars! No frills but functional area.
Very convenient and easy to and from airport. When it gets busy, try to avoid it.
Great for waiting for arrivals at SeaTac. Job johnny is always clean 🤠 …
They just made it easier to get in and out of the cell phone lot.
Works well for waiting for people to arrive, well situated. But: the portapotties are g-r-o-s-s.
Great place to wait on family and friends
I love having the convince of a waiting area without worrying about being chased out.
Lots of space to park . Sana can easy access to airport
Easy to get in and out of
Lots of parking.
Great place to park for free but only 20 min
Great when low volume, but when there are lots of people, the exit gets very congested.
Was very empty today, which was nice for a change. Has super fast wifi
Brand New. Has everything you need. Great cell tower with multiple EV ports
Nice to have while waiting for planes to arrive. Could have been cleaner
Good lot, lots of parking stalls and close to the airport.
What a great idea. So easy to pick up visitors from Seatac.
It was well lit and easy to access. I'll use it again in the future.
Tight spots make it difficult to navigate even a half ton truck. I persisted.
It is great! No worries when you have to pick up someone from airport
Be nice if they builded a small building for real bathrooms
Extremely busy and difficult to find a parking space. Aadil.com
Great place to wait. Easy meeting place for some greasy stuff too.
It just a place where you wait, what can you say. It's not exciting but it is convenient.
It's a parking lot. What do you want?
Very well like, and easy access to parking while we wait.
Easy to find. Close, convenient access to SeaTac airport. Charging stations for EVs.
Alot of parking, charging stations, convenient to get back to airport.
Seriously, they're asking me to rate a cell phone lot LOL
Only half full. Free wifi and inky 2 min from arrivals deck.
Too small and crowded. Turns into a traffic jam by itself.
Wi-Fi is awesome. Tiny parking spots and no security.
a lot of space to park now that nobody are traveling. Honey bucket available
Lot was empty all worked out just fine
Picked up a neighbor. Cell lot works great for waiting
Great place to wait for a inbound flight.
Plenty of parking
Quick access to pick up people from the airport. There is wifi available.
Love the lot, stay away at Christmas time.
Conventient place to wait for arrivals. Currently not packed prob because of covid
