One of my favorite smoke shops. They have a great selection of vapes and glass. The woman (I believe she is the owner) is such a sweet lady! My partner and I were in one day looking at a glass piece. My partner accidentally dropped it from about an inch above the counter and it broke. The worker at the time told us we had to pay for it. We didn’t really want the piece and decided to come in about a month later when the lady was working (without a receipt) to try and return it. She was hesitant at first but she ended up getting us taken care of. She allowed us to exchange it for 50% of the value. This is a pretty good deal considering it was an entire month later, it was broken, and we didn’t keep the receipt. I’ll always come back here!

This is my new go to for all things vape. I’ve been to four other Vape shops several times trying to find the right atomizers for my Vape. I stopped by this shop and the staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to find the right combination of pod and coil for my vape. I was highly impressed with the level of knowledge they have about their products and how to use them. They went above and beyond. Friendly and professional as well.

The lady is always helpful to and has a bright disposition that makes me feel better when I leave there. They also do not crush their cigarette tubes like other area smoke shops do! Most places mishandle them and cause half the carton to be useless. Not here!

I LOVE this store. Came in a few weeks ago to grab my mom some smokes, they didn't carry her particular kind, the lady working there told me she would get some in for us for the next time I would be on this side of town. I went today and not only did she recognize me immediately but OF COURSE she had mom's smokes there and ready. It is not common for small businesses to be able to accommodate every single customer need but for this store to specifically order something for a customer with no guarantee of selling them just shows such true customer service and dedication to a higher standard of business almost forgotten in today's pandemic age. You guys are awesome!!

I loveee lake city smoke shop, I have only been a couple times, but every time their service has been unmatched and their product quality is always great. The kind lady who works there is happy to help if you have questions and will guide you to the product fit for you. They also never have fake or counterfeit product so you don’t have to worry about whats real or not. I would highly recommend this shop to others looking to go.

I love this place! Better and cheaper deals than other smoke shops I’ve been to. I’ve been coming to this place since 2019 and will continue going there. The hookah shesha is extremely cheaper than Hotbox smoke shop. The rep will give her your opinions if you ever need help deciding what to buy so you’re not wasting your money. Definitely a 1 stop shop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LOCATION!

This place is my go-to smoke shop, and it should be yours too!!! There is a 7-11 the same distance from me but I will continue to choose LakeCity Smoke Shop everytime! The friendly owner makes all the difference, she makes me smile and feel welcome even when I am in the worst of moods! There is a great selection of goods whether you are a smoker or not. It is in a great, convenient location right off the freeway for a quick stop. The store is very clean and well organized! Helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and personable staff. :) Everyone is having a tough time financially right now because of the pandemic... well, I stopped in to Lake City Smoke Shop to buy a cartridge for my Smok V2 Pen on my way to work. But when I was being rung up, my debit card account was short by a little over one dollar... and so I wasn't going to be able to buy my vape cartridge... :( I was in the parking lot digging through my vehicle searching for 90¢ when the lady working here came outside to get me- she told me to come back inside & not to worry. She was so nice that she saw what was going on, and she discounted the purchase amount by a buck so I didn't have to go into work without nicotine... and she saved the day! (and possibly my job! LOL) :D I sure do appreciate the staff here. They care about their customers, and it shows! Their pices can't be beat, and their selection is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Been going to Kings in Ballard for several years and now they opened one close to my house in lake city which I am soooo happy about. The only negative thing I can really say about this store is at the Vapes are a little bit overpriced because if I look online, they are way cheaper than the price that he is selling them for. Exceptional customer service, above & beyond! The young woman who works there is amazing- very knowledgeable about all of the products, and extremely helpful in working with the customers to ensure they get a product they'll be happy with. I mentioned that the vape I'd purchased from them previously hurt my throat, so I never used it and just stayed with cigarettes- but I really wanted to switch to a vape instead. For one, I'd rather not smell like an ashtray, and from a health perspective, everyone already knows how bad cigarettes are for you, and even though the possible (and perhaps yet unknown) side effects of vaping may not yet be certain- I'd still like to get away from the know negative health effects of smoking cigarettes, on the chance that vaping may end up being less harmful to your health. Honestly, I'm not an addicted smoker (I know, they all say that!)- the reason I smoke is as a de-stresser, as well as for the amusement factor (you know, something to do for entertainment... no matter how silly that may seem- it's true). The young woman at this shop went out of her way, and let me try samples of every one of their vapes, until I found one that didn't hurt my throat- and I walked out of there a very happy customer, and hopefully a slightly healthier one. Seriously, give this place your business - they deserve it, and you won't be sorry you went here.
