I ran in for some dog shampoo and left with more stuff! I had been ordering online for per supplies through the Pandemic and had not good into a Petco in person for awhile. I love the remodel on this store! The store looks so much bigger and it's easier to see and find all the products. They have added so many new pet clothes and leashes, made by small businesses. Beautiful merchandise. Staff was also very helpful.

Very convenient location but never organized. I think it is designed by a dog person. Whenever I go there to check cat items, there are carts all around, very difficult to check isles, items out of stock, and I feel like I am in a warehouse. Each time I get disappointed and leave empty handed 😕 …

Bailey and I had a great experience at Petco. They make each pet feel very special and they did a great job grooming my dog. 🐕 They have plenty of products that can help your animal, even if that animal has special needs. The one thing I will say is it would be nice if they had a bag of treats that was not so expensive. The least expensive bag of treats was $7.99, with that said it was overall a very good experience and would recommend it to any animal lover.

The place offers refillable cat litter that is a great product. I really appreciate them help me cut down on my plastic consumption and help the environment. They also have on site veterinary care and also provide grooming services. They have a great variety of merchandise and they are very friendly. They also have a rewards program that you can take advantage of. Only negative is the prices of on the high side

Petco is awesome. Called today because the website wasn't working for me. Called ahead to get a travel carrier- spoke to an associate and she told me she'd put it behind the counter. When I arrived it was indeed behind the counter! Excellent work Petco.

Sorry, too dirty for me to walk in without my dog and customers are not kind, in that area of the city along with employees are not helpful Doubt if I asked for help I would have been aknowledged. Spend good money there but will be using location in Cranston! Much nicer all around!

I have been going to petco for 13yrs and now the dog food i was getting in store , sadly we can only get it on line now, feeling disappointed, with no warning petco didn't let us know that they don't carry my dog Sadie's food anymore, I found out when I went in store to get!

It's Petco you know what you're getting into. The grooming is ok, theres a wide variety of overpriced pet toys, and the staff seems knowledgeable (if a little pushy) about fish supplies. I'll prob still return because it's very convenient

The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. Recommended a neat feeder for my two cats - however, the cats just made more of a mess with it. Don't blame the employees one bit - just my messy lazy cats. Store is well stocked, but of a mess though - may have been a truck delivery day. Will go back when my fat lazy cats need more food :-)

I love coming in here with my dog! We always get his food from here, even though the prices are slightly higher than Walmart, because they always have his brand in stock and in bulk. It’s also fun to bring him up to the ferret space and see his curiosity. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always offer him a treat, too!

For some people has everything you need great franchise for me it lacks in large breed dog products and also I have a dog with allergy problems and for such a big franchise you would think I could get prescriptions and most of all prescription Foods for my dog but I understand can't have everything you want it just would be nice it's less than a minute away from my house so when I got to get dog food I got to take a long ride and the food's not cheap as it is nevermind the price of gas but I do love going to Petco always a fun experience

Going to Petco is never a Ruff time, and someone's always there to help meow. Now that that's out of the way I love going to Petco for my pets needs. Whether it's foods, toys, treats, beds, grooming or nice cozy nook, they got it. Hec you may not even have a pet but you might find one. They have hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats(the cool kind), chinchillas, ferrets, parrots, turtle's, fish, geckos, iguanas, chameleons(sometimes), other lizards, cats and sometimes puppies. Petco is your pets version of a Target, Toys R'Us(never forget), and Bedbath and Beyond all in one.

I arrived 45 minutes before closing and 30 after placing my order. After placing the order the website said due to the store closing soon my order might not be ready for pickup. When I arrived as intisapated my order wasn't ready but because I was already there she filled it anyway.
