Noeli has Extremely high knowledge and Familiarity with countless perfumes. At first was planning on getting ONE perfume! End up leaving the store with SIX perfumes. Then she handed me a few samples and asked me a few questions then easily picked all the types of smells would go for. LITERALLY That’s all she had to do.
